    Bam! Surprise. That's how I felt.

    It's hard to find a good appliance company you trust. Trust is the key issue in not getting OVER CHARGED in these situations. I'm not sure if I would call this guy over. Charge you $50 JUST TO GO OUT and look at the problem. What he doesn't tell you is that if he starts any work small or big he'll charge $120 MINIMUM. Turned off a safety value in the stove in 15 mins and wrote an invoice for $120. Wow. Not saying he did a bad job, but I would try to look around and maybe put him on your second call....or third...or...never? Update: They called back to apologize and wanted to make things right. I think it takes a lot to try to do your best in the community and to do the best job.

    5 stars for honesty. Based on the information I provided, I was told they're unable to repair my fridge. We need more companies like this.

Right when we heard that we called the place and sent them photos and they tell us there's nothing we can do about it even though they told us multiple times it had 0 damage. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from here! SINCE YOU LIKE TO CHANGE YOUR COMMENT 100 times because you have nothing to say I'll add a-bit more! (To come and lie to protect the business you know how to do) But to take care of customers who experienced issues with your merchandise you don't know how to do. PSA we never opened the box until yesterday. So to sit here and lie is just ridiculous. You basically said " if we had the part we'd give it to you but because we don't you'd need to pay for it ". After spending a lot of money on a hood already that turned out to be dented , you're looking to squeeze more money out of customers. This is just unacceptable. THE HOOD WAS NEVER REMOVED OUT OF THE BOX. THEY DID OPEN THE BOX TO SHOW US HOW IT LOOKED. We did not inspect for damage. They told us it had 0 damage and with good faith we purchased it. Don't blame customers for damaged appliances when you yourself know you sell damaged stuff. We contacted you almost 2 months after because we had not finished our kitchen until now and had the chance to install it. "If you really do the most for your customers and "deserve a medal" you would have ordered the damaged part. But you didn't. The first thing you did was informed me we would have to pay for it. So yes you deserve 1 single star. I'd put 0 if I could!!!

I had to cut and slash to get it in my price range. Delivery in two weeks. Fine. I went home to figure out what went wrong. For a California King, Gilbert charged me for 2 queen size box springs. Should have been 2 twins. Received a phone call from Gilbert, delivery pushed back another two weeks. Any more delays and will cancel order and ask for refund. Best part of story is mattress delivered in third week by very courteous gentleman who set up new mattress and hauled away old mattress. From my personal experience, go elsewhere for a mattress. I do highly recommend their delivery team.

The delivery, install, carry away and all the associated services were outstanding. Great place to buy. Next on my list from this spot is a 36 inch gas range to be installed in January. Highly recommended. Side note: The Bosch is worth the extra money. The one we picked has a decibel rating of 42. That is super quiet and just a tick above their quietest unit that is rated at ~36dbl. So far, we absolutely love this unit. I laughed at the app pairing, but I did it anyway and it's pretty cool. Tells you the water used, the kw used and other metrics. Pretty neat and it lets you set the time to start a load so we've been doing 2am start, so we wake to clean dry dishes. Leo the installer is top notch. Great super nice guy.

    My insurance recommended this company and the first part where they tore out and dried out the wall…read morewent well. BUT the second part where they restore what they tore out was AWFUL. The first crew broke my shower pan in the initial treatment, however, I was ok with that part because the crew was professional and polite. BUT dealing with the restoration/construction department has been beyond ridiculous and highly unprofessional - I was treated so rudely by Blake, who came to assess the project and give me a bid. When I spoke to Blake on the phone about his bid today and suggested some changes I would like he got very condescending and impatient. He was very eager to leave for Vegas today and obviously did not want to change the items on my bid. He made it clear I was not very important to him and I was an irritant. He actually scoffed at my ideas for my own house. He told me how ignorant I was, they wouldn't do what I wanted and I should go find someone else (and I did find someone else, I found 3 other bigger companies today actually, that said my ideas were very do-able and that Blake was wrong.) When I hung up with Blake, I called Christina (the head honcho) twice, I left 2 voice mails and she never called me back. All I can say is, RUN don't walk AWAY from this company's restoration/construction department.... I have built several homes in my life and flipped them and think Blake was just mad that I didn't want to be taken advantage of but why didn't Christina call me back? Seems they don't care.

It's like they're just bringing in random workers that aren't trained to do repairs. Do your research and go with real contractors that knows what they're doing.
