Located in a food court, a lil bit messy. The drink were both TOOOO SWEET for me.. ( I've chose 30% sugar) English menu & machine order only. Not friendly to the elder people.

    Clump of hard boba :(

I haven't been to this location in awhile, ive been getting purple rice yogurt drinks instead of bubble tea. This location has gone downhill. I got a kung fu milk tea with boba, 30% sugar and less ice. It was annoying to watch the girl make my drink and they don't even put it in the shaking machine anymore. When did they stop doing that? The milk tea was sooo sweet like it was full suger and the worst part is the boba were so hard. I could barely suck it up the straw and literally just a clump of hard boba leftover. I don't think I'll be back.

Check your order first before you leave this branch of Kung Fu! Location: it is located inside Queens Crossing Mall, it is food court so you just buy and go but there are few seatings if you want to dine in. Service: I just ordered and according to the receipt she got everything right (4 bubble tea and all with boba) but when I am in my car, two of my orders does not have boba on it. Funny thing is that when she handed to me my order she told her co worker that they don't have boba anymore. So what is that? You knew that there is no boba but still bill me thinking that my bubble tea has boba?? Also, when I opened one of them are leaking! Food: I almost taste all the flavors in KUNG FU TEA (other branch) but my favorites are: TARO: as always this is good! Taro with bubbles is great! THAI ICED TEA: this one is good too! Thai experience! MILK TEA: this is the original milk tea so this is always good! No question asked! COCO CREAM WOW: this one is new item and taste like chocolate milk you can buy in the grocery story and it was soo good! SESAME MATCHA: my newest favorite!! Love the earthy taste! Price rating: 4 out of 10. It is so cheap! I don't recommend this branch of KUNG FU. Will not come back.

Been here many times over the yrs. Customer service can be better. Anyway, got a passionfruit green tea with mango popping boba last time. It was almost $5. I feel like the green tea overpowered the passionfruit cuz I didn't taste much of the latter.

Be careful when you receive your drink. They messed up twice so far. I don't like complaining when I'm hangry so I just let it slide. But they were not even busy to mess up. The service is just so bad now. I will now move back to tiger sugar. Or another kunfu this one is not good anymore.

The Kung Fu Milk initially tasted milky and had a fragrant, floral aftertaste. The bubbles were sweet but some of them were hard - we think it's because they were made too long ago.

This place is my OG Kung Fu Tea spot (even though it wasn't the original one in Flushing). They always nail their bubble teas and are always rather fast. Lots of turnover in their staff (oh young people these days haha), but the quality remains consistent. I usually get the regular bubble milk tea but last time I got the pumpkin oolong and it hit the spot (a bit sweet and can't be customized for sweetness as they use a pumpkin syrup). Otherwise you can customize for sweetness and ice level. FYI this place is in a small shopping center so lots of other food options nearby!

This is a shop within the queens crossing mall. It's with other eateries on the main level. There are seats/tables available. The teas are quickly made. Similar flavors as the rest of the chain. This place has been open during the pandemic.

They are always "out" of mini bubbles when we ask for it. They're just too lazy to make it, even though it's advertised.

Service is either a bit slow, they were backed up or they don't work on your app orders until you arrive and ask for it. Still, not exactly egregious and I'm trying to be understanding, though how they get backed up with 5 workers behind the counter is a little confusing. Still, the service is always friendly and the shop is cute so it's a good reminder to slow down and take it all in. Ambience is fine. Dark walls but well lit. Batches of seats up front and in the back separated by the service counter. Lots of Knick knacks for sale. They've got some pastries and sandwiches but I've never sampled them so I don't have much to add. I usually get some kind of Americano and the coffee flavors really come thru without excess bitterness. I'll also note, they've fixed their cups. Early on, their coffee cups to go used to leak but that's been rectified at least for the past few months. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for a proper brew.

Best of all, their specialty coffee and tea are surprisingly affordable--most drinks are only around $5 to $7, which is a steal compared to many boba and tea shops. The space is spacious, comfy, and beautifully decorated, with free Wi-Fi and clean bathrooms. Their playlist is very nostalgic, playing songs by Jay Chou, Khalil Fong, and Fiona Sit. Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti. A very warm and cozy drink. *Warm Tofu Pudding $6 This tofu pudding comes with either ginger or osmanthus syrup. I added lychee jelly, mixed fruit jelly, and red bean. Warm, cozy, and especially comforting on a cold day.

My critique is just that their matcha quality is very disappointing. I won't focus on this because this is a smaller business and I think the coffee is pretty good. I was actually at the area to grab a couple of other items, including bubble tea and found out that they were having a promotion for their app. If you download their app and log in using your phone number, your first drink from the shop is $0.99! I took this opportunity to sign up right away and try their Strawberry Crema Latte. This was definitely the right move! We ordered this as 50% sugar (I usually drink my bubble tea with 30% sugar) and it was perfectly sweet. I would definitely recommend trying this if you like strawberry milk, the 50% sugar also allowed for the bitterness of the coffee to sneak up as well which gave it the prefect balance of lightly sweet and bitter. It tasted like a melted Strawberry Coffee iced cream. The service was very quick and I would definitely be back to try more drink items!
