Upon arrival the tech was very professional and introduced himself. I had a previous company come out for the same issue of a clogged drain and was very frustrated that the previous company would not warranty their work and talked down to me. The tech took his time and listened to everything I had to say. He did not even once look at me like I was crazy. He walked the entire house with me and understood how frustrated I was. He was able to provide an onsite quote and let me know he could do the work that day to get my drain cleared. He then proceeded to gather some extra equipment and walk me step by step through what he was going to do. During the process the drain was still not clearing and he reached out to the owner of his company. The owner immediately came by introduced himself and continued to work along side of the technician to find the issue and resolve. Without even asking the owner took off his shoes upon entering the house which was very professional. He also took the time to get to know me personally while game planning and brainstorming how to resolve my issue. They were able to unclog my drain and stayed onsite for an extra amount of time to continue testing and making sure that there was no back ups and the system was working properly. Even though it went passed 5PM they continued to monitor for an additional 30 minutes. I can not say enough great things about Rose Plumbing and Simi the tech and Remy the owner. I don't close for another month and they made it a condition of closing. Within 24 hours of calling, this team had a permit pulled, got the seller to sign it, invoiced me for the deposit, and sent me a proposal with the invoice. Now, just a couple weeks later and well in advance of the closing, the building department signed off on the permit this morning as they completed the work last Wednesday. Shortly before the plumbers arrived, Amy called me to let me know they were on their way & gave me their names. They arrived within the timeframe I was given. Our toilets stopped flushing properly the night before. (Thank God this didn't happen on a Friday night.). I told the plumbers what was going on and they quickly assessed that there was a problem with the main line. They were able to snake it from the cleanout line outside and didn't have to get up on the roof. After they were done, they asked me to flush the toilets to make sure they were fine and asked me again to flush them to make sure nothing came back up. The whole process only took around 30 min. I would recommend J&J if you are in the need of a plumber!

He took a look beneath my bathroom sink which had a broken P-trap so the drain assembly needed to be replaced. The whole replacement took less than 20 minutes and cost $250 cash. He was friendly overall and showed me all the parts he carried in his van. The only reason why this review isn't 5 stars is that being in the construction industry myself, $250 for replacing a Ptrap assembly isn't "1/2 Price"; in fact slightly more than what another Plumber quoted.
