I purchased a wine glass at their pop up event on 2/8 because I love supporting small businesses. It cost $20 and included writing on it. I checked to see if there was any label not to put it in the dish washer but there was none so I put it on the top rack of my dish machine. After, I found the wine glass broken into pieces. I had to carefully remove every piece I could find. I messaged the owners right away and told them that they didn't have a label that it wasn't dishwasher safe and asked for a replacement and they said "for the future any glassware you purchase anywhere that has writing wouldn't be dishwasher safe" and said no. I said I wouldn't know that because I have glassware with writing on it that are dishwasher safe. They didn't respond and refused to help. I won't be back here.

I used to love it and always got so excited to do it-pure joy for sure. Flash forward 45 years and I can honestly say, outside of maybe looking for a bathroom,I haven't been in a JCP in probably over three decades. Well a few weeks back,I caught World Cup fever and I was desperate for any merchandise that was either soccer or World Cup related.A fellow from Sports Image mentioned to me that he had heard they had World Cup merch at JCP-so I headed to the store in Roseville Galleria. I walked in and it was so quiet, not a worker to be found but i am a pretty good shopper and I figured I could work my way around the store to find what I needed. Boy did I ever hit the jackpot!! They had World Cup merchandise in multiple colors and sizes. They had Team USA merchandise in multiple colors and sizes. They had Mexico Soccer merchandise in multiple colors and sizes. To top it off,it was all 25% off. So I grabbed way more than I should have and headed straight to the dressing room. Still not an employee in sight. After trying on way too many things,I decided on two Team USA shirts-one World Cup shirt-one Mexico Soccer jersey and a Snorlax Pokemon shirt just for good measure. It was quite the haul. So I headed to the back of this very quiet store and found the central checkout spot and finally I found 2 employees. The line moved fast and one of the employees even got me to sign up for a free rewards program which gave me an additional $10 off my purchase-the workers were very friendly and politely laughed at the dad joke I made. Overall I'd say my visit was a success as I'm a pretty efficient shopper and generally dont ask for help and was able to find way more stuff than I needed. I'd definitely go back if I was in a pinch and I'll for sure not wait three decades before my next visit.

The girls section was clean & organized, but not well-stocked in some items with sizing. We received some pleasant customer service when we were nicely greeted by a worker, had another helpful worker answer a question, and encountered a friendly lady at checkout. However, I am not a fan of the centralized checkout situation. I dread making the trek to pay & have experienced such long lines and waits here. Even when the line builds, it might be only one person at the registers, & even with 3 workers, it's been slow goings.

Upon walking in, there were no customers in the store, and the one girl working seemed bothered that I had walked in. She slowly set down her phone, got up from her chair and stared at me in complete silence. I asked her if she could help me identify this perfume and handed her the scented test strip. She put a glove on and smelled the tester strip for a few moments, handed it back and said "I don't know" After awkwardly standing there waiting for her to at least TRY to guess, or even offer a similar perfume, I broke the silence, and asked if she could at least offer a suggestion. We went back and forth for another minute as I simply tried to get her help and then I gave up and left. She clearly did NOT want to help me, had ZERO enthusiasm and seemed annoyed that I was even in her store. If you're in search of some "Designer perfume" i don't recommend you come here unless you don't care about customer service. (I headed to Macys after this, and even though they weren't able to find the name of the perfume, they showed me THREE other close options, and did so with excitement, so I'll continue to go there instead)

She didn't even bother to look at it. Instead, she asked for my phone number and pulled up my account. Then she started asking if I had used the products. I told her no. She asked when I bought them, even though the purchase date was on the receipt. After that, she still opened the products to inspect them, all while speaking to me in a rude and dismissive tone. When it was time to process my refund, she said it would go back to my card. Then she suddenly said, "Oh wait, you paid with cash, right?" At that point, I had enough. I told her that if she had actually looked at my account or my receipt, she would have already known how I paid. She immediately accused me of being rude. I disagreed. As the customer, I shouldn't have to do her job by pointing out information that was already in front of her. Then she said, "You want to take it there because I can take it there." That was completely unprofessional. What is this, middle school? I asked to speak with the manager, and she replied that she was the manager. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've had. I expected courtesy, professionalism, and basic attention to the information I had already provided. Instead, I was met with unnecessary questioning, a disrespectful attitude, and an argument with the person who was supposed to be leading the team. I contacted corporate immediately after.

My friend purchased a sign-in book for the ceremony and wanted her husband's name on the front. My friend asked me if I could write it nicely, or if I knew anyone who could. In that instance, you know you should entrust that kind of thing to an expert, and Ana is an expert. She responded very promptly and had questions that put me at ease immediately: what was the book made of? Was it something porous? Going back and forth with a grieving family was slow-going, but Ana was patient and communicative, even with the tight turnaround. She was clear and upfront about what we should expect, and the price for her work was very reasonable. And the finished product was lovelier than I could have imagined. It was thoughtfully placed and even packaged beautifully. My friend loved the book so much and was so happy with the result. The whole experience was so positive and easy that I won't hesitate to add calligraphy to any special events that come along, because of Ana. Thank you Ana, for helping this grieving family!

Not overly syrupy; it was such a well-balanced drink taste-wise! As for treats, the orange tea cake was flavorful and tender! Recommend even if you're not abiding to a gluten-free or vegan diet. The pepperoni pizza pie could use some adjustments; very skimpy on the red sauce (had to take three bites in to notice that the hand pie wasn't just downright dry) but the red sauce was super delicious. Needs more of it! Friendly and chill baristas. Coffee shop is located in Downtown Roseville; street parking or could use the nearby parking garage.
