One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. From the moment you walk in, everything feels perfectly curated. The service is flawless, warm, and highly professional without being intrusive. Every dish feels like a piece of art, both visually and in flavor. The balance, texture, and creativity are on another level. Truly unforgettable.

It's my second time to celebrate birthday at a Joel Robuchon location. Last time it was in their Tokyo location which was a Michelin 1-star restaurant. This Miami location is a 2-star restaurant which I personally think is overrated compared to the Tokyo location. It's not very hard to get a spot if you reserve ahead of time. It's located in design district of Miami. There's another Michelin 1-star restaurant located on first floor and Joel Robuchon is located on the second floor of the same building. We reserved bar sitting and was seated near the end corner of the bar. They have both set menu ($195 for 4 courses) or a la carte. We ordered a few dishes from the a la carte menu to share. We were firstly served with bread and a complimentary fois gras appetizer. Their bread is the best especially the smaller ones! We got refill for the small savory pastry. The free fois gras appetizer was a bit too greasy for me, nothing special. For sharing plates, we ordered fois gras with fig, veal sweetbread and hamachi. The fois gras dish was well-flavoured. The other dishes were ordinary. I was expecting the food to impress my taste buds more from a Michelin 2-star restaurant. For mains, we ordered the bison fillet Wellington, halibut and sole. Both fish dishes were amazing but I didn't like the flavour of the bison dish. This restaurant is clearly much better with seafood dishes than meat dishes. They provide us some dessert for both dine-in and takeout at the end, and they were all tasty. Overall, the service was attentive and the vibe was quiet here. However, for $200-$300 USD per person, the food is not up to standard comparing to other Michelin 2-star restaurant when I expect to be wowed by the cooking. It's not very good value for money.

Located in Miami Design District. Parking: street valet or parking garage. We did parking garage right in front of the restaurant and shopping area 4.5hr for $6. Fyi: just go inside the garage and park. No scanning anything needed. When you are done, go to the machine, enter your plate number, it will tell you how much, go pay w cc. When you pass the gate to leave, the gate camera recognized your plate, and it will open the gate for you to leave. Cool right! As for this amazing restaurant, been wanting to try this in Vegas, but decide to try it in miami instead. Reservation: via opentable, cc required. Restroom: individual gender neutral restroom They shared the same location as Le Jardin. L'atelier is on the 2nd floor. Menu options: A la carte Pre-fix Winter menu $195 Chef Tasting Menu Evolution $295 Your whole party must order tasting menu if one decide to have one. See photos on what they currently have on their menu. Service: knowledgeable and attentive friendly team. At the end, they gave us orange biscoti to go.

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. The dining space was upstairs and seating was bar style. Service was attentive and the entire team was so professional with courteous. We tried a number of their dishes and everything was so well made, beautifully presented and tasted exquisite. I absolutely loved the artichoke, which was a surprise to me because I don't typically enjoy it. Their artichoke was lightly bartered and fried, tasted so delicate. I would've gladly ordered seconds on that one. The bison was also cooked perfectly tender and was quite a substantial dish. Maybe the one dish I would skip is the wagyu- nothing wrong with it just not that distinctive. Also don't skip out on their desserts.

I wanted to treat my hubby for his big birthday, so a two star Michelin Miami restaurant was quite a splurge! The restaurant is tucked away off the street with different types of seating available. All the seating choices inside, outside or bar area are so pretty or cool, so you can't go wrong there. With guidance from our hosts, we chose a specific menu to try different things. The drinks were really unique & enjoyable. The staff was exceptional and gave us plenty of attention throughout, at a nice leisurely pace. They definitely made it a more exciting experience--they are FIRE! The plating was just gorgeous and artistic! All of the dishes were of exceptional quality ingredients, but not all were particularly outstanding. For instance, my fish was wonderful, albeit overly salted. The portions are perfect and they gave us THREE wonderful beautifully presented desserts for the birthday. We packed most to go after a preliminary taste, except the ice cream one, obvi! Some of the dishes weren't of the same high standard as the rest, but none were below par. Ask the staff and pay attention to the particular menu pairings. Read carefully, discuss with your server/staff member and know what you are getting! Overall it is a lovely experience, with plenty of wow factor. However, I don't think we will return, as we weren't quite WOW'ed enough for another $500 meal here now that we have crossed it off the list. It's DeFiNiTeLy worth a visit for a special occasion.

Restaurant was really amazing. The service, the decor, the presentation...everything stood out. I have been to 2 other Michelin Star restaurants so far but this exceeded our expectations. People at this place made us feel so comfortable. In spite of how high class the place was, it didn't feel intimidating. Food itself was super creative. The halibut we tried for entree was the creamiest seafood I ever tasted, it melts in your mouth. Even the free bread basket they gave was phenomenal. It has some spinach layered milk based buns that was such a delight when paired with their JR marked salted butter. They even gave us a mini cup of free butternut squash soup.

    birthday treat was mango passionfruit.

in town for husband birthday. came from a boat ride so we werent super dressed up (though we was dress casual), and i love that they didnt treat us differently. we didnt want to drive to our timeshare Pompano Beach and ride all the way back. the foie gras appetizer and the mini foie gras burgers was delightful!!! one reason why i booked here because when i ate at the Vegas location we were hooked! Leslie was our main server and so kind to take our videos and photos. im actually gooing to copy and paste this review also on yelp so i hope the restaurant will see it. birthday dessert was a mango passionfruit cake of sort sooo refreshing. they even gave us a treat for all four of us to-go. thank you so much for the details.

The setting is quiet, well decorated, pleasantly quiet. Definitely sit at the counter - you have a great view of the kitchen and prep. The people set the tone for the evening. the hostess immediately lead us to our seats. Igor, our waiter was great - very personable, great recommendations, appropriate sizing of our order for us. He was fun to talk with, but not obtrusive. Other stuff were also very good - did their roles but didn't interfere with our experience. One suggestion - while they were attentive to our water early on, once the main course was served we weren't. The amuse-bouche was out of this world. Warmed foie gras topped with Parmesan foam. We could have stopped there. Amazing. Bread was fresh, warm. Croissants were incredible - best I can remember anywhere in the US. Flaky, buttery. Baguette was excellent as well. Appetizers were excellent. Hamachi was very fresh, flavorful with an accompaniment accentuating a mild fish. Foie gras was excellent as well. Sweetbreads were amazing! St. Jacques (scallops) were superb. Best scallops we have tasted in many, many years, perfectly prepared. Duck was perfectly cooked, slightly crispy on the outside and rare/medium rare in the center. To top off an outstanding meal, dessert. The chocolate creme is was excellent. It was anniversary so they served a celebration cake that was the best of the desserts! The Mille-Feuille with mango was a creative take on the classic, but the mango was overwhelmed by the taste of the pastry - I would prefer a bolder mango taste. Chardonnay (me) a champagne (my wife) were excellent choices. They were kind and gave me a little champagne so we could toast our 27 years together. L'Atelier has a well deserved reputation as an outstanding restaurant. From the moment we were greeted at the reception desk until we left, this was a first class experience. We will back. A MUST try if you haven't.

We loved the concept, the service, and the food of course! The bread service was fabulous! A must try in Miami!

This was one of the most lovely experiences of dining at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Miami, FL. A 2-Michelin-Star Gastronomic Temple. From very artistic plates, to very detailed and decored presentation. More than a dinner meal, a masterpiece of different flavors; from the Foie Gras, to the Tuna with black peppercorn, to the Chicken with truffle; perfectly balanced to melt in your mouth perfection. Not to mention the different delicious desserts tried. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the sommelier's wine pairings elevated every course. The cocktails just right on point and very flavorfull. The setting was refined but welcoming, with just the right lighting and music for a relaxed fine-dining experience. If you're looking for a true culinary experience, this gastronomic temple is a must - definitely five stars without hesitation.

Pros: Ambiance is beautiful. One giant, elegant room, dimly lit, with the big beautiful open kitchen right there in the middle surrounded by a lovely bar. Service was also top notch. Two Michelin Star worthy for sure. We didn't want for anything all night long. And the kitchen itself was popping out food like a well-oiled machine, even with other customers around us order a 'la carte. Very impressive. Food was perfect. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. They even had sweetbreads, which I have never seen on a Michelin American menu. Very nice. Cons: No real cons at all. Price was good, food was good, service was good, everything was good. Tips: Look closely at the menus. Don't automatically go for the most expensive one, assuming it's the best. If we did that, we would have missed some of the best items. If you're dining with someone, don't order the same things. Order different things so you can share!

On the way back home from our Key West trip, we decided to stop by L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. This is a prestigious line of restaurants that was started by one of the most revered chefs to ever do it. So our hopes were high. Along with being the first two Michelin Starred restaurant in Florida, it was on highly touted lists from AAA and La Liste. The ambiance is casual luxury. You have to go up a grand spiral staircase, which leads you to a room full of high tops and a mega bar looking into the mega kitchen. Five segments of the bar, each with a shadow box of brilliant decor. It really was gorgeous and dressed to the nines. Service was pretty good. Everything was decently coordinated, certainly to the level of a two star establishment. The servers were formal and stiff at first, which made sense, seeing a lot of the clientele that was surrounding us (lots of suits and ties), but when you talked to them like real people, they talked back in a casual way that just made us super comfortable all around. As for the food, it was dynamite, of course. If you're splurging by coming here, don't automatically jump to the most expensive menu. Really look at what you're menus, see what you're getting and not getting, menu-to-menu, and make an educated choice. We went with the Spring menu, because it had some items on it that the big menu was missing, and with the this-or-that options, it let us try and share more things overall. I won't get into every course, but I will highlight some of the best bites. The Le Boeuf Wagyu was excellent. One of the better tartares I've ever had, really quality beef, accentuated with the cream and truffle, and the flax seed chips made it really fun. The Le Ris De Veau was awesome. If you've never had sweetbreads before, get it here. One of the most underrated foods in the world. Trust me. Le Bison was the dish of the day for me. Basically a mini wellington, perfectly cooked bison, crispy pastry, and sauces that go really well with it all. The desserts were fine. This place excels at the savory items, and I was pretty pleased with everything. Not sure if they're gonna ramp things up and go for the three stars. When it comes to two starred places, Sorekara in Orlando has them beat, but hey, I'm glad to see good food getting recognition in the great state of Florida.

As part of my ongoing tour of Michelin-starred restaurants in Miami, I finally made it to L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami--and it delivered. The only restaurant in Florida with two Michelin stars, it landed firmly in my top three. Of all the Michelin dining I've done in Miami, this was the most refined--a confident, sexy expression of high-end French cuisine. We opted for the 9-course chef's tasting menu, beautifully paced and thoughtfully composed, striking that rare balance between restraint and indulgence. True to Chef Joël Robuchon's philosophy, the focus is on elevating simple ingredients through pristine sourcing and immaculate technique. The name L'Atelier--"workshop"--is literal: every seat lines a sleek counter facing the open kitchen, turning dinner into live culinary theater. The room glows in a deep red hue, intimate and intentional. Service was effortless and precise, punctuated by a steady chorus of "Oui, chef" from the kitchen as dishes were fired--quiet confidence, fully on display. Standouts: Olive oil-poached halibut with salsify, vanilla & fennel oil Mishima Reserve striploin with braised carrot & béarnaise (upgraded, naturally, to Japanese A5 Wagyu) The classic chocolate soufflé--absolute perfection And a special shout-out to the buttermilk-marinated frog legs. I was hesitant, but they slid right off the bone like chicken lollipops and completely won me over. Elegant, disciplined, and deeply immersive--L'Atelier's counter seating, crimson glow, and precision-driven cuisine make it a destination worth seeking out in one of the country's most alluring food cities. . @latelier_robuchon_miami #TwoMichelinStars #MichelinGuide #HauteCuisine #LAtelierRobuchon #MiamiMichelin #RefinedDining #MichelinTour #BathboyEats

How much is the evolution menu per person? Beverage is separate?

The tasting menu, which may be the same thing, is $280pp. Beverages are separate, there is a wine pairs for an additional $160 or $220, I can't remember.

Does anyone know how much it costs per person to do the tasting menus? Thank you

They have a 225 option and a higher one

How can I make a reservation? It says this restaurant is not on the OpenTable reservation network.

Go on their website / they unfortunately use resy which I personally don't like

Is there a tasting menu? W wine pairing option?

    Yes they have that option

    Do you have valet parking?

Yes there is valet parking close by but better to park in the covered parking garage in case of rain

Managing a party of 12 is no easy task, yet everything flowed seamlessly. He was attentive, personable, and made sure our celebration felt special from start to finish. With a group our size, we took full advantage of the menu. We shared oysters, escargot, crispy artichokes, leeks, beet salad, French onion soup, tuna carpaccio, steak tartare, and a beautifully curated cheese platter. Every appetizer arrived impeccably presented and packed with flavor. It was one of those rare meals where every dish earned compliments around the table. The cocktails and wine were just as enjoyable especially the dirty martinis, which were a hit with our group. For the main course, we ordered everything from the cheeseburger and mussels to the lemon pasta, spaghetti, steak, and chicken. Once again, every plate was beautifully executed and, more importantly, absolutely delicious. There wasn't a weak link in the meal. Dessert was the perfect finale. The dark chocolate mousse was rich, silky, and easily my favorite, though the profiteroles and lemon tart were excellent as well. Let me start with the steak frites. I can appreciate the fries weren't thick cut or anything. This was a plus and I'll explain why shortly. That steak was SUPER tender and juicy. Those fries quickly absorbed those flavors. Additionally, they served it with some sauces and let me say I don't really like steak sauces or anything but what they had was just icing on what was already a beautiful cake. When you walk in, you order your food at the register and then they bring everything to your table…read more It's a little overwhelming at first because there are so many desserts to choose from. I ended up ordering like 4 different desserts. Chunky!! I know. Every single dessert was soo yummy! My favorite was the Nutella croissant, they load it up with a nutella filling. As a salty option, I had the ham and cheese croissant. The bread was so fluffy, you can tell they make their croissants fresh. My husband had like an egg soufflé, he said it was very good and had lots of flavor. We both had the Nutella latte, I had mine hot because it was cold outside. While my husband had his iced, his came with a macaroon on top. Super cute! Overall, everything was wonderful. The service was great! I would definitely come back to try other goodies!!

After being regular customers for so long, we simply asked for a replacement because the drink we received tasted awful and did not meet our expectations. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or accommodate a reasonable request, our replacement was immediately refused without any effort to help. It is very disappointing when customer loyalty is not valued, especially after consistently supporting a business over time. A simple gesture could have turned a negative experience into a positive one, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The lack of customer care, flexibility, and appreciation for loyal customers has led us to make the decision not to return. In a city like Miami, there are countless places that offer not only great food and drinks, but also exceptional service, where customers are always treated as a priority. Sadly, this was not our experience at Bonjour Bakery. No matter how good a place may be, customer service is what truly builds long-term relationships and keeps people coming back. We hope Bonjour Bakery reconsiders its approach to customer care in the future.
