Not the only shopping place in the area Waimalu Plaza sits on a busy corner of Moanalua Road and Kaahumanu Street but don't let this hidden place fool you as it's filled with great local small biz including a full Safeway. Would you expect to find City Mill along side Pink Box and The Face Shop or Hakuyosha, Red Wing Shoes, N&J Nails, Pet Clinic or Pacific Diamond...I honestly didn't think so lol! Sikdorak III, Subway, Jamba, Pho, Pancakes & Waffles and even Paesano is something that got me hungry though I really came here to chill at their Starbucks as this location is a great place to do so as it's spacious with lots of seating. Lots of various parking areas including the ones right beside Starbucks does make it an easy place to swing by and to get a long of shopping or just errands done. Thank you!

Got here around lunch time on a Saturday. It's great to see the businesses here are doing great!…read more However it took a while to find a parking spot and the parking lot was jam packed with cars. My usual spot is Kabuki's Restaurant, and I like the okazu-ya. Also Chun Wah Kam for their baked manapua, and pork hash. So happy these businesses survived the pandemic phase.

Shopping and dining in Mililani, Oahu, Hawaii…read more.. If I ever went to Mililani Marketplace in the past, it was before Yelp, and before I can remember... This Shopping Center is probably most known for Safeway. We visited because of Sakura Restaurant. I had a gift certificate from an Instagram Contest in which First Hawaiian Bank collaborated with small businesses such as Sakura Restaurant. Sakura is a stand-alone business. Everything else is like a strip mall. Luckily, Irene M. knew her way around. We walked over towards Subway, passed Super Cuts and Po Sing Chinese Restaurant, and saw a nail shop around the corner, past Meet Tea. It looks like this Shopping Center has some vacant space. I wonder what was here and what's coming...

It is one…read moreof the smaller shopping center in Mililani that has Safeway which anchors it and see many come here to shop though my first visit here was for Meet Tea and you need to know because the signs aren't quite that visible and sadly they no longer sell tea (sigh!) but there are a few other biz here like Sakura which is the reason I'm here because lucky Nadine has won an Instagram contest and I was the lucky enough to experience it all. Subway, Super Cuts and a few other services are available here though what I'd come back for is Po Sing Chinese Restaurant as they seem to have some yummy roast pork and plate lunches here that I never knew existed. Lots to explore in Mililani and this shopping center has some spots that I hope will be filled with more biz to keep me coming back. Thank you!

Shopping around…read more.. The numerous of times I've come here and it's not for the same business as the amount of space that's home to the various types of shops found here is impressive. I do love coming to The Boba Room for my fix, Savers to donate and thrift shop, Chris Peanut Shop II for snacks or many services and restaurants folks do come here for that and so much more. With lots of free parking provided by the shopping center it's a great spot that has several entrance depending on the direction you're coming from, it makes it so easy to shop and support local. Jade Chinese restaurant has the BEST hands down Char Siu and hot sour soup! We eat there fairly often and it's nice when the owners recognize us. Thai village is the best Thai restaurant ever & only Thai restaurant that makes Pad Woon Sen the way I like it. Big City Diner has lots of great choices, Outback is our family's go to for steak and Aussie fries , Taco Bell, Loco Moco, Karen's and especially Dave's ice cream. Now they have Teapresso there and my co workers always go for a boba run during lunch. I don't think I've had any bad service at any of the stores or restaurants there. I also work super close by so this place is always a great go to for my co workers and I when we need to grab lunch or need a quick item or two and the prices are pretty reasonable!

My bestie lived in Ewa Beach which I've frequented for over twenty years and driving down you see several little shopping centers but nothing like Laulani Village Shopping Center. I remember when it started to break ground seeing "Safeway coming soon" sign and was definitely excited for the community and my bestie for more options though I was just clueless of what other plans they really had for this area. Adulting along with distance I wasn't around for the final unveiling and really had no idea until a visit with my bestie one day as she was my New Years resolution..."to put our happiness first and see her more" and we had our pedi here, can't remember the place but clearly remember the fun and smiles we had following with Starbucks of course...oh how I miss those days. She's now my angel but I do visit here when I can as there so much to do, shop and get things done the most recent was for her celebration of life and as I created a collage in honor of her life we need a place to get it printed...Yelped a bunch of places but it was 8pm and nothing was available so I drove in Laulani to rethink and...POOF! Walgreens!!! Staff there was amazing and we got it done in minutes and saved our day, so much memories and great wonderful business here including City Mill, Jolene's, Ross and many many services as well. Low on gas Safeway Fuel Station is a must as you get a discount for paying in cash many times no different from Costco. Thank you for the memories and happy moments!

Today I went to Safeway, Jolene's and Ahi & Vegetable. I liked all three locations better than the ones in town. It wasn't as crowded and I liked the open space. I also saw T-Moblie, Ross, Walgreens, City Mill and American Savings Bank in the shopping center.

The forgotten mall…read more.. Well it's more of the old school type of mall with a single strip going down a straight line with various biz mostly foodies type are found here but you'll read it's the parking and yes I agree as many of us would rather find the one that's closest to the biz of your choice it's seriously the luck of the moment. Though parking at the very next lane is no different really from the first as it's just a few steps but what really gets me is that it seems like the sun just beams straight down to this area as it's blazing hot which is why it's not my favor spot the does have a slight shade from the building itself but everyone else bakes if you're here for a long period of time. We came for some tea and talked but didn't stay very long and the bathroom situation is pretty much non existent as well. Thanks!

The OG place for services like Blend House, Jackson Hewitt or your dentist appointment though I came here for some Taste Tea and and a bite at Frida's but today was to drop off a bag of donation at the Green Drop bin and have recent found out there's a name for this tiny shopping center. With lots of free parking it's a great place for it all and can see why many locals do stop here and is easily found with KFC prominently holds the spot at the corner making it easy to find. Whether it's fabric, Chiropractor, Sprting events or just that specialty store many are located here even shops I had thought had long closed is found here at Harbor Center in Aiea. Signs are noted that parking is free something that's slowly disappearing here in Hawaii but no worries here the only concern is if you're unaware where the biz is located like me. The main entrance is located just between Goodwill and Cutter which has clear signs and can't be missed. Something that's slowly disappearing I didn't expect is a small grassy area in the back with a single table is a nice unobstructed water view which I thought was nice as a few folks seem to take in and enjoy the tiny yet serene area. As I found the biz I was looking for lots of parking was and easily got on my way. Thank you!

I feel like this center is very much overlooked when it comes to finding great shops. It's home to…read moremany small businesses, and also a huge variety of places from restaurants, to embroidery shops, gymnastics, car repair and so much more. I feel like I'm always finding new cool spots to check our everytime I'm here. Harbor Center is home to many of my favorite little places to visit from Guieb Cafe, Crafts Way, Fabric Mart, Goodwill, etc. Check them out! I recently even found a little spot towards the back where you can park where there's a small grassy area, a picnic bench, and a nice view of the water; although I wouldn't want to touch the water though. Lol.
