Best real and traditional Colombian ! Everything tastes delicious! Pan de bono is a must! Best I even had ! The meat sandwich was outstanding! And Cuban sandwich too . We loved everything we had ! Excellent empanadas like home made from scratch Colombian customer service was amazing! Very friendly welcoming polite lady very sweet she definitely makes the difference to her customers, we are definitely coming back for more ! It's a small bakery good parking space . Very convenient location .

The decor isn't anything special, but this a solid Colombian bakery, sandwich, breakfast, fruit juice, shake and street food spot. They have a little parking lot. Ask for hot pan de bono to see when it's coming out of the oven or if there's a fresh batch. SOOOOO good. Blackberry milkshakes are also terrific. La Montana is a another similar bakery and eatery if you want to compare. No complaints. Guava and cheese pastries and other delicious offerings. Friendly service. Offerings include egg sandwiches, arepas, empanadas, and lots of baked goods from cookies to pastries to loaves.

    Bakery, plus fresh pandebono!!!

I'm sorry for the sad review, I can't comment on the sandwiches, empanadas, croquettes or anything, but I get distracted by delicious pastries and bread! They have fresh hot Columbian bread ALL DAY. It is simple and amazing. Soft, center with some sort of cheese I think all wrapped around a crispy delicious crust, pan de Bono, yes order this Is it a hole in the wall? YES (but aren't some of the best places?) Is the staff friendly? YES If you don't know what something is, ask, and they will tell you, with great description Is the coffee good? YES Café con Leche, perfect If you're in the area, stop by get some pastries and bread and devour them at your earliest convenience. You are welcome

The Cuban sandwich was good except for the fact that it had some kind of mayonnaise dressing on it which was unusual. The place is a hole in the wall with a very small Crampton difficult parking lot. The pastries I bought were rather dry and not as filled as they should be guava and cheese or cheese bread's. The multiple averages in the refrigerator case or mostly Colombian they had a fair selection of other types of pastries as well. Gentleman behind the counter who helped me was very accommodating and cheerful. The display case was not it very visible and didn't seem quite as clean as it should be for food establishment.I've passed by this place for the past 20 years and have never gone in and now that I have I won't be returning since the food was not worth seeking out.

Simple and fabulous! It's a "to go place " for me but you can eat there if you want to, they have a few tables and chairs. The staff is wonderful the ladies that work there are super sweet and helpful. I love their bread and pan de bono because you will always find it warm, they are constantly selling out so they make several batches during the day. Absolutely delicious!(pillowy , buttery and cheesy bread) what's not to love, If you are all about that carb life :) you need to try this bread. They have other items that were good but their bread and pan de bono/ almojabana are the most popular.

Came here for breakfast yesterday! It's definitely a hole in the wall! It was my first time and I had never seen or heard of this place before. My boyfriend and I both ordered breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. I got an egg and cheese on a Cuban with a strawberry milk smoothie. sooo delicious and freshly made. I would definitely come back here!!! They have a few bakery item good too and all types of Hispanic candies!

The inside is a decent size with tables, cute decor and lots of plants. When I first walked in, I was taken back by how beautiful the pastry display cases were!! I had the hardest time choosing which pastry to get because they all looked like works of art!! Super friendly staff, great service but now to get to the goods: the coffee and pasties. This is a true authentic French bakery, no doubt in my mind. The iced salted caramel latte is the best I have EVER had. I could taste every flavor and it blended with the coffee perfectly. The ham and cheese croissant was so flakey, the perfect ham ratio and just all around fantastic. The pastry I got had raspberry jam and white chocolate ganache (I don't remember the name of it) and it was seriously the best pastry I've ever had. Most pastries can be too sweet, but this was just right. The jam tasted fresh and homemade (probably is!) and the white chocolate ganache gave it just a touch of sweetness. It is a little pricey so be warned: $48 for two coffees and two pastries. Definitely worth a splurge!!

They have four locations, and we went to the one in the Ybor City Historic District. La Segunda is an institution for Cuban bread and pastries, baking 18K loaves daily and ships nationwide via Goldbelly. Our niece's BF is Cuban, and he said buy anything with guava. In the box (see photo), we bought two each of guava flip (kind of a folded tart or empanada), guava turnover, and guava flip with cream cheese. All of them are delicious! I like the flaky guava turnovers the most even though they didn't survive the transportation across the country in my backpack as well as some of the others. Even though slightly crumbly, still yummy! I also bought butter cookies, sold by the pound. Those are relatively ordinary; I'll skip those in the future. Next time, we are carrying Cuban sandwiches home! I really wish I carried them home. I was having Cuban sandwich withdrawal. This location is older but functional; there isn't seating. Their customers know what they want, and everything moves FAST. If it's your visit (like it was for us), I suggest looking at the menu online to know what to order. The service is friendly, even though I can tell he was a bit exasperated that I didn't just yell out my order and I asked questions. I honestly don't fault him. Busy places have their own pace, and the customers are the ones to keep up. That's perfectly ok.

Paris Baguette has EVERYTHING I love. Cake. Latte. Bread. Pastries. What more can a woman ask for???!!! I was already swooning over the photos and menu options seen on Yelp and Google, but TASTING is BELIEVING and now I'm so glad that I can say it's everything I hoped it would be. It's like a little piece of Paris right here in Tampa! (I've been). So I've come for cake, stayed for latte and quiche, and because why not, threw in the salad so that lunch and dinner is taken care of, too! Okay, first off...what I got. The quiche is light and airy, and is basically a croissant with quiche filling instead of a quiche slice. I love croissants, so this was a nice treat for me that I could hold in my hand. The Salted Caramel Latte I thought was pretty unique, because yes, there's a PRETZEL on top of it (which I plucked off and ate the first thing when I got it. Tasted rich and delicious, and was a great companion for my food. Now, usually I don't bat so much as an eye for a salad, but that Korean beef salad looked fresh and yummy, and it would definitely take care of dinner for the day because, why not, while I'm out? It was a decent size too, not too filling, with a good variety of veggies such as cukes, carrots, tomatoes, on top of mixed greens with Korean beef, which was the only heavy thing on the salad so you don't feel weighed down. It's great to know if you're watching your waist line or caloric intake, Paris Baguette has you covered with no problem as the nutrition facts are listed on the menu so you can make an informed choice. Of course, their cakes are so good, you wouldn't help but want to indulge. Which brings me to my final point. When I saw MOCHA CAKE on the menu, I thought, OMG I have to have it!!! It's EVERYTHING I could want and more and I must ask WHY ISN'T MOCHA CAKE MORE OF A THING NOW???? The sponge cake was light and airy like a coffee cloud as was the buttercream, not too sweet, rounding out my whole meal in nice elegant, finish. The shop itself is cute, but Muffin and I ate outside since the outside area is dog friendly. It reminds me of those open-air cafes in Europe, especially in Paris, elevating my lunch experience with my dog. The staff is super nice and welcoming on approach, too. It's a bit of a drive for me, but it's really not THAT bad depending on when I go and the business hours help, too. Unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing. The meat lovers pizza appeared to contain only sausage and pepperoni, despite being described as including bacon and ham as well. The overall quality and flavor reminded me more of cafeteria-style pizza than what I expected from a restaurant with Alessi's long-standing reputation. The 1912 salad, while fresh, priced at $16 for a large, also felt overpriced for both the portion size and ingredients. It consisted primarily of lettuce with a few strips of ham and salami and a small amount of finely shredded cheddar cheese. The Asian chicken salad offered a bit more substance, but by 11:00 a.m. they had apparently run out of the Thai dressing and substituted Italian dressing instead. The replacement dressing did not complement the salad well. Whether it was house-made or purchased, it tasted like a standard bottled dressing, and a more suitable alternative would have greatly improved the dish. The pastries were the highlight of the meal and the one aspect that truly stood out. Going forward, we'll likely stick to what Alessi is best known for and skip the rest. After spending approximately $120, I expected a much better overall experience. Given Alessi's excellent reputation and years in business, this visit simply did not live up to expectations.
