I found one in Concord to my relief. The Arco had one and this was one is a little different than the ones I have been to before. You have to pay the cashier for the service before you get the wash. I paid $14.99 for the regular wash. It's the cheapest one! Drove up to the wash area to see two workers waiting for me. They scrubbed down my car before the machine brought my car into the wash itself. Remember you need your car in neutral. I don't know why but I love the sound the wash makes. Love the feel of just sitting as the machine moves your car! After the wash and rinse, I was put to the outside! Another worker was waiting for me, by his lonesome self, he towel dried my car. However, I found my front license plate on the floorboard in the backseat. I am guessing it's possible those gigantic rotating brushes in the car wash may have jiggled the front license plate and frame off of the front of my vehicle. My bone of contention is nobody told me. They just threw it in the backseat of the car. And I didn't realize it until I got home. Might be a good idea to take a quick video of the exterior of your vehicle before you send it through their car wash and then do a quick walk around your vehicle. I did walk around my vehicle, but I did not look at the front. I was more interested in the sides. Shame on me.

So I rushed into the main office and thanks God someone was there but he said I do have to come back next day for my car because the where already closed. After so many pleases because inside my car were my house keys and everything he opened the garage where my car was and gave me my car. By my surprise, the car was barely clean. Stains all over, dust and pet hair was still inside. Basically my car was almost the way I dropped off there. I can't explain how frustrated I felt. I lost my money and my time. I mean, they could told me it was too late to do the cleaning service at 3:45pm. But why they got my car and they didn't do a good job! I have the membership here but I always go to Walnut Creek location. I think I'm not coming back here!

They added an unauthorized $3.00 "bug charge" to my standard $33.99 wash. When confronted, the cashier claimed it was a mandatory summer fee and refused to take it off. Only after talking with her boss, did she remove the charge. They make up pricing rules as they go. On a previous visit with my other vehicle, they suddenly decided it qualified for a "large car fee," despite never charging it on prior visits. They are dishonest and rely on customers not checking their bills. You've been warned--stay away.

Today I needed a deep clean detail and I had them do "the works" detail on my car before and it was really clean that time. So, I decided to use them again. (I told the lady I wanted it shampooed three separate times.) My car was very dirty. I transport my golden Retrievers around alot, so it is a dirty fur bomb golden hairnado inside. So, I got there before 2pm today and they had cones set up blocking the entrance. That was strange, I thought they closed at 5pm??????? Anyway, the lady motions me to drive on in. So, I drive in and ask them if they were closing because I could come back another day. She told me "no we can take you. We close at 5 but we were going home early today because business was slow." I told her my car was really dirty and furry, she said "no problem, we'll take care of you." She also told me that since I had been there 11 times before, that I would get a discount. GREAT!! Take my money...lol. So I left my key fob in the car and went inside to pay and I also bought a bottle of water because it was going to be an hour or so for the detailing/shampooing. 20 minutes later my car rolls out and under the shade trees. Two workers started slapping towels all over my car, just rubbing and quickly drying...I thought that was odd. I was waiting to see them roll a utility cart out with detail cleaning supplies, well the utility cart never roll out. 25 minutes from the time I left my key fob in the car to "finished"...LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS and you be the judge if it was "finished"! It was not closing time, it was only 2:25pm. The dude called out my car because they were done. I was shocked and could not believe they were "done". I looked at the dirty seats, the dog hair was still in my carpets and the back window dash board, the windows were all smudged, the cup holders remained gross, and you can still see where earlier in the week where the mechanics greasy bums sat on my seats and got grime everywhere. The wheels don't even look washed. The worker was clearly mad I was criticizing this crappy work and begrudgingly went and got some kind of long hose from the back and began power blowing all over the inside of my car and then the hairnados went WILD all over the inside of my car ...LOOOOOK AT THESE PHOTOS!!! I'll not EVER go back there again!! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY HUSBAND and not taken my car here!!
