For less than my local store was charging for a tank exchange, they came to my house, brought the tank up the stairs and attached it. And their customer service was top notch. I recently purchased 2.6 gallons of propane and was charged a $4.95 Hazardous Materials Charge. When asked the cashier responded, "this company charges a flat rate standard charge for propane refills". I have been a customer of Western Propane Services for many years. They never charged a Hazardous Materials charge for propane refills. To be clear, I didn't dispose of anything. I brought in my 20 gallon tank for a refill. I highly recommend going elsewhere as this makes the price of propane much higher than it should be. I paid $16.69 for 2.6 gallons of propane. Approximately $6.42 per gallon with their BS fee added. They are also closed on the weekends now. Go elsewhere. U-haul at 7422 Garden Grove Blvd is 1 minute away. They do not charge a Hazardous Materials fee and are competitively priced.

Then they casually informed me that the mechanic is out for the rest of the week and told me to come back next Tuesday. This is beyond unprofessional and completely disrespectful of customers' time. They had my car all day and didn't bother to mention they couldn't even work on it. Terrible communication, terrible service, and total incompetence. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
