The appointment was for my 3 year old and I'm due to give birth with my 2nd in less than a week but I say no problem. The receptionist says great we'll see you in half an hour. I then come back in half an hour and I ask if the hair stylist is ready. The receptionist says no that she needs 5 more minutes but I can leave if I don't want to wait. This was pretty frustrating and I asked why they wouldn't just call me if she's running that behind and ask me to come later? The receptionist only mentioned that the stylist is just that busy. I wait another couple of minutes and ask again if the stylist is ready. At this point im tired of waiting and ask to get an actual estimated time she will be ready. I see the receptionist go up to the stylist and I see that the stylist is annoyed with the questions. I feel that when you have such a "popular" stylist that people should be better at scheduling their appointments for them. A phone call to say she's running an hour behind would have been great to receive, and the stylist could have taken 2 minutes to check in with me and see what can be done to accommodate me since I wasn't late. The stylist ran behind and should have tried to remedy the problem. At the end I left, it was obvious they didn't care for my business since the stylist is that popular. Overall I was very disappointed and won't return.

So she tried to hide the hair, from the hair brush but it was falling all over the place my friend says, oh your hair is falling out pretty heavy and i said oh wow it is and i noticed if i touched it hair was coming off just falling off it was crazy so i was like yeah it's falling out i stood calm. To be respectful but this over weight blonde lady comes, and starts screaming at both of us calling us imbeciles saying we are not professional hair dressers, and she kept asking us sarcastically yelling ARE YOU A HAIR DRESSER, and she says you are saying the hair is falling out but welcome to being blonde, it happens. The other lady who put the bleach in tiffin says yeah well that's what happens you had very damaged hair and if you keep up you'll be bald (i'm sending pics of my hair before nowhere near bald) Also, if my hair was damaged why did she convince me to get a full set of highlights instead of full? she also seemed mad i was having a conversation about what i wanted she was literally signing, and so mad for no entire reaosn it was the worst experience of my life and i can't believe the other lady screamed at us and called us names, she said if you don't wanna pay we'll just take brown hair dye and dump it on your head so it can be like the way it was before, with all that root you had, and threatened to call the cops i said go ahead and call them, they did i just paid and left to avoid conflict but it was the worst experience of my life, i also forgot to mention that i paid for a blowout I DID NOT receive they charge 45 for a blowout, but if you don't pay for it after paying 270 for a full set of highlights you walk out the salon with wet hair , so i needed to pay the extra 45 which i said i was fine with but the lady just blow dried it normally and didn't even blow it out pretty with the brush, so i asked her why she didn't and she said okay its on the house dont worry. then i was Charged 80 dollars for it !!!!! and they told me if i don't pay they're going to put the brown hair dye in my head and call cops, i was scared honestly of them they were 2 over weight tall ladies who seemed like they wanted to fight with me. such a disgusting experience

My son came in for a simple haircut and was subjected to a very hurtful comment made about his appearance -- in Mandarin -- by the hairdresser. While the stylist may have assumed he wouldn't understand, the remark was understood and luckily my son was not hurt by it. When I called the salon to address the issue, the staff member denied it entirely, which made an already upsetting situation even more frustrating. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no acknowledgment of the harm caused. A salon should be a welcoming space for everyone, regardless of background or appearance. Making derogatory comments about a customer -- in any language -- is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon and hope management takes customer feedback seriously and holds their staff to a higher standard.
