second time coming here and it didn't dissapoint! I randomly called on a rainy weekday around 2pm to see if they had the nutella "cronut" croissant, they didn't have it but offered a alternative. The person behind the phone was kind enough to hold 3 pastries down for me, I think I only got lucky because it was rainy and not as busy. If it was a sunny busy day it definitely wouldn't have happened. Finally got to try the famous crossiant x cookie mix. It was honestly just okay. the two chocolate croissants were yummy! And i did get the matcha strawberry latte, personally wouldn't recommend as it tasted too artificial. Would definitely check them out since they're a local gem. Service is always nice and effective.

This has got to be one of the best croissants places in Toronto. All their stuff is extremely fresh and tastes amazing. Their variety is amazing and the owner was so kind as well. He helped me pair a nice warm drink with the almond croissant I got. The interior is nice and cozy. A few seating available. Would highly recommend to all.

Quaint little cafe with superb pastries located at the north east corner of Mount Pleasant and Elvina Gardens. There is 1 hour free street parking out front and the side streets. The shop is not wheelchair friendly as there is a step to go in and washrooms are located in the basement. The crew (Matt, Erika and Lee) are super friendly and craft up a nice beverage. There is an extensive variety of pastries sweet and savory. I tried the breakfast sandwich with latte and both hit the spot perfectly. I ordered some sweet pastries to go and they were all well packaged and well received. Will definitely come back to visit to try out the other selections

Great experience! Went at 2 on a Wednesday. It was packed and took us 5 minutes for a seat. I was told to go early but that day they still had some pastries available. I had one sweet and one savoury. Both were flaky and soooo goood. I had a Spanish coffee, which was coffee with condensed milk but was a bit too sweet for my taste. Service was great! Staff was so nice.

Very cute and cozy cafe. Bake goods and hot drinks were all delicious! They had a couple of options, but come earlier as they have more than what I saw at 2 in the afternoon. Service was great. Staff very friendly and helpful! The one checking me out suggested to try the Spanish latte and it was so good! Definitely coming back.

Cozy cafe vibe. Cute decor. Interesting little bubble covered patio out front. Friendly staff. Good latte and different beverage options. Unique savory croissant breakfast sandwich options. Huge pain au chocolate. A bit pricey. Feels like Starbucks meets Chatime with a cozy vibe. Definitely Asian inspired.

I found this magical place after a Yelp event, and this automatically became one of our top cafes in the area! Thank you to the Yelp Elite tastings for this discovery. Giving it a 5/5 off the bat. Since the event we've gone almost weekly here to try out their delicious and fresh pastries. We've tried many different ones and they are so yummy, especially the savoury lil dudes. We usually get drinks here as well which are also quite good! They have some indoor seating and also some outdoor benches which is our favourite to sit with our dog. Our preference is to go right in the morning as there's little to no line up. It's hard to time this place though because sometimes there's a lot of people and they try to serve as fast as they can, but sometimes there's almost no one in line and it's a quick in and out. At the end of the day there's not as big of a selection so come as soon as you can. Super recommend if you're in the area!

Such a lovely women at the counter. Walked me through all of their lovely donuts. Lots of great options to pick from. Great selection of drinks too. Cold and hot. The donut was a very classic donut. Nice texture!

Bright sun spilled through the tall front windows casting long golden stripes across the tiled floor and wooden tables. I popped in for a quick latte and ended up grabbing a sandwich I could have later for lunch, too. The latte was smooth and beautifully made. Later, at the office, I unwrapped an egg croissant that deserves its own spotlight: buttery, flaky, and filled with perfectly cooked egg and melty cheese. Easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had in the city. When I had asked the owner for an extra egg, I practically had to beg to pay for it -- he just smiled and waved me off. That kind of kindness is rare, and it's exactly what makes this place special.

First time at this place. I was hoping to get some scones or fancy croissants but there was a little selection of a corn cake and pizza slices. So I went for a slice. The food quality is excellent. It seems they were more busy than usual. The customer service and seating arrangements are good. Worth the trip

First time trying out this small local bakery shop around the corner. The pastries are amazing. We ordered three different flavours to since they all smell so good. Service is also exceptional. Will return to try out more.

Their pastries are really good. Very tasty and flaky, they even have kouign amaan pastry!! $3.50-5. The Italian soda is soda stream water and syrup. I found that overpriced at $5.99 a cup

Delicious house baked caramélized something or other

My home baked pastry was divine and I was thrilled to discover they make Chemex coffee. Service was super friendly, environment was bright and clean, music was low key, not intrusive.

The spot was cute on the first floor and heard there's a second floor for larger tables. The interior was cute and decorated prior to the holidays. Menu is large with lots of food options to choose from. We got: Oxtail Marmalade 4/5 - This was delicious, braised and had a deep flavour of oxtail. It was a bit sweet and paired perfectly with the griddled bread and dijon. French Toast 4/5 - A thick 2 layer French toast with blueberry compote and marscapone cream. Great for sharing, tasty but definitely can't finish it on my own. Fries 5/5 - The fries were great and tasty. Cooked well and great for sharing. Overall, thought the place was a great neighbourhood cafe. Service was good. Make a reso ahead of time.

The volume level was such that it got difficult to converse with others at my table. Had to speak quite loud so others could hear me. Lots of tasty looking options on the menu. I decided to order the falafel plate. service was attentive and the food came out quickly. The pita and falafel were tasty, while the vegetables that it came with were fresh. I just felt like it was missing more of a sauce to tie everything together. Overall, brunch was a good experience and I would like to come back to try other items.

I got the Lavender Latte with oat milk and my boyfriend got the Apple Cider. I really enjoyed my latte: it was smooth, the oat milk was creamy and complemented the espresso, and the lavender shined through. It was a great latte. They had a vast menu with many drinks and breakfast items. They had so many pastries to choose from! From croissants, baklava, bread/loaves, I'm sure there's something for everyone here. The further you go inside, it gets dimmer and there's not as much light. The interior has alot of yellow lighting, so that paired with working in the back on my laptop was a little straining on the eyes for me. I would've preferred working by the front but all those tables were occupied. Also it seems like there's a good amount of people working remotely here. All in all, I liked it here and I would come back to try their pastries and Turkish coffee.

The staff is always friendly, and the mocha is a reliable afternoon pick-me-up. The interior is pleasantly dark and welcoming, with large cozy tables and low lighting that give it a snug, English-pub vibe. I often see other remote workers camped out with their laptops, though I've yet to commit to a full work session myself. My visits are strictly of the grab-and-go variety so far. What really sets this place apart is the authentic selection of English pastries. While I'm not a meat pie person, I love that they have them here. It's a nice little nostalgic nod to my time in the UK, even if I'm just ducking in for a coffee and croissant. A solid choice for a caffeine fix, a friendly face, and a brief change of scenery from your home office.
