    5 Piece Shrimp Tempura Roll
    Nick S.

SEVEN WORDS: EVEEYTHING YOU LIKE ABOUT ASIAN RESTAURANTS (Almost). . Although the Dining Room is Somewhat Utilitarian, it Works. Anyway, We Really Love this Place, so we dont need fancy to Be Completely Satisfied! . We've tried their Chinese Stir-Fry, Lo Mein, Tempura, Sushi, Calamari, and Egg Rolls. Every Single Dish was not only Very Good, but the Seevings were Always a Great Value. . For Example, tonight, we started with Calamari. While my Wife chose the BBQ Chicken Enree, which Featured 3 Chicjen Breast Fillets, a Side of Macaroni Salad, and a Cup of Rice, I had a Simple Shrimp Tempura Sushi Roll. Additionally, we each had a 12-ounce Bottle of Diet Pepsi. Including all that, our total bill before tip was $35: 1 Entree, 1 Seafood Sushi Roll, Calamari, and two Sodas. Ww were Quite Full at the End of our Meal. . Of note is their Fried Calamari. If you didn't know better, you'd assume they were serving Onion Rings instead of Octopus Rings! These weren't the squggly legs or bug-sized babies. These things were HUUUGE: Three Bites to Finish 'em Off! What's better is that they were as Fresh as Festival Fried Food - but with a cleaner taste. There are photos of the Old Restaurant from 4+ Years ago, but I updated the shots for better reference. Don't let this Restaurants Name Fool you - unless you're looking for Kimchi, Pho, or Pad Thai, and you Like all sorts of Asian Dishes, you're gonna leave with a VERY Happy Tummy.

I have ordered sushi several times from Sakura through this pandemic. They have really helped me curb my sushi cravings! Thank you! Please see below! Edamame - Fresh, not too salty. Sweet Heart Roll - This is my favorite roll! I love the seaweed inside. I could pass on the tempura flakes on the top. Green Dragon Roll - Pretty standard. Avocado and eel roll. Sakura House Rill - I really enjoyed this roll! All of the flavors came together well - shrimp tempura, avocado, spicy crap meat, tuna, eel sauce, and spicy mayo. Spicy Tuna Roll - Standard roll. Philadelphia Roll - Standard roll.

I love how close this place is to my house. I had the ramen obviously and it was so so good. Honestly I prefer it over many of the ramen places that are 20-25 min away. The broth was so flavorful and there was plenty of meat (pay for it separately!) The portion was also large. Typically I finish bowls pretty easily but 3/4 way through I had to slow down I was full. I will be a regular customer now.

Sushi and tempura is really good. I ordered the Dragon and Titanic rolls and the shrimp tempura appetizer. The tempura dip is a garlicky sweet sauce and not the typical tempura dipping sauce. They have definitely improved the tempura as I have ordered it before and not been impressed. I've also ordered on other occasions the orange chicken, chicken lo mein, hibachi steak, and teriyaki chicken. The hibachi had a thick sweet sauce that was not hibachi. It tasted like the same sauce on the orange chicken. I don't really like the big balls of chicken they use for the general Tsos and orange chicken, the teriyaki chicken was bland and the lo mein was okay. I would just stick to sushi and appetizers from here.

We tried this place since we wanted sushi and it had pretty good ratings . Uber eats delivered it and we were not disappointed. The Val canoe roll and the Titanic roll ... and a couple of chicken egg rolls. They were fresh delicious and looked amazing also .We will order again definitely.

    5 Piece Crab Rangoon

Found this restaurant on Uber Eats with as part oF their no delivery fee for local restaurants which is great BTW and DoorDash and Grubhub need to step up. But I digress, their menu looked good, pictures were appetizing and prices were reasonable. I am so glad we gAve it a chance! We had the General Tso's chicken, crab Rangoon and the Titanic Roll. Order arrived ahead of promised time, packaged perfectly, hot and fresh! The Titanic Roll was crab, shrimp and creeks cheese deep fried with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Divine. Crab Rangoon was perfectly cooked and both dishes were still crispy which is a feat as we all know for carry out and delivery. My fiancé loved the General Tso's and it smelled heavenly. They followed all my notes in my order which is such a bonus. Another good place that I will continue to support and you should too!

Very watery vegetables with a few pieces of Hibachi chicken

Placed a delivery order through a company ordered the vegetable Hibachi the chicken Hibachi and the chicken egg rolls received everything in my order but the vegetables and chicken were drowning in a very watery mess everything was super soggy the dressing for the salad was like pouring out Ginger water I had a puddle in the bottom of my container of watery dressing the yummy sauce tasted like a runny thin mayonnaise my daughter said the egg roll was okay but we weren't sold on the rest of the food . Miso soup had a very odd flavor .I have had lots of Hibachi in my life and this was by far the worst definitely do not recommend will not order again

I'm really bummed. This is definitely not my idea of Japanese hibachi filet and chicken. This tasted like Chinese food. The chicken was definitely not cooked hibachi nor was the rest of the sides. No flavor at all in the rice. I dont believe it was even mignon filet, maybe a different type of steak. The chicken had some type of sauce on it and the veggies were drowned in sauce. Had it delivered so we was stuck with it. Didn't even eat but 5 bites and was done. Definitely not what I was expecting and craving. $70 down the drain.

I order online which is super easy, you can even pay with PayPal. the order is always read in less then 20 mins when i arrive for pick up. I get a shrimp tempura, sweet potato, seaweed and Kani salad. Yes i had some of my rolls before i took the picture. These are my go to orders . Worth the price ? Yes. Would i come back ? Yes .

The menu has 4 or 5 pages. My first glance seemed to see traditional westernized dishes, but with both oriental and English names. I ordered a mango milk tea, pot stickers steamed, and triple meat Singapore noodles. The tea was more, warm than cold but not to warm on this exceptionally hot day. The mango flavor was appropriately restrained. The dumplings came out with a wonton for me to taste. The wonton skin was crispy and the cream cheese soft and flavorful. The steamed poke pot stickers were delicately flavored and the right temperature The Singapore noodles are spicy just as I like them, with egg, peppers, shrimp, sprouts, chicken, and pork I think, and other veggies etc. Delicious.

    Marble pop. Lychee flavor.

So I was a little taken back you got a little bit of everything in this location is really small. And the parking is terrible but what can you expect for downtown? I had to take my ticket inside and if you purchased something from one of the vendors, they have to give you a QR code for the parking garage and it's two dollars for parking. We had Indian food and the food was delicious. The young lady behind the counter was so nice. She let us taste the chicken before purchasing our meals. The food in the North market is expensive. It was almost $40 for two people to eat. Then we had Jennie's ice cream afterwards and it was $15 for two scoops of ice cream. Customer service was great as all the vendors were awesome and explained everything to us. Is this something that I would do again know just because of the parking and most of the restaurants inside of Markette is not something that I would normally eat very clean. There is a second floor for you to sit. I don't know if they had an elevator. I didn't see one, but I know there are stairs to the second floor. Very busy long lines and you feel like you have to rush to order something because all lines were so long.

Fukuryu is the first ramen place I've tried that lets you customize so many of my favorite extras--mushrooms, fish cakes, and egg. You can also choose your spice level; I went with half chili , and it was perfect for me. Spicy enough to leave a pleasant lingering heat without being overwhelming. I'm glad I read previous reviews because they definitely deliver on the heat they promise. The only downside was that the pork wasn't as tender as the chashu I'm used to in ramen. That said, the rest of the ingredients and the noodles were well-prepared, with great flavor and texture. I would definitely order Fukuryu ramen again.

Quick and attentive service. We started with crispy dumplings (6), crispy egg rolls (2), and a scallion pancake. Bing, their crepe, wasn't available our night. My dining companions loved the pancake - for me perhaps a bit too much drizzled sauce. It was helpfully quartered when brought to the table so sharing was easy. The dumplings were indeed crispy and probably my favorite with a standard dark dipping sauce. The egg rolls were standard and perhaps a bit undersized and over fried, but a good creamy dipping sauce was a pivot away from the sweet chili sauce that usually accompanies such apps. Ramen is clearly the focus of the menu and three of us had ramen with chicken and one with pork. They spoke favorably of the broth and the combos of mushrooms, boiled egg, greens. I had the rice vermicelli with chicken that they called a salad. I was expecting the classic Vietnamese staple but this one had some adaptations, perhaps to a fusion or one might say less ethnic nod. Small things but the ample portion served in a small bowl made it hard to mix the rice noodles, lettuce, carrot, cucumber and chicken that is a common approach to the dish after drowning all the ingredients in both sweet sauce (nuoc cham), siracha and/or hoisin sauce. It only came with the nuoc cham. They brought Siracha when I asked for it, but I'm a fan of having these condiments on the table standard. Again, had the sense that the business lunch crowd that is probably the primary audience isn't likely to be as focused on the more authentic ingredients. The chicken was also not grilled and sliced but had a pleasant preparation. Just know it won't be the charred flavor that is so common. Finally, not to obsess on this one dish, but cutting the lettuce leaves more would enable easier chop sticks combos of the ingredients in single bites. Overall it worked for us. I am definitely the most focused on (my companions would say obsessed) on connection to what these dishes should be. If adaptations work well for you, Tiger+Lily likely will as well.
