He disassembled and discounted the machine. He then discovered a further problem and Increased the repair cost by $500.00. He refused to provide a written estimate of parts and launched a confusing explanation where he constantly changed numbers. He would not provide the part numbers he required and he used part names that I could not find on the Bosch website. He left the dishwasher disassembled and disconnected from the kitchen sink drain. When I was finally able to identify the parts to which he referred, I found their costs about half what he stated. I am unable to use the sink and the disposal as the water drains onto the floor.

Sk Appliance asked for the diagnostic code, which I had already had prepared to give if asked for (EC2). After they heard the code they understood the issue and asked if I had heard a loud noise, which I had, and immediately suggested that I replace the entire machine as it was without a doubt a worn out bearing and was beyond replaceable.
