I chose this body shop because it was close to my house and the enterprise car rental is walking distance. I had damage to my right side after someone backed into me. I took my car in, Kate gave me estimate for insurance company and helped me get rental which was a few blocks from there shop. She kept me informed throughout the repairs. She also got the car done 10 days before the estimated time. When I picked the car up, it looked like brand new. Moe the production manager went over all the repairs and made sure i was satisfied. He knows what hes doing and his experience in this business shows. The repairs were flawless and the car looked like brand new. They must of detailed it and cleaned the Inside. I was beyond satisfied. If you need bodywork pick this shop through your Insurance portal or if paying g out of pocket, the prices are good. The waiting area in the shop is good and place is clean. Some butthole decided to side-swipe my vehicle that was parked in the street on a Tuesday night, and didn't even have the common courtesy to leave an "I'm sorry" note. Broke my driver side mirror off and damaged the driver side rear panel. As I've never had this happen before (ever), I was so furious I was in tears. My husband recommended L&M to me and said, "We're taking it there. They'll do an amazing job". We drove it down and dropped it off on a Thursday morning, right before the Labor day weekend. Inside, a sweet young lady checked us in and helped me fill out my paperwork and identify the damages, and they even turned my husband's car around for him when we were ready to leave, since their lot is a bit tight. It was cool to learn they have an option where you can get text messages regarding any updates on your repair! It made me happy to see the process getting one step closer to completion with each message. Today, barely a week later, I have my vehicle back and it looks better now than it did even before the accident. Not only did they meet me at work and take my rental back for me (what!?), they even took enough care to detail inside my vehicle and give it a nice wash, wax, and buff. I'm very disappointed with L&M Body Shop. My vehicle was taken there in March because it had been vandalized and the steering column broken. They took a reasonable amount of time to repair it- or so I thought. When picking my vehicle up in April, it was scratched. I pointed that out to them, but didn't make a fuss. The real issue came when I drove the car home. The steering column separated that very day. I took the car back and was told they needed to order a new part and they would keep me posted. A few weeks went by and I reached out and was told by the manager, Javier, that they needed to order a part and parts having been taking an unusually long time to arrive. Fast forward, we are now in Oct and I have not heard anything from Javier or L&M in over 3/4 months! Unacceptable, outrageous and very poor customer service.! I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication, professionalism and service. I'm not sure how this place gets 5 star reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I don't typically like to give negative reviews, because things happen...but for the service, or lack of, that I've been provided, this place deserves it! read more

My car was severely damaged on I-395 by gravel that was flung from a dump truck. He had helped my mom and she couldn't say enough great things about this body shop. Mo was very friendly and gave me a fair/honest estimate. Once they started working on the car they noticed that the passenger mirror had to be replaced, they worked with the insurance company to ensure that the replacement would be covered. When I went to pick up the car it looked brand new! They did an excellent job and cleaned both the inside and outside of my car.
