I love that with the prices being high elsewhere for everything else, I can still afford to pamper myself at Bebe Nails. I usually call prior to my arrival to ensure that there is availability, so that there is no wait or so I don't have to return. They have always been able to accommodate me. Wish I could give ZERO stars. Came in for a full set and pedicure with gel on both which cost me almost $80 Went in on Friday, and one already broke today (sunday). I asked for coffin shape and clearly this is not coffin. While she was cutting the nails to shape them she CUT my finger with the scissors! The nails are so uneven and ugly, and now with a broken nail I'm taking them off. Quality was horrible. Quality is very important and if the nails would have come out nicer I wouldn't mind paying a little more than what I'm useto but clearly I was taken advantage of. Make me pay for the shaping $45 because one of their salonists cant do the style I ask them for. Literally their own coworker tells me that the nails she did on me looked like and I quote "shit". That coworker had told me to come back at 5 PM? As if I don't have other places to be or appointments I have to go to. Today I had a mani and a pedi gel manicure and it cost me $72 Plus $10 tip I also had a nail repair and two colors black and orange for Halloween Plus two fingers painted spiderwebs . I had two people working on me and seemed like they didn't get along the one doing my feet had the orange color and was taking too long so the other gal working on my hands went and got another color I guess I got charged for both colors at $15 a pop. I opted out for a manicure after a few minutes of being there. When I requested a soak off, she said it'd take "too long" and I usually do soak offs with my personal nail tech but she was unavailable that day so I just went with this salon. I understand it's a longer process but there wasn't many people in there and I never had anyone complain about it. I then told her what design I wanted on my nails and it had jewels to which she claimed it was "too many" for all 10 fingers and I was very confused because I'm paying for a service and she was complaining for what I wanted ? When she was removing my acrylics she was rushing and ended up making my pinkie bleed. It was attached to a piece of skin and her rushing made it rip so I started bleeding. She then asked me "to try" taking off my own nail on a separate finger once she saw it was difficult taking it off and I'm pretty sure she didn't want to risk me bleeding again so I took off my own acrylic and decided to just get a manicure and leave. It was a cute manicure but I am never coming back. Never have I ever experienced a nail tech complaining for what I want. It was just a bad experience, wouldn't recommend. $38 for it all. read more

It was very painful for me. She just said, "I am sorry." I regret that I did not walk out. The second time was five years or so later. This time it was a male. He gave me a manicure. The following day the nail polish peeled off. He applied the nail polish too thin. He said he had been doing this for 20 years. Also he said that if a customer did not tip him at least 3 dollars, he would refuse to take them as a customer again. Why should anyone reward bad service.
