I love KFT, specifically their bubbles. l usually go to the one by The Domain when I go down by there, but this location opened close to my house so I was really excited. But I was so disappointed when I went to this Whitestone location today. My boyfriend and I ordered large milk teas with bubbles. But they're so cheap with their bubbles. Gave us only 2 layers of bubbles in a large cup?! What's the point of a bubble tea without bubbles?????? We paid $0.50 EACH for the bubbles... the other location gives you likes 5 layers of bubbles in comparison. So no thanks! I won't be returning here. This is my favorite boba place in Austin so far especially with the appropriate amount of boba where other places barely add any . Placed 3 drinks order. It didn't seem to get busier after we placed our order. 15 minutes went by, changed my son's diaper in the car since there were no changing station and our drink was yet to be done. I had asked if our order was going to be ready anytime soon.. (as there were only two people when we first walked in.) The staff asked what our number was and I said I never received one. They all looked around to see where the cups were at. Apparently, the drinks were done because they were sitting in a bag. They never said anything or gave us any kind of acknowledgment that it was ready. Service is completely awful! The Thai tea is not fresh so don't expect the authentic orange one when you order. The coffee milk tea wasn't to our liking... definitely not our go to place for boba milk tea. read more

I wish this place was open for seating inside because it is really nice decor wise. I took 3 tween girls, a 5 year old, and 1 year old with me to get bubble tea (as they call it). There are a lot of varieties in not only teas but milk teas, slushes, punches, etc. Their staff was very nice and we ended up ordering drinks for everyone, other than the 1 year old. Most disorganized KungFu tea franchise ever. There is a bunch of kids running this place, I see them moving fast but every time it takes over 20mins to get drink here. Either they are under staffed or few of the team members are kicking tires. Today was the 2nd time they are out of boba again and no one informed me and here I was waiting for 20mins since I placed the order. I don't understand how a boba tea place can't figure out when they will be out of boba and when to start making a fresh batch. This is my go to favorite place for boba because of their diverse menu. Their drinks are excellent. You can also customize everything, from sweetness level to amount of ice. I've been waiting for this location to open forever so stopped by on your weekend Costco run since they were having a BOGO event this weekend. It is pretty much on par for Kung Fu, always a bit too sweet and frothy milky. If you like that sort of thing then it is right up your alley BUT... the big negative was that when we visited they allowed a woman to bring in her dog. This was good sized pet and not a service animal, not a purse dog by any means. As she sat at the middle table waiting for her drinks it out it's paws up on the table counter and she fed it treats. Not exactly sanitary to have a dogs feet where you might be enjoying a snack later or tapping your straw to open on the counter. If they allow that out front then I seriously question their sanitation policy. read more

Kung Fu is convenient to the Cedar Park Costco, but their drinks often taste slightly medicinal somehow suggesting they are not using real sugar. They're okay when you're in the neighborhood, but Mr. Boba, Sno Mo and Teapioca are tastier options when you head out specifically for boba tea or a smoothie. read more

Came in on a whim to get some studying done. I've been looking everywhere for some yummy Boba Tea in the Cedar Park area. This place was no disappointment! It's well decorated, cozy but clean. Cute plants everywhere and plenty of places to sit. There are outlets along with wall for chargers/laptops. There's a large menu! I went for classic milk tea with boba. They offer various sweetness and ice level. They noticed I was on my laptop and gave me the WiFi password! So nice and helpful. Hopefully soon the password will be posted on a wall/counter.
