Mmmmmmm the boba here is absolutely delicious! The service was great, cashier seemed to really enjoy being there! Typical boba shop vibe, games, claw machine and a nice Chinese style seating area. The place is very clean and smells fresh! The boba was delicious as stated! Not too sweet and just the right amount of boba! Will definitely be coming back! See you soon Kung Fu Tea!!

Stopped by Kung Fu Tea and got the mango slush with lychee jelly balls. It was actually really good. The mango flavor was super refreshing and the lychee jelly was perfect. Everything tasted fresh and blended perfectly. Definitely a good choice if you're in the area.

Trying to find parking in this area is a nightmare. The Kung Fu Tea is tucked between the nail salon and Cosmo Prof, and when you finally do snag a spot, it's definitely tight. Chill vibe. Now, about the drinks -- I honestly thought, where's the rest of my drink? The menu or the ways they make the drinks may be slightly different from the Rancho San Diego location. I originally wanted a Matcha Milk with strawberry (not on the menu) so I ordered two medium drinks. What I got felt more like a child's cup than a medium. The balance of the drink was off too, which made me wonder why it wasn't listed. I ended up switching to a regular Strawberry Milk Tea instead. This time, it was actually really good -- lighter, not too thick, and tasty. The owner himself remade my order without any fuss, and he was super kind, which I appreciated. That said, I do wish they'd adjust the drink sizes. I would happily pay more if I had known the "large" here is basically the "medium" elsewhere. I guess that's what I get for assuming all Kung Fu Tea locations are consistent. Overall, the drink was good, the Bobba a little more mushy than it use too. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to return to try other drinks here. Giving 3.5 stars but bumping it up to 4 for the great hospitality.

This place is consistently one of the best boba places I go to. The service is always very nice, and you don't have to wait too long for the order. It's always really clean inside and they also have wifi if you want to get some work done. I don't know if they have food, but all the drinks I've tried have always been good and they have the best boba in my opinion.

After a hot workout class, I was craving a milk tea. I've been to the Kung Fu tea in the Convoy and always had good experiences, so I gave this one a try. I'd never had the Almond milk tea before but it was so. good. Seriously might be my new favorite! The flavor was perfectly balanced between almond and tea, and the boba had that classic Kung Fu floral flavor. The server was kind and the shop was clean. Don't miss out on this spot - it's tucked away in a shopping center!

When I say this is the new spot for drinks, I'm not lying. Super cute interior. Super cute decor. And the honeydew mania was so refreshing! I love this place for coming in for the first time! I'm definitely coming back. And the prices are amazing!!! Service was fast!!

I really enjoyed my tea! They were able to make it extra sweet for me since I'm a fan of sugary tea! For my first time here I enjoyed it.

Usually I love this place, but I just got decived and with Christmas too. Bahhumbug. They have mystery bags at the front and I was expecting like maybe a candy they sell or a king fu tea logo sticker. Nothing crazy. But NO...I got a snowman and a broken ornament....like wtf? Oh and did I mention it is cash only and no returns. Can you say shady... If you're gonna offer a mystery bag...atleast put something from your store!? That's pretty standard. Someone's trying to earn some extra under the table cash this season

11/12/23- I went in at 12:09pm and I ordered 2 Thai Milks. No one was inside. One friendly cashier/maker. It took about 5 minutes to make. Easy and fast. The drinks were delicious. See the photos of the inside of the store.

I was really disappointed when I got my drink because there was absolutely no tea flavor, just a big cup of sweet milk (see photo). I ended up ordering another drink because I didn't come here to drink a glass of milk, but the woman at the counter wouldn't let me swap the drink out at no charge. She wasn't rude, but she also wasn't particularly empathetic or apologetic about the situation. I had to pay for an entirely new drink, which also wasn't made at the 25% sugar level I had originally requested. I ended up throwing the milk drink away. :( That said, the new drink brown sugar Pearl milk tea was much closer to what I wanted, and the boba pearls had a great texture and came in a good portion. I just wish the first drink had been explained better and that there had been some willingness to replace it, since I definitely wasn't expecting to receive an entire cup of milk instead of a milk tea. The ambiance of the place is cute.

Compared to the name of the spot, the interior felt like it belonged to a night time sushi spot. I'm not sure if they are allowed to repaint the interior, but changing the black/dark blue walls to something more bright would open up the space a little more-- it is a small place, but felt even smaller with the design choice. The menu was organized, but it seems like they were out of a few items in the morning as they didn't have mini pearls--only regular. And for some reason, you couldn't change the sweetness level on the drink...or maybe it just related to the drink I chose? Not sure, it was my first time there. The worker was nice & patient. Although for not having many people in the shop, I hope they could take the time to perfect their boba. It was VERY clumpy and not good-- texturally and taste wise. It didn't have that rich brown sugar taste and it was very gooey and chewy (not in a good way). They did give a good amount of boba, but I feel most people would toss it out because of the bad quality. Which would be a waste of money. To drink, I chose the Hokkaido Milk Tea with Pearls. I wanted to do 50 or 75% sweet but I guess since this is a caramel noted milk tea, it isn't possible. I think the tea was ok. I would order something else next time. My friend had the Okinawa Milk Tea with Pearls, I'm unsure if they asked for a certain sweetness level or not. They said the tea was good, but the pearls weren't good. Something to note, I charged the drinks on my card and rather than saying Sayaka Tea, it said Sharetea...interesting. I wonder if they rebranded themselves or ?? Each drinks were around ~$7-8 ish! I'll give them another try, I hope the boba will be better the next time around and I'll be allowed to change the sweetness. If not, I'll be heading a little further down the street as this tea spot may not be for me!

Well... came to lunch with one of my sons, and let me just say, I wanted to like this place more…read morethan I actually did. The staff was friendly, especially Amy and Jennifer, and I have to give Amy credit because she was very patient and helpful in explaining the menu and portion sizes. But unfortunately, once the food, drinks, pricing, and portions all came together, this turned into a "thank you, but I won't be back" kind of experience. The place is in a place center and a small establishment better for Togo order but has small seating available inside. The menu itself seemed pretty standard, but I quickly learned that their portion sizes and prices are different from what I'm accustomed to. I was told the combo portions were more like child-sized meals, so I decided to order two large Orange Chicken entrées with steamed rice. We also ordered two chicken eggrolls and two Thai teas with boba. The total? $53.87 for two people. Now Auntie is going to need you to explain that math! Especially because the prices for the drinks and boba weren't clearly displayed. I actually had to have Miss Amy go over the bill with me because I was trying to figure out how we got to nearly $54. THEN I discovered there was a 3.99% credit-card surcharge that I wasn't aware of. Had I known, I absolutely would have brought cash. So, memo to anybody going: bring your cash! The Thai tea was another hard pass for me. At $8.65 EACH, I expect a Thai tea to be GOOD good. And as somebody who loves Thai tea, I know what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, this tasted more like a powdered mix, was way too heavy on the milk, and didn't have enough of that actual Thai tea flavor. The boba looked and tasted overcooked too as it was mushy. At that price, "I just couldn't justify it." The Orange Chicken was fresh and appeared to be made to order, so I'll give them that. But the breading was harder than I prefer, and the sauce didn't taste like traditional Orange Chicken to me. It was much sweeter and tasted more like a sweet-and-sour sauce with a twist. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't what I was expecting. My bigger issue was the portion of chicken. Once it came out on the plate, I remember thinking, "Ohhh... this is the large?" The rice portion looked normal, but the amount of chicken left me wanting more--especially considering the price. Now let's talk about these "chicken eggrolls." Chile... They came out looking EXACTLY like vegetable spring rolls. I actually asked Amy before eating them, "These are chicken eggrolls, right?" because I noticed the wrapper looked different from the eggrolls I'm accustomed to. She assured me they were. So I took a bite, opened it up, and... WHERE'S THE CHICKEN?! There was nothing but vegetables inside. And I wasn't the only one who noticed. Another customer walked in while I was sitting near the ordering counter, looked over at them and said, "Those definitely look like spring rolls." Ma'am, THANK YOU! I brought it to Amy's attention, and she went to speak with the staff. A little while later, she came back with a small saucer of cooked chicken and explained that she wanted to make things right as they were hand made and sometimes they forgot to put the chicken in the rolls. I genuinely believe she was trying to do something nice, and I appreciate that she addressed the issue rather than ignoring it. BUT Auntie is going to be honest: that wasn't really the fix I was hoping for. I had taken ONE bite. The better solution would have been to remake the eggrolls correctly. I ordered chicken eggrolls--not vegetable spring rolls with a side of chicken. Bringing me a little plate of cooked chicken after the fact just made the situation feel even more awkward. At the end of the day, I don't think anyone was intentionally trying to give me a bad experience. The staff was pleasant, Amy was kind, and the food was fresh. But good customer service can only go so far when the value isn't matching the price. Nearly $54 for lunch for two is not an inexpensive lunch, and for that amount I expected better portions, better drinks, clearer pricing, and--most importantly--to actually receive what I ordered. So unfortunately, Auntie will not be returning. ‍ I truly wish them well, but when I spend almost $54 on lunch for two, I shouldn't leave feeling like I had to investigate the bill, question the portions, question the drinks, AND investigate where the chicken went in my chicken eggrolls. For me, this was a one-and-done.
