Atta Hadi is a master and, as always, he performed our repair with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Hadi has performed several repairs in the past on our LG refrigerator and Galanz stand alone freezer. Today he replaced the blower cover on the downdraft fan built into our Jenn-Air range. Charges for each service were very reasonable. We highly recommend having Hadi repair your appliances as it seems there's nothing he can't handle. I reached out to him in advance to ask if he would be able to perform the service. I sent him the installation manual and told him what needed to be replaced. Luckily, we knew what the problem was this time, but he found the issues with our previous repairs in short order. He also usually had the necessary parts to complete the repair in one visit. Mr. Atta Hadi from Appliance Care"fixed" my GE washer recently. The first issue was the door lock and later he stated I needed the washing machine computer. The quote was around $700 with the parts and he said that repairing the washer was probably better option than buying a new one because the new ones always had issues and I would be calling him. Trusting his word, I did. He repaired the washer, which is partially working, but now leaks a lot of water into the drum after the cycle is finished. It is also leaking water to the floor. In other words, the washer is not working properly after he worked on it and charged 700.00 The sad part in this is that I asked (after approving the repair) if he provided any guarantees in his work and he said NO. He stated if I wanted a guarantee I would have to pay more. So there it is... He may know how to fix them but there are no real guarantees that he will come back to fix any issues. Also, I keep thinking that this treatment was because I'm a woman and he saw me as a fool. I think all repairs should come with a 30day guarantee at last. My issue happened within two weeks and aggravated to leaking on the floor. So I decided to write now about it. Please reconsider and go with a company that can provide guarantees. I saw a lot of reviews that mostly positive so figured it was safe to use them. Contact with the company was great. Technicians arrived (two of them) seemed polite at first. Assessed the fridge and told me compressor is failing which I assumed might be the case. First issue, they give me price to replace it $1600+ (don't remember exact but sure it was closer to 1700) . My problem there is the compressor is $470 directly (I suspect they get it cheaper) from LG so that means they are charging labor and freon is $1200-1300 for a few hours? Did offer $600 less if we had proof of purchase which I assume covers the cost of the compressor from warranty. Finally, I think it was annoyed we didn't want to be ripped off so asked for the $100 fee which I agreed to pay upfront and blurted out "give me my money". We have not been rude this entire time but I was about to through him out of the house at this moment and tell him I'll call the company. I do not hold any ill feelings but lack of professionalism is hard to deal with. read more

My LG refrigerator/freezer broke down and Atta H. initially said the part (compressor) needs to be ordered and gave me a rough estimate of up to a week and a half. But low and behold, he calls me back a few days later saying he received the part from LG and he was available that same afternoon to do the replacement. LG Refrigerator compressor died (for 2nd time in 11 years), and needed quick service to prevent all food from spoiling. Called H.A.C., after first company said it couldn't get to me until the following day, though it claimed compressor was under warranty. Hadi and his assistant arrived in the afternoon and told me that compressor wasn't under warranty because the refrigerator was more than 10 years old. We called LG and confirmed--so I got an estimate that was about the same as the first company, but included replacement parts. The repair is complex, taking several hours, much associated with ensuring the new system had charged properly. Work was very professionally done and everything was left in great shape even though moving the 35" side super deep refrigerator in a small townhouse kitchen was quite an effort. Hadi also made other adjustments to the door and examined other issues as a courtesy. Could not have asked for better service. read more

Thank you Yelp! I found this repair service using Yelp, it had FIVE STARS, so I gave the a try. They deserve the FIVE STARS! After initially booking a different service for my broken Kenmore Elite dishwasher, and the service never showing up, then booking online with Sears, who were going to show up in two weeks, I called Appliance Care. Mr. Hadi answered the phone himself, asked me to text a photo of the identification panel on the dishwasher (great idea) , then told me he would call me back to let me know if he could fit in just one more service call today. And he called me back! And then arrived exactly when he said he might be able to show up (Wise not to promise!). He and an assistant arrived and got straight to work, diagnosing the problems extremely efficiently. He explained my options; provided sound advice. I decided to try to salvage my favorite dishwasher ever (despite its age). He was extremely transparent with costs and options. I don't know why the other reviews on Appliance Care don't show up (only 1 does until you scroll down and click "Show others"), but I read the one that was posted and that was good enough for me, since I was in a bit of an "emergency" with the LG refrigerator dying on me. I called 3 places and Mr. Hadi was the one that could do a same day visit. Gave him my info and when he came over, sure enough, it was a bad compressor (LG is infamous for their poorly designed Linear Compressors). Luckily he had one in his van and was able to change it out for me. So, the freezer ended up working, but the Fridge part still did not work. One call to Mr. Hadi and he was able to come back out again to work on this. Then it still wasn't working and I was afraid that maybe the fridge was doomed. Another call and Mr. Hadi was back out again. This time, he took apart the fridge and found the problem (a clogged line not letting freon through). Fixed this and one week later now, fridge is still running great! What I appreciated the most was the fact that Mr. Hadi said to me, "I'm not giving up" on trying to figure out the problem. I've read many reviews that many technicians don't even want to deal with LG repairs, because they are hard to diagnose at times, but not Mr. Hadi. Kudos to him....hopefully the fridge lasts long, but if not, I will definitely trust Mr. Hadi to get it working right again. Within 24 hours, my washer was fixed and another appliance issue was resolved, both at a very reasonable and fair price. After 6 weeks of frustration with LG, Atta was able to come out early morning on the next day to do a warranteed fridge compressor replacement. He did a complete diagnosis that additionally revealed a faulty evaporator rather than just coming in and slapping in a new compressor. He had all the needed parts on his truck and completed the work in 2hrs. Great customer service and he's great a nice, friendly and courteous guy.
