The one important thing to note though is that the flan cheesecake is amazing (who even came up with that haha) & I do think the textures do mix well BUT only when eaten fresh. It reminds me of what Hudson Street was like in the 90s. We shared some of the jam-filled heart-shaped cookies and the rainbow cookies. The rainbow cookies had a pleasant aroma from the raspberry jam and a good subtle taste of marzipan in the cake layers. I wouldn't have minded a slightly denser chocolate coating on top.

The bingsu was super fluffy and light! This meal was definitely worth it and didn't leave me feeling super heavy. The service was also great even though they were always full house with some parties waiting and only one person serving. On top of all this, the server or manager even gave me a free Melona ice cream which I paired with the bingsoo after he saw that I was pregnant which I thought was super sweet.
