I ordered here early morning eight at opening. I attempted to place a phone order but no one answered. I ended up coming in and ordering. The server greeted me promptly and came over shortly to take my order. The phone rang and she told me to hold while she grabbed their order. Off to a weird start ..... Now on to the food. I ordered the equivalent to the Route 21 but with no meat. My order was cooked to perfection. I may order again but I am a little hesitant.

The turkey club. Large and delicious.

The place looks kind of like a 40's restaurant. It's very nice. The service is good except they didn't ask if we wanted dessert and I really did. The food was very good and the prices are reasonable. They close at 1:30 so you need to get there early. This is my new favorite place.

Great breakfast! They have a large dinning room with lots of tables. Big menu and many things to choose from. Fast service!

This is a great local place with super friendly service. The decor is nothing fancy and the prices are great. They have a big selection of items in the $8-10 range which is getting harder to find. I had the spinach supreme omelet and a side of bacon. It comes with sliced potatoes and choice of bread. The portions are large and the coffee is good. The service was very prompt as well. There are lots of choices for breakfast in the area but I will definitely return here.

A well known gem in the Independence area that serves some of the best breakfast I have ever had. The place is pretty spacious with an open floor plan which gives it a comfy vibe. The staff is always nice and punctual. My husband and I ordered to go and our food was ready in like 15 mins. This was a busy day too and we were in and out. We ordered pancakes, pecan french toast and a breakfast combo. The food is a large portion that fills you up but still leaves you wanting more. My favorite item on the menu has to be their breakfast potatoes. I love how they are made with a crisp edge and soft insides. I'm excited to try more menu items in the future.

Amazing prices for the quality and quantity of food. I always order take-out and the food is always ready within 10 minutes. The main woman who runs the front desk needs to be protected at all costs. She always makes my day with her positive attitude.

La Pete's is hands down my go to American breakfast joint in the Cleveland area. Here's what you should know about LA Pete's: * the food is great & the menu isn't huge. I've yet to try something that wasn't good * Try The bacon! It's huge & thick cut. you just have to try it! * The prices can't be beat. I can get a breakfast with French toast, eggs, potatoes and bacon for 6.99; less than a drive through fast food joint! * The staff is always friendly and the service is great. I can be a pain ordering sometimes and it's never been a problem here and my orders always spot on!

Great hearty breakfast! You can almost tell that L.A. Pete's is an awesome place for breakfast and lunch when you see that they are only open from 7am to 2pm! This spacious diner is a great spot for homemade meals! I was skeptical seeing a completely packed parking lot but walked right in and was instantly seated! The waiting staff was very welcoming and friendly. I got the Cuyahoga Heights which is a skillet full of potatoes, sausage, gravy, eggs, peppers and onions. This hearty option was beyond filling that I was instantly put into a food coma. I will absolutely be back next time to check out their lunch menu

I took my father there on Sunday April 19th at 5pm. Before I get started with the negative, I would like the manager of this location to know that they are very lucky to have Maddy as an employee. Now for the bad: when we walked in, at least four tables were filthy. Three tables had their chairs up like they were getting ready to close and there were three dirty tables in the back. We sat at the only clean table. The employee named Katy should no longer be working there. I don't know how anybody gets paid to be that rude to people. She didn't smile she didn't say hello when I told her I didn't come there often she wasn't helpful. I only ordered two sandwiches and drinks. It was a low maintenance order and she literally made me feel bad for making her take the time to wait on me. It was a horrible customer experience. While I was there, some guy came in who had gone home and come back because he was given the wrong sandwich. I didn't hear her apologize once. I took a picture and it's posted on this website of the overflowing trash area. The picture that I posted doesn't include our trash. I had to put our trash on top of the pile of trash. The place was a mess. I will say there is potential in the employee name Maddy she was super excited about the company and how they keep things fresh. She was excited to talk about the company and seemed proud. To the management, this place needs one heck of a makeover in every sense of the word

I downloaded their app, placed an order for a scheduled time, and it was ready when I got there. I went with the prime rib steak and cheese. Everything was cooked as it should have been. I thought the bread tasted fresher than a typical Subway sandwich. Chips were good. My only complaint was they gave me a bottle of Diet Coke instead of regular and I didn't notice until on the road. Yuk.. but I supposed it was better for me healthwise. Lol. This was my first visit to any Potbelly and I was impressed. I'll eat here again when I'm in the area. I look forward to trying some of their other sandwich types.

I don't drink anymore, so seeing a non alcoholic drink section was nice to see. I was made aware that the base of the Aplos was very herbal and tart. The first one brought to me was very tart. Very, very tart. I was not a fan, my dad was going to drink it, our waitress: Deja noticed and offered to have it remade. I accepted, the bartender came out to drop it off and explained how she changed it up. She stood by me and waited until I tried it. A bit much, it was better. The tartness was only at the end for a brief moment. They didn't have a specific gluten free menu, but Deja did tell us what was naturally gluten free and/or could be modified. A lot of the food is made in house. A lot of it looked appealing, but they had gluten free noodles that were not made in house. So I went with a trusted filet mignon cooked medium. The demi glace was an excellent touch. The potatoes were pretty good. The broccolini wasn't what I was hoping for. My parents dishes were much larger. Leftovers were had and enjoyed on a second day. I would maybe try the short ribs next time we would go. The building is very rustic and decorative. The bathroom is upstairs; an elevator is present is needed. A very interesting place. Staff and kitchen very accommodating. The prices are high for the amount you're given. Would love some in house pasta that is gluten free with an in house sauce. I was there primarily for the company. Not my favorite spot. I would be willing to go again.

We haven't seen these friends in a bit so we were kinda eating and lounging and talking. We ordered the original corn beef to split the regular size and we got the homade potato and cole slaw. Our guests got the corn beef as well and potato pancakes as their side. One liked the potato pancakes and one did not. They are mash potato consistency not shredded. I tasted they were ok to me. The potato salad and cole slaw were both good. Better choice. The corn beef actually looked smaller than usual. It was good but I thought it had been larger in the past. Maybe not anymore. Service was good. Food came out on time. This is a good place to go. Prices are a bit high but it's a deli. You can do what we did and split the sandwich. It enough food. Bar is nice.
