I initially tried to show mike the problem but of course it wasnt happening during his testing. He said hed take a look and quoted me an estimate based on what he thought the problem was and said it would take a few days. The next day he calls me and tells me its ready for pick up and he fixed the problem. Charged me less than quoted and its been working fine since. No damage no extra upsells, just good honest work. Mike and his team are professionals and broke everything down so i understood what i was paying for and their work is super solid. Cant even tell my console was taken apart. Now its running smooth and i have a trusted place i can take my electronics. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

I did not know it at the time but the pump had failed leading to my CPU (i9 12900k) redline for the subsequent 4 months - by the time it was May, my computer would regularly screen tear during VR, crash during games, and I was at my wit's end. I tried everything on my own until I followed up with Jose at APlus Tech Labs. He identified the issue, offered up upgrade my CPU and replace it with a new AIO Cooling system. I was very happy with the price and lead time. I wound up bringing Jose my 2nd PC as well! For this 2nd PC, the PSU or the Motherboard had gotten fried so we had both replaced in a matter of days. Not only are they helpful, they won't up charge you for your lack of knowledge like others. They are actually honest and fair! I came back days later to get my lagging laptop looked at. James gave me some valuable advice to look out for and ways to free space without a charge. I've never been to a repair shop where they would be willing to look at your product without charge. They created and manufacture the product at this warehouse, so its not open to the public. If you call them you can get info.
