We stopped into Ducky's Car Wash for the car wash, but the honey decided last minute to also fill up the car. We pulled up to the first pump, which did not take credit cards (or wasn't working) so we pulled up to the second pump, and the honey noticed that the gas ran a little pricey when he filled it (it ended up being 15 to 20 cents more per gallon than both gas stations down the block) but he was able to pay for the car wash at the same time - although it was also slightly pricey for how simple the wash was. We drove in and were processed through the wash, which was a fairly straightforward affair. The service was helpful and prompt, but it's a bit out of our way and pricy for a basic wash (let alone the gas), so we likely won't be back. read more

If you go here you better get the membership, because the difference between the cost of a wash versus the cost of a membership is pretty small. Will also need the unlimited washes because the car wash SUCKS! It took two trips (back to back) thru the wash to get my dirty car even close to clean. If you go once or twice a week, then the wash is fine but if your car is dirty, it will take a few runs to get it clean. The best part of the car wash was the vacuum and towel stations, so that you can dry off any drips, vacuum the car and wipe down the inside too. Problem is that the vacuum stations fill up quickly so unless you go at odd times you will have to wait or go without. The last straw for me was when I noticed a swirly scratch on the back of my wife's car and then saw the same pattern after a wash on my car. I was washing twice a week and I am 99% sure that it was the car wash doing it. I showed the workers so that they could fix the issue, but they totally denied that it could be the car wash. When I explained that I was just informing them and didn't want anything other than them to fix it, they still denied it. I then explained that both our cars have the same type of swirly scratches and I know it wasn't there on my car two days before, they still denied it could be the wash. I said ok, drove home and canceled our membership. Haven't been back since and haven't seen any more mystery swirly scratches on my car. read more

Here I am two years later, still going to Ducky's! Here's some regular customer feedback, yes this place gets busy. Especially when it's gonna be a hot day, just like every other business that has peak hours. This area is crowded AF and everyone seems to have the same idea, not Ducky's fault. Just plan accordingly! There's been a couple times my truck still had some dirty spots. I just went back around and they let me get back in line. No biggy and it's been rare. Nothings ever 100% all of the time. I've never really had to communicate with staff cuz this is a DYI kinda deal. But they always smile and look friendly! So this car wash doesn't like my front license plate frame. Guess they're not Raiders fans haha. Oh well, I just took it off. The convenience of the car wash supersedes the small sacrifice. I went there one time and agreed to unlimited washes for the month because it was the same price as their regular car wash. The guy working said their system does not save credit card numbers and would not autonew the monthly subscription and would simply expire. This was completely untrue and later realized I have been getting charged monthly. I called numerous times and they still will not reverse any of these charges. Beware of dishonest workers and unhelpful management. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. The guys with the iPad are VERY pushy about their memberships. When someone says no the first time, why keep asking? The guy goes on to explain why the membership is a better value. Another issue is there gas pumps never work with a card. read more

I am writing for the benefit, I hope, of fellow Concordians and other neighbors. DO NOT GO TO THIS RIPOFF CARWASH! Was just there this morning, and paid $25.00 for "Lucky Ducky" car wash. Drive through, was fine. After that, garbage. No dry towels/rags to dry the car, no vacuums available. They allowed at least one person to drive in who did not pay for a wash and who cut me off for the vacuum that was available. They don't care, and you should go anywhere else. I know that we will! Trash, ripoff, garbage place and that's the bottom line. read more

Whatever you do, do not sign up for their membership. We've tried to cancel multiple times with no luck and we're getting charged $40 a month. Finally submitted a claim with my bank. The first time we submitted a cancellation online through their website. No confirmation and charges kept coming. I just tried again and the contact form is not submitting. What kind of scam are you running here Ducky's? Will be reporting them to the BBB and to the state consumer protection agencies. How ridiculous and time consuming. Learned our lesson! read more

Beware every Uber driver will come here and detail their car for 30+ minutes even though there's a seven minute time limit. And the workers will say nothing so you'll be sitting there waiting just so you can vacuum up some crumbs in your car that would literally take less than five minutes. The car wash itself and the vacuums themselves were great, but the staff sucks because they just let people do whatever they want. read more

A decent car wash, but not amazing. A bit pricey for what you get (it's almost twice as much as the simple gas station touchless automatic car washes, but it was only marginally better of a wash). The staff was friendly and clear and the line wasn't too long on a Friday afternoon. I didn't use the manual vacuuming afterward but I appreciate that it's available to folks. read more
