The drinks have never disappointed me in all my years of drinking them, this specific location has such a unique memory to me and meaning, because I used to go here with my sister when it first opened until she recently moved away. The drinks there were the best ones! They were very flavorful, fresh and delicious. The thing that was really worth mentioning is that the customer service there is truly outstanding. Ankit greeted me in a really nice way, making me feel like a guest of honor at first sight. It was really pleasant to see how he cared about my pleasure and tried hard to provide great service. The friendliest smile and positive attitude of this person made my visit memorable. KFT: a well established bubble tea chain across the country and one with some of the best tasting boba! If only I lived closer to this location! Although it's probably better for my health that I do not :) The consistency is amazing between the franchises and my favorite classic of kung fu milk tea (black milk tea) is always delicious. The bubbles are steeped in a sugary syrup so order 70% or 50% or even less sugar if you are not a fan of overly sweet drinks. Or, if sugar is your favorite, don't change the sweetness or one of their other interesting flavor options! You can also alter the ice level. Who knew of this delightful deliciousness?! Stumbled across it accidentally while coming out of my cell phone carrier's store. It is so so so lovely! Great customer service! So many choices! Recently having had abdominal surgery I am on a full liquid diet. I saw Kung Fu Tea and thought hot tea! Boy, was I ever wrong! Hot tea, cold tea, bubble tea, milk tea, fresh fruit slushes! My tummy is so happy to have something new and fresh in it! As I mentioned customer service was wonderful: talking with the young woman at the counter letter her know I had dietary restrictions... well she was ALL ABOUT IT! I missed you Kung Fu Tea! And what a sweet reunion it was. When I lived in Chicago, whenever I was somewhat close to Chinatown I would stop by Kung Fu Tea. Finally, there's one here in Grand Rapids. This one has plenty of parking in the front, although with how busy it was today (July 4th), I would not be surprised if the parking gets full. Recommend you download the Kung Fu Tea app, as they sometimes have deals - July 4th there was a buy 1 get 1 free deal. Today I ordered the Oreo Wow Milk, which was delicious. I appreciate that they have a good amount of options for those of the lactose intolerant population. Looking forward to trying more of their flavors! read more

I actually like this place a lot and they have great service and a lot of drink options so it meets the customer needs depending on what type of drink flavor you're looking for. They also have a lot of options for toppings, but overall really good. I think also the one downside that I've noticed is that they don't do a lot of customize drinks. For example, if I wanted happy amount of Boba, or I wanted to do a little bit of customization, even if it cost more they don't do that so that's the only bummer that I have about this place . Parking is very easy overall I recommend this place for anybody and everybody to just have a nice good drink read more

"Everybody was Kung Fu fighting" to get in here. Huge menu which is a plus. Can be a bit overwhelming if it's your first time here. I stared at the menu for at least 5 minutes, looking at all my options. The cashier was more than happy to help explain the differences. When It came time to order, I figured I could just pick something and figure out what I did and didn't like for my next visit. I decided on the large Matcha Milk Strike with aloe jelly and red bean. All is can say is delicious and refreshing! My taste buds got karate chopped by how tasty my drink was. How can you go wrong with a name like Kung Fu Tea? Fact is, you can't. It's awesome. read more

I love this place and visit regularly! I have always had great service when visiting. Very calm atmosphere which is great! I've tried a lot of the drinks but my favorites are the Milk Tea and the pineapple slush with mango popping jelly. The pineapple slush is a great refreshing summer drink! Highly recommend! I've visited this newly opened location a couple times now before posting my review. After trying about 12 different drinks, my favorite has to be the Roseship milk tea so far. The taste of the tea in all of the drinks is fairly strong which is in my opinion a good thing. The building itself is very clean and the staff very welcoming. I found it ironic that there was a sign posted that read "speak up we can't hear you" while the music was pumping at a loud volume. It would be hard enough to hear but when you combine the loud music with a person speaking through a mask while behind a plastic barrier, it makes it difficult to communicate. I gave Kung Fu Tea another chance and they did a great job! Their Taro Slush is the best and most natural tasting Boba. My parents' Cocoa Cream Wow Bobas were made with Lactaid and they loved it. I went to the Novi location once and have been excited to go back, although I don't go to the east side of the state often. When I saw they built this one in Grand Rapids. I was super excited and it exceeded my expectations. I got a taro slush with boba and my boyfriend got a honey milk tea with coffee bubbles and they were amazing.
