My nails are so damaged after visiting kutie nails. After waiting 40 minutes, somehow a primer was added to my nails before the gel polish, so the polish adhered to my nails. I went to another location to have them repainted due to Kutie nails being short staffed, only to discover that the gel would not come off. My nail ended up splitting down the middle on my nail bed while attempting to remove the polish. Super painful and will now take weeks to heal. I will never go back to this nail salon. I'd rather endure the traffic of the 380 than to have a rush job ruin my nails again. Not to mention, while I was paying, the man stood over my shoulder to watch me send my payment via Venmo. That makes me so uncomfortable. I'm not part of Providence Village Facebook, so this is my only review for the company. read more

I gave this salon 2 stars because the pedicure was good, clean, and sanitary and the girl who did it was very nice and professional. However, I also asked for a dip manicure and it was definitely not that. First, instead of soaking my other dip nails off from another salon he ripped them off with a nail tip, causing even more damage to my natural nails. His work station was not clean, had the same towel from the person before, and same whatever solution was in the container in the picture, and other people's nail scraps thrown all over the place. Then when he started to do my nails, I said "oh no I wanted dip powder not acrylic" and he said "it is dip, I do different." I said okay and moved on but I definitely know the difference between dip powder and acrylic, he just must have thought I was dumb. I was charged a few extra dollars because of this and didn't leave with what I wanted. Will not be coming back. read more

THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER GONE TO. The older lady with glasses is so effing rude. She does not do good nails either!! When I asked them to fix my nails they were so rude as if it was my fault my gel polish had bubbles everywhere. The gel polish did not last well only 6 days and my nails are completely uneven. They were talking bad about me in a different language as if I and the other customers didn't know they were talking about me. So low class and disrespectful. Also your bathroom is disgusting. There was shh.t rubbed on your disgusting toilet. The guy who did my pedicure was nice but the owner and older lady were the worst. I spent way too much money here for a mediocre job. Over $100. Don't come here. Also your couch at the front of the salon looks horrible and unsanitary. read more

I have gone to every salon off 380 over the last 9 years and always gravitate back to this one. The only reason I have tried other salons is because their pedicure chairs are older and sometimes the massage and recline feature doesn't work. However, the quality and service is amazing. Plus they are very affordable. I got the second most expensive pedicure (which was over an hour long) and a gel manicure (arm massage and all) and only spent $60.00. (That would have cost me $80 somewhere else for less service) They don't rush you out the door like the other salons who take every walk-in possible. And they don't make you feel like they are being "put out". I never leave frustrated. The other women who gave them a 1 star should have called ahead. Their bad! read more

I decided to check out this salon in May, and wanted to wait on posting a review until I had visited more than once. So far I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service each time I've come in. The staff is pleasant and friendly, does consistently good work, is always respectful of the customers, and is professional in their business. Definitely different from a few other salons nearby! Would give zero stars if it was optional I get my nails done a lot so I've been to plenty different nail salons majority of them are walk-ins welcome such as this one claims to be... yet is NOT. I tried to go once with my mother in law and was turned away because they claimed they were busy yet only 1 person was in there and already being serviced. I then attempted to give them a second shot on account of my friend wanting to go despite my warning. Therefore we went and were asked to come back at a later time which we did then they still proceeded to claim they were busy. The people here clearly do not want the money or service. A complete waste of money. I got my toes and my nails done and the nail polish peeled off like stickers after 3 days. I went in and asked them to repaint and they told me it was completely normal for the nail polish to peel off after a couple days. They refused to fix the issue which was most likely an issue with old nail polish ,probably the base coat was old. They were happy to let me leave with my nails peeled off and with a smile ! read more

I've seen some people give negative reviews due to being turned away. Today was my last day going there, due to the constant change in management. I've been there a few times and each time charged a different price and told new manager changed prices and / or specials. The manager is never there. The worker's there do not take the time out to get to know their regular clients, do not build rapport to even advise when a change has been made.
