I did a chrome color - pricing was not disclosed prior to me choosing the Chrome either (Beware any add-on is charged. You are basically nickel and dimmed for every choice. My pedicure became an easy $100. Onto the quality of my nails. The quality was horrendous. The tech did not go all the way down to the cuticles so my fresh nails with a brand "new set" (I don't use tips and still got charged for a full set ) it looked like they were already a week old. After having the tech redo them to fix her mistake, they still look like shit. The tips of my nails are missing chunks of chrome. I'm not willing to walk back in there because this manicure and pedicure became an easy $215. I have never in my life paid that much for a simple pedicure and nail set. We came to Houston to try something new and expected it to be a little pricier, but I did not expect to give away my first born child. Nor did I expect to leave completely unsatisfied.

I drove over an hour 1 way to go here. Signing in was easy but when I sat down with my nail tech, he didn't offer any water or anything. Just started working on my nails which is fine. He did a decent job. By the time I drove home and took a shower the gel was coming off. I doubt he even put gel on if it came off that fast! I was charged $45 dollars for nails to come off within a few hours and I tipped $10. Now I have to go to my normal nail tech near me and see how much she will charge to fix someone else's work. The quality has gone downhill. Normally people will ask if you want something to drink or have quality products that don't come off right away. It was a lesson learned though.

I don't have a specific favorite technician because each time I'm here, everyone does a great job. There's mellow instrumental music playing to help you feel relaxed. The pedi chairs have all the massage functions to help loosen up that tight back and shoulders. They also offer you something to drink during your service. There's alcoholic and nonalcoholic options. I've been here 3x and no complaints. The convenience factor is it's also right next to the H-E-B grocery store, and many other retailers/restaurants.
