What's really cool about this place is that you can customize EVERYTHING. The menu is super confusing, but the staff are willing to help decode it for you. Choose the base, the addins (oreos! tapioca boba! more!) and then choose the level of ice and the level of sweetness. You'll definitely get served up something that makes you grin. On weekends there will be lines of teens curving all around the stall. While it is worth a wait, you might want to hedge you bets, do a loop, and then return. Its decently fast, but not supersonic so be sure to keep your wait expectations reasonable. read more

It's nice to find a good place for bubble tea even if you're not in downtown Boston. This is a chain, but I'm happy to say my experience here was just as great as it was at some of their other locations. They have a menu in English and Chinese at this little stand in the food court, and a lot of the workers speak Mandarin as well as English. They're usually pretty busy, but the wait wasn't too bad. I've been here a few times now and have had okay experiences but today wasn't great. I got the Kung Fu Milk Tea with bubbles (because they were out of Thai tea, like they are every time I go) and the tea was delicious but I barely had any bubbles in my tea, especially since its 50 cents extra for bubbles, which left me disappointed. I'll probably give this place another chance (maybe they'll actually have Thai Tea for once) but its only because its the only option in this area. read more

I really can't resist their boba. It's amazing. Always tastes so fresh. I went to the mall as I saw they were open in the food court and this also led me to an amazing restaurant discovery (Wasabi) so thank you, Kung Fu Tea! Same excellent selection. I am a creature of habit so we always get taro and then another flavor. The taro was perfect. Love the taste and as I've said the boba is the best around. We also tried the honey oolong. Not quite as good as it had a strange syrupy aftertaste that we hadn't encountered before at other locations. Still yummy so no real complaints, glad I also had my go to taro. Good bubble tea. Pretty much up to par with the rest of the chain. They do a good job of keeping the tea fresh - some Kung Fus I've been to tend to have oversteeped tea. Service was fast, tea good, boba fresh! Only thing I would recommend is putting up some signage showing you take cards (and any wireless payments, if applicable). We weren't sure cards were taken and a few others in line were unsure as well. read more

Thai tea tastes like watered down milk with a hint of regular tea, nothing like a real Thai tea at all. They apparently use some powder in it requiring shaking. What happened to real brewed tea? KFT is slowly getting worse and worse, not worth $5-6 for a cup of mediocre tea. read more

This is the only place you can go for a bubble tea fix in the Natick Framingham area. Was happy when they were offering happy hour promotion from 11AM - 12PM and you can get a large bubble tea for $3. It's a nice way to break up the day. Going today to get my usual bubble tea but was caught up on something and lost track of time. I rushed to get there exactly at 12PM but there was only one person working and was busy making drinks for the people before me. When it was my turn, it was 2 minutes late and I asked her if I made it to the happy hour promotion and she said NO in a very rude way. I was so excited to try out KFtea at Natick mall while there is not so many mall carry it. The experience is just so horrible. The employees there are very slow and unsure what they are doing there. The wait time is properly around 30' so watch out. I was in a hurry and only looking for something quick and easy but they felt me short :(. After about 30' of waiting, I ask one of the girl if my order is ready (mine calling # is 2, while there #4 and #5 has been called), she gives me one of the disgusting look like wth wrong with you !?! I would not recommend this place and might come back if they ever change their employees. read more

Ordered ahead as I always do and I pay for extra extra bubbles and did not receive that. I order from here every week multiple times a week so the order being wrong was no big deal, I let them know it does not in fact have extra bubbles and that I paid extra for it. 2 girls were adamant that it was extra bubbles and would not re make the drinks for me.
