Awesome a phenomenal time at Kyoto! Super fun for all ages and so much food to be eaten!! We ordered steak & shrimp with a side of scallops and steak, lobster, chicken combo!! Everything is just so flavorful and delicious!!

Looking for fantastic teppanyaki in Snohomish County? I've always heard good things and finally had the chance to dine with a large group. Reservations are recommended as this is a popular restaurant with limited seating. All seats are at the grill while I've been at some others that have a mix. Service was quick, with drink orders taken shortly after being seated, then back again to take the dinner orders right after that. There is a good variety of choices on the menu that everyone was able to find something they liked. I decided to try something a little different and got the shrimp and calamari steak with fried rice. The rice upgrade was worth it and I liked adding the yummy dipping sauce with it. The calamari was essential a slice that was grilled and then chopped up. Cooked thoroughly and not over done, it was delicious. While good on its own, I also liked to dip it in the yummy sauce too. The shrimp was seasoned well and I like to dip in the ginger sauce. Veggies on the side and then layer a sprout/cabbage mix too. For dessert, rainbow sherbet. The chef was entertaining and very personable. One of the main reasons for this style of restaurant is the show you get when the food is cooked and he did not disappoint. He was attentive, funny, and skilled at what he does. This is an excellent place to celebrate a special occasion, or a date night and meet some nee people as you bond over the show.

This spot is pretty cool. I went last week Thursday (8//6/20) for the first time and it was quiet. They did a good job spacing tabletops for social distancing. We went when they first opened so it was nice and relaxing. Restaurants like this steakhouse, you're basically going for the show, which even that was sub par, but the food is pretty good. I wouldn't say it's the best thing ever, but it was very tasty and filling. I chose steak and chicken and the cream and ginger dipping sauce makes the meats that much more palatable. The veggies were cooking nicely, not over done at all, so the crispness of the zucchini and onions were great. You can also upgrade to fried rice instead of having your regular steamed rice. I recommend the fried rice, it's actually delicious and pleasing.

Fun experience. On the expensive side, but still worth it. I enjoyed it more than my wife, whose pallet is more refined.

Great food, entertaining, and to me the place is too small to worry about poor service.

One big plus: they offer free 3-hour parking in the garage, which makes visiting downtown Bellevue so much easier. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Everything came out promptly, and we felt well taken care of. For food, I ordered the Kiss Kiss roll, which features salmon, mango, and tempura shrimp topped with fresh seared salmon. It was delicious--nice balance of sweet and savory with great texture. My personal favorite, though, was the Crunch Tower. It had amazing flavor and crunch, and I would definitely order it again. I also highly recommend the Salmon Lemon -- fresh, bright, and very satisfying. Overall, Wild Wasabi Signature is a solid spot for happy hour sushi in downtown Bellevue. We'll definitely be back!

He was the only one that ate the scallops and the free appetizer for the day which was squid I just don't think we can return after that. My son said he also noticed that the raw chicken placement was further away from the chef and the beef was almost touching the raw chicken so the beef was between the chicken and the chef. The grill was kind of a little sloped (hardly noticeable but from our angle you can tell since we were sitting on the side) so he was thinking that maybe some of the raw chicken juice may have gotten on the beef that he ate. He orders his beef medium rare . Maybe that's what it was? I've actually never been to another hibachi restaurant that cooked the beef and the chicken with that placement. Usually the chicken is far away from everything else being cooked and is to the left or right of other food

The place was absolutely empty when we got there around 6:30 on a Friday. This made us feel a bit uneasy but maybe it was just a slow night. There was only one other table that came in during the time we were there. The place is in a strip mall and doesn't feel like the best area. It was a bit dingy inside but seemed clean. The waitress was nice and quickly came over to get our drink order. The menu is online via a QR code so make sure you have your phone handy. We ordered a few special rolls and some regular rolls. The food took a little while to come out despite the place being empty. The sushi was fine but nothing special. The El Diablo roll was probably my favorite and packed a decent amount of heat. The rest of the rolls tasted pretty good but I didn't love the bigger pieces of cucumber in them. On the plus side, the prices were pretty reasonable.

Fish texture is that grainy, mushy kind. I'm not expecting Japan level sushi, but for the prices that you're paying per roll, you'd expect a little better. Atmosphere is fine, tables are a little sticky (you know what I'm talking about). Food presentation is good though, staff are hit or miss. Go here with expectations, then you may find this place okay to fix your sushi craving.
