I recently had such a bad toothache that the right side of my face was going numb, I was sleeping less than one hour per night and I could not drink ANYTHING for over five days. I was in denial, avoided visiting the dentist and took Tylenol so often as though I was eating M & M's thinking the pain would somehow go away. With that in mind, I put on my, "big boy pants" and visited my dentist to find out what the heck was going on with my tooth. Upon my arrival, i was welcomed back by the entire staff with warm smiles and greetings. The staff here are truly friendly, welcoming and professional. In less than three minutes of my arrival, I was lying on a dental chair awaiting the Dr. Yoon, my dentist. Dr. Yoon has this way of calming me down and getting me to relax immediately as she knows that my anxiety level is always high as soon as I step foot into her office. This visit was no different. Dr. Yoon examined me, had X-rays taken and immediately discovered an issue which would require the dreaded root canal. Due to my time schedule limitations, I made an appointment for a few days later and returned. At my next dental appointment, Dr. Yoon discovered that I had a fractured nerve and that this was causing a great deal of inflammation and was the source of my pain and numbness. Dr Yoon and her staff immediately got to work and in less than two hours, It was all done. The pain, numbness and my anxiety were gone. Wow! It felt GREAT to be painless once again. I have to return in two weeks for a permanent crown on the repaired tooth but the anxiety is no longer there and I am actually looking forward to visiting the best dentist and staff in the world. I am currently in month 3 of wearing clear retainers (off brand Invisalign) here at the dentistry…read more I have worn 7 trays for 2 weeks each so far. The process through the first 7 trays was I show up to the office and they hand me my next pair of trays to wear, usually giving me 2 or 3 at a time. Ive been wearing them consistently and doing my part, so when I went into the office on June 16th, I was expecting to receive at least my 8th, 9th, and possibly 10th set of trays. They didn't give any trays and instead asked if I wanted to continue wearing the trays, I was shocked why they asked that question because my teeth obviously weren't shifted to be straight yet. So I told the office I wanted to continue. They then said they had to order the next set of trays, which I was already shocked by, since I went into the office that day, for the purpose of picking up the next set of trays, it should've already been ordered weeks before. It was Thursday (June 16th) and I told them I had plans to go to europe with family next week and said can I get them expedited so they can get to me early next week. They didn't say they can expedite it to me. So I was patient, I called them a week later on Thursday (June 23). Then they said it may be 2 to 3 weeks, blaming the retainers company. I explained to them that my family was now in Europe but I was still here waiting for the retainers. Now we are on Tuesday (June 28), I went into the office and now I'm being told there is no timetable on when the retainer will be coming, no shipment date, no communication. So I put off almost 2 weeks of a family vacation just to hear them tell me they have no clue when the retainer will be in when they could have told me that original Thursday on June 16th. I asked again if they can expedite it to me and now they said they can if I go to Europe, but when I asked originally they didn't say they would. I am super disappointed in the service and extreme lack of communication that cost me the majority of a trip with family because they couldn't be straight with me from the get to. I was never reached out to once to be given an update, I had to call every single time even though they told me they would call me back with an update. They led me to believe I would get them back way sooner and now we are at 2 weeks of waiting and no timetable of when I will get my next pair of retainers. I've also been wearing the same retainer for 3 and a half weeks and it's broken into 3 pieces now and we can't do anything. If this review is updated to higher stars, it means that the service was improved after, if not, this review stays the same.

I started coming to this dentist due to an urgent dental emergency. In the beginning I was seen…read moresame day for the appointment/ x rays. Which is not why I am writing this review because the first appointment was quick and straight forward. My concern is the 2 appointments that followed. My first appointment was at 5pm, checked in on time, sat in the waiting room for over 20 minutes. I was brought back and the assistant begin the initial steps to my procedure and finished within 10 minutes. I waited in the chair for another 45 minutes and had to check in with reception if I should come back or what was going on. About 15 minutes after, the dentist came in and finished my procedure in 30 minutes. I walked out of there around 7:15pm. My follow up appointment was at 5pm and I checked in on time. Again, I was taken in at 15 minutes, an x ray was done and I sat in the chair for 50 minutes before someone came to let me know the assistant is busy.
