They have the best tasting tapioca pearls. It tastes fresh and is actually soft. I usually don't like prolific pearls as they can be hard but these are delicious. The variety of drinks are also great, ranging from fruity teas to delicious and rich milk teas.

The Oreo milk strike was a delicious caffeine free dessert! The cashier was so kind to help me understand the menu and the restaurant itself had plenty of open seats and I loved the notes on the wall. The whole place smelled like sweet cookies.

Staff super friendly. Was in the neighborhood and wanted to try there passion fruit tea. It was very good and refreshing.

Pumpkin Oolong Milk Tea, medium? Small size. With bubbles and coffee popping bubbles! Yummmm

Well, ordered delivery from here today. Never tried their bubble tea. We ordered the signature medium Kung fu milk tea, seasonal pumpkin oolong milk tea, and matcha milk tea. Delivery was quick. Packed neatly. The medium is more like a small.... The signature milk tea arrived warm. Ordered it with less ice. It came with no ice. It tastes like soap. It's awful. I do not recommend it at all. Got it with bubbles. It was $6.05. Way too expensive for what it is. Never again. The matcha milk tea with bubbles added was okay. I've had better quality matcha. It's definitely on the sweet side even though I ordered it with 0% sugar and less ice. This came with some ice and was cold. Would I order this small matcha again for $7.35? Hell no! Way too expensive for a little matcha. :( The pumpkin oolong milk tea was the best of the three! Ordered it with 0% sugar and less ice with added coffee popping bubbles (so neat! And yummy) and the tapioca bubbles. This drink arrived cold with some ice. The coffee popping bubbles were great. Tapioca bubbles great. The flavor is also sweet on its own. This was the only drink we agreed was worth it. The medium (though small size) was $6.80. A fair price since it was delicious. This is the only drink we would order from here again. It's seasonal so try it while it's here! :)

The bubble was ok. Cute little spot in Hoboken but the bubble tea was a little too milky and the tapioca was kind of hard. Service was quick and they were super friendly.

The tea was good. The staff was cordial. The menu showed different varieties of tea available. The bubbles in the tea are delicious.

I walked about a mile today to get the bubble tea from here. I got the grapefruit green tea with bubbles. It was very refreshing. I saw people ordering JianBing from here. I will give it a try next time.

I ordered the orange green tea which was the perfect balance. It was just the right amount of sweetness, and the orange juice was freshly squeezed which I really enjoyed. My friend ordered the strawberry lemonade and she loved it as well. Perfect balance and just the right amount of sweetness. We also order the taro milk tea with bubba and it's one of our favorite flavors so it did not disappoint. The place is pretty small however there wasn't anyone there when we walked. I'm glad we found this spot and will be back for sure!

I'm a big Kung Fu Tea fan! I especially love this location. The staff is always so friendly and they're very efficient. Everything always comes out so fresh. My favorites are winter melon milk green tea, passion fruit green tea, and taro slush. Not only can you adjust the level of sugar and ice to match your preferences, but they also have a wide selection of toppings too-- boba, jellies, and even red bean. You really can't go wrong with anything from here!

I ordered coffee milk tea with bubbles, it was pretty good but not today, it tastes like coffee milk sugar water.

While quite a small outpost, I'm glad that a spot like this exists at Chelsea Market! Whereas the upstairs store shelves a plethora of Asian and Asian-inspired decor, handicrafts, furniture and housewares, the downstairs counterpart is like if a grocery and a food court had a small child. I'm not sure how they managed to fit 4 different food vendors along one side of the wall--kinda blows my mind--Mao's Baos, Kimbap Lab, Tea&Milk, and Pearl River Mart Little Eats. I'll be honest I haven't tried the kimbap or baos mostly because I'm not used to paying quite so much for them, though to be fair for the location it's not out of reason considering a single slice of pizza upstairs at Filaga is like $9.** As for the grocery itself, while they're slightly more pricey than other Chinatown groceries that might carry some of the same products, for the exposure and location, again it's pretty reasonable. They carry a mix of food and condiments from different Asian cultures too--for the most part Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Malaysian, Thai, and some Asian American items*. *these may have origins in traditional Asian cuisine with an American or Western influence that makes it different or maybe more understandable or palatable to non-Asian culture, or truly straight up Asian foods that are branded in English. **let's not even get into the convo of why certain cultures' cuisines are considered "fancier" or affixed a higher perceived $ value than others. Sometimes I need to remind myself of this subtle internal prejudice when ascertaining whether it's worthwhile to purchase a food or product.

The gentleman actually said he was from Oakland, Oakland, California, so that was funny to me since I'm from the Bay Area also. Ambience in the store was very clean and rustic and if they weren't closing so soon I would've stayed to enjoy my pastry, but we had just finished eating at the Japanese taco spot down the street or alleyway? So look for my review on that! I can't wait to go back to Amy's bread and try more of their actual loaves of breads, as well as their pastries!!

We ordered the famous Gold Foil boba milk tea, which was $17, probably got so expensive due to price of gold rising :p. I also ordered the Mango pomelo sago, but the staff informed me they had no grapefruilt pomelo, but I ordered anyway. The gold foil tea came out quickly. It was well made, boba was good. But the mango pomelo took some time and it wasn't good either. There were chunks of mango that didn't mix well with the milk. I enjoyed the sago but rest of the drink was a bummer. My overall experience at this XFT store wasn't as majestic as the one by St Marks.

We walked into a casual setup with kiosk ordering that makes it easy to browse through the large menu and adjust your drink with different sweetness levels, toppings, and add-ons. The shop is more focused on quick visits rather than being a large café space, with some seating available but a feel that leans toward grabbing a drink while exploring the area. The variety of choices stood out, from fruit teas and slushies to matcha and specialty drinks. We tried the hojicha latte, which had a smooth roasted flavor and felt like a nice alternative to the usual matcha drinks. Their fruit-based drinks and slushies also stand out because they feel lighter and more refreshing, especially compared to heavier milk teas. The menu has a lot of creative combinations, so it feels like a place where you can keep trying different drinks instead of sticking to just one favorite. One thing we appreciated about Jooy Tea Shoppe is how customizable the ordering process is. The kiosk system makes ordering simple, especially when the menu has so many options that it would otherwise take longer to decide, and it makes it easier to experiment with different combinations. The pricing is a little higher compared to some traditional bubble tea shops, especially after adding toppings, but the drink selection and specialty options help make it feel different from a standard boba stop. The variety is probably the biggest reason to come here since there are many flavors that are not as common elsewhere. The service was efficient and the ordering process kept things moving, though the wait can depend on the crowd. Jooy Tea Shoppe is a fun bubble tea spot with a wide selection of drinks and plenty of customization options. The creative menu, fruit teas, matcha options, and seasonal flavors make it a good place to visit when you want something more unique than a regular milk tea. It offers a thoughtful, customizable drink experience that rewards exploration and repeat visits.
