What I had: * Mediterranean Salmon (shared): The portion split felt more like 75/25 than an even share, which was a little odd for something asked to be split. The salmon itself was decent, but the hummus quickly overpowered the dish if you mixed everything together. * Teriyaki Ribeye: I requested medium rare and received a steak well past well-done, dry enough that it was basically inedible. It almost tasted like it had been reheated rather than freshly cooked. Since our server never checked in, I had to flag someone else down to get it replaced, and the remake took about 15 minutes to arrive--even though the cut was thin and already marinated. * Old Fashioned: The cocktail came out quite watered down, with very little depth of flavor. I would've asked for it to be remade, but again, our server was nowhere to be found. The bar program also felt surprisingly limited for a place that leans into a social, cocktail-forward vibe, which added to the letdown. The raw fish in the sushi rolls was warm which made me wonder if I was going to spend the evening in urgent care. We were comped one of the appetizers but it couldn't make up for the missteps along the way. Piece of advice: if your staff is not organized and on board, don't open. The damage that can be done to your reputation isn't worth the one night of lost revenue. I wish it had been better but it made my last night in Columbus a bit disappointing.
