Tried this location twice and I'm highly impressed! Fast service and the cashier(s) are always friendly! Currently, there's only 4 customers allowed in the store at once. Where the employees work, they have plastic all around. To be honest, I appreciate the extreme measures they seem to be taking during COVID-19. I devoured the scrumptious large Thai milk tea! It's wonderful! The flavor of the milk tea and the bobas was just right! If you're a bubble tea lover like myself -- you won't be disappointed in this place!

We arrived at Kung Fu Tea yesterday afternoon and the line was out the door. It could be due to the current buy 3 get 1 special, as many people were walking out with 4 bubble teas. We too were waiting for our 4 bubble teas, and had already placed our order via the app earlier. Ordering via the app was super easy, you can choose toppings for your tea, the level for ice and sugar, and select the pickup time for your order. The only bad thing about ordering via the app is that the menu on the app may not reflect all the drinks or the food offered by Kung Fu Tea. The four teas we ordered were the kung fu milk tea, milk green tea, matcha sesame, and passion fruit green tea. All the bubble teas were made to our preferences, and tasted like any standard bubble tea.

Brief word for the person that complained (who does so because they are competing to have more reviews than me, not because there's anything wrong with my reviews) - every single time one of my reviews is taken down, I literally cheer myself up by writing 5 extra reviews immediately to make up for it, usually saving as drafts to post later. So keep it up, as you're helping me write more and post more! Now where's that rap!? OK, I'm back, I'm sorry, I needed the LOO And now I'll introduce you to something NEW I'll give you yummy Boba to CHEW That defines a five-star REVIEW Lemon Black Tea's what I'll give to YOU It has a lot to LIVE UP TO But I know you'll share my POINT OF VIEW Like the 90's web you'll scream ALTAVISTA I mean YAHOO By the way does anyone still mIRC? Never mind back to the RAP Palestine will hear you louder then NETENYAHU Who's big on Google but not on YAHOO Crap I just double-used YAHOO Oh well, Altavista's dead, Excite TOO But is mIRC? (And let me know please when you're period's DUE) WHAT What to get: Lemon Black Tea With Tapioca! Or: All the fruit teas are pretty good, especially if you go off menu and get black tea! Or: Go crazy and order your fruit teas with the very strong Oolong! Or in winter: Any of the hot milk teas! Which milk teas are best: Honey Oolong! Oolong! Maybe Taro or Almond! I also love the regular milk tea with Oreo! My notes said - friendly service for sure, they do not get the tips and that pisses me the hell off to be honest, good product though, well made They really do make an admirably good lemon black tea here, and it's a cute store with good decor. Along with Mr Wish down the road, it's the only Boba in Cherry Hill that I've found worth getting. I guess the main problem for me is finding out that they don't get the tips that I wanted to give them, there's a tip jar but employees don't get anything that goes in it - or on the card, for that matter, if you tip on a card. Not very cool. I know a lot of KFTs and other barber shops have the same thing going on, and maybe I just haven't asked and enough of them. But they really need to be giving the employees the tips. It definitely really upset me to find out that they don't get the tips for their work. So make sure you don't tip them. You can try giving them cash directly in hand but who knows if that will even work. And I keep getting aroused by how good the Boba is here. Now I know why they call it "Sprung Fu Tea." I liked the service though, and especially the drinks despite the wait time. They were definitely friendly girls that's for sure, and the guy was pretty cool. So if you have nothing to do And your partner won't give you a scr*w I know something better And very much wetter Get Lemon Black Tea from Kung Fu!

I loved this place it stay open late. A lot of people were coming in and out. I have a video with some movement of the food. But I can't up load it for some odd reason. Everything was good. A great place to go. It's in a tight Plaza. If you have a big Van it will be a tight squeeze. Worth the money.

I've been here a few times and it's a solid place for bubble tea, although can get quite crowded. They have small appetizers, a large section of customizable milk teas and fruit teas, and lots of sitting space to place board games, card games, and to study (although it's quite loud, in my opinion). I generally get the regular black milk tea with 50% sugar and 30% ice. If you get 100%, it's honestly too sweet for a regular person, so I definitely recommend going downward. I really dislike the milk cap here - normally I enjoy milk cap as a topping but - it tasted really odd here. Maybe it was a one time thing, but it almost tasted a bit sour. Again as mentioned, since this place is quite busy and often crowded, the wait can be a little longer than normal. I don't really mind it - last time I waited about 7-8 minutes - but if you're in a hurry, maybe go elsewhere, especially during evening time.

This Guava Punch i ordered on Haddonfield Rd Cherryhill Was Absolutely terrible. I was an hour late, they didn't keep my drink in a refrigerated area. They let it sit out until all the ice melted. They didn't even give me Chia Seeds in the drink. A whole waste of my money. I wont be spending my money with them anymore. Beware, They take your money on their app and don't give a crap how they make your drink.

I came here with some friends because they told me that this location has crepes and other food. The staff here are very lively and polite. The interior is very clean and they have a good amount of seats even for large groups of people. I got their popcorn chicken. It was very cheap for a good portion. I thought it was very delicious and I enjoyed it a lot. I thought it was very unique how they have so many different food/desserts here other than bubble tea. Most KFTs that I have been to don't usually have that. Although I didn't get to their food/drinks, I will be back to try it out!

The only boba tea place in the area. This place is great. The service is nice and the boba is good. I wish they had lychee popping boba but for now the mango is good enough. I would recommend that with the lychee punch and less sugar. Their crepes are also really good. I enjoy the strawberry truffle one with raspberries. I've gotten the snow before but it was a little too chewy for my taste. read more

If you love bubble tea and want to chill all day, this is your place. There are many bubble tea flavors and they also have seasonal ones, like pumpkin oolong. I got a classic honey milk green tea with bubbles and it was delicious. My friends got the pumpkin oolong and they loved it. The architecture is wooden and a little rustic, big screen tv with ESPN, and great music that makes the ambience chill and relaxing. Will definitely be back. read more

I love this place I go here a lot but this past time today on 3/15/21 I ordered my regular honey milk tea w bubbles and I was drinking it once I got home and there was a white crunchy substance in the drink, this sucks cuz I've never had issues but this made me loose my appetite and I threw away my whole drink. But the manager spoke to me right away and fixed the issue they are great with customer service read more

This is the best bubble tea you're going to get in the Cherry Hill area without having to go into the city. Drinks are tasty and not too sweet. (Not all KFTs are made equal, and I think this is one of the better one's I've been to). Staff is always nice, and facility is always clean. My personal fav? Honey oolong milk tea, 50% sugar with tapioca. Try it hot in the winter: it's delish! read more

Their bubble teas and crapes are alright. It's not worth 5$ plus. My complaint is about their service. Their not the most polite employees. I get it asians are not the most polite people. If they are not polite then at least make it up with quick service. Their service was painfully slow for the amount of customers that were there. They don't call out drinks when their done so I've been waiting even longer. They have a 10$ minimum policy to pay with credit card. Come on now be reasonable make it 5$. read more

So glad that this place tastes exactly like the Kung Fu in Philly. Sometimes the franchise stores vary in the way they make their drinks, but thankfully Kung Fu doesn't! Now I don't have to go all the way to the city for my favorite bubble tea! Try the taro teas/slushes, you won't be disappointed. read more

I frequent this location probably a lot more than I should. It's the best bubble tea around and the boba are always fresh which, in my experience, has been hard to find. The staff is great here as well. If you've never had bubble tea before this is the place to get it. read more

Here's what I don't understand ... Why put all the time, money, energy, etc... Into opening a place, then staff it with what seems to be the most ignorant group of Asians that you could find? WHY EVEN BOTHER?! Clearly, as I read below in others reviews, the bubble tea isn't bad, but the service sure is. This seriously aggravates me more than anything in the world. Unless you are the most oblivious human being alive, you MUST notice that people aren't responding to the rudeness of your staff ? So HIRE DIFFERENT PEOPLE!! There are a ton of jobless people out there who can put a, possibly fake, smile on their face for a few freaking hours of the day. Clearly, your current staff can't even muster a fake tolerance for your customers. It is not rocket science. You have what could have been consistent customers below commenting on how they attempted to be a regular of your establishment, that is new and needs that right now, and they were each and every time either over charged or treated horribly. Guess what, this is not okay. I suggest that you NJ people who tried to support your local business community, continue to cross the bridge here to Philly to get your bubble tea because I will bet this place closes in less than a year if the owner doesn't WAKE UP and smell the Taro. read more

I have been obsessed with bubble tea for the past few months now and I've been looking for a good place to get it around this area and I think I've found the perfect place after going to Kung Fu Tea. There are so many different options to choose from and they all sound delicious. I have tried the milk oolong and the chai and they were both amazing. The place itself is very inviting and a cool atmosphere to hang out in. The only thing that bothered me about it was how small the store is. read more

It was opening weekend hence you couldn't really have high hopes for excellent service. Along with other NJersians I was just excited to have a bubble tea spot without crossing the bridge. They ran out of bubbles, it took over 15+ minutes to get our order of 2 bubble tea and crepe. The crepe we got was decent. The b1g1 was so confusing they didn't indicate you will get same exact 2. The man taking the order was unfriendly. If your craving for just bubble tea just head on over to the local pho spot around the way. read more

I go at least once a week to get my tea fix but I noticed they are often out of ingredients. This week, they were out of my go to(Nata Jelly) And I wish that I could mix and match teas and flavorings. I'm not a big green tea fan but there's really only 2 flavors of black or oolong tea. for some reason, they can't put passion fruit flavoring in black tea. And I wish they would add Thai tea to the menu. read more

I'm a huge fan of bubble tea and often head to China Town for my fix. When I heard Kung fu tea was opening in cherry hill I was so excited! I have to say, I'm very pleasantly surprised. The decor and ambiance is really on point. They have a great menu with tons of drinks, snow ice, crepes and other snacks. The drinks are really good!! My husband and I have had bubble tea from almost every place in China Town and this is definitely comparable to the better ones there. I've had the coconut milk tea, strawberry slush, passion fruit green tea with lychee jellies, and the matcha milk tea and all of them were amazing! The bubbles are perfectly cooked and the tiniest bit sweet. I'm not sure if they've changed around their employees recently but I had a pleasant experience whenever I visited. The most recent visit was with a friend of mine and our combined 4 children. Our 3 and 4 year old son were running around and being typical 3 and 4 year Olds but we never felt like anyone was bothered. When we apologized a few times the guys behind the counter were so nice about it and said they love kids and really didn't mind at all. That was huge for us as I'm sure any parent can relate. I'm going to be a regular here from now on..not going every single day will honestly be a challenge! read more

Staff is great and tea is even better. Although at times their tea can tend to taste powdery or chalky, it is addicting. I'm here every Saturday. It's the place where most of my friends and I hang out. It's close to my house and they have a variety of drinks. It's like going to Chinatown except there's no other Asian stores outside the doors, except the sushi place next to it. read more

Pretty good and interesting drinks! I'm more of a grass jelly fan instead of boba. The popcorn chicken size are a little small along with the takoyaki balls are small but both super delicious. If you want to try something sweet but got bored of their kungfu milk tea the winter melon green tea is spot on. read more

place smelled like weed... wtf? My siblings and I decided to go to Kung Fu Tea this weekend and did not expect the scent of cannabis we experienced. The place is a small, open building with only one bathroom, so the smell had to have been coming from the staff area. Weed has recently been legalized where I live, but using it at the workplace is just unacceptable. read more
