Over the weekend we had a work event held at Reunion Ranch & let me tell you it was soooooo much…read morefun!! When you rent out Reunion Ranch (the outside grounds..a whole bunch of acres :) you have the entire place to yourself w/ access to over 41 activities..let me repeat that..YES, 41 activities!! There really was something for everyone one to enjoy..from the babies to the grown peeps! And the Reunion Ranch staff are so organized & kept things flowing so smoothly..even with over 400 attendees! I also really liked how the RR staff would announce over the loud speaker what activity was about to start. Activities Reunion Ranch offered: -tug of war mud pit..yes, complete with a real MUD PIT!! -volleyball courts -canoe & paddle boats -man made little sand beach -maze -horse shoes & washers -miniature golf -zip line -wagon rides -pony rides -obstacle course -teen tower -dunking booth ect ect ect And so many more activities but tooooo many to name & I'm not trying to get carpal tunnel ;) Another thing I give kudos to Reunion Ranch is the food serving line..they have about 6 different serving lines w/ RR staff making the plates & even w/ over 400 people in attendance the wait time was super fast. We had all you can eat barbecue plates & all you can eat Bluebell ice cream cups! There also was cotton candy, popcorn, & snow-cones for everyone to enjoy & for us adults..the libations offered were...sangrias, beer, & wine!! I was a regular at the sangria station!! ;) Reunion Ranch really is a cool place to have a team building event, reunion, or a wedding. The venue itself is so pretty surrounded by lots of trees & just has a different vibe to it. For sure I totally recommend Reunion Ranch!! They get 5+++++++++++ stars in my book -Rebecca out

The catering and other staff were so helpful and made sure everyone was restocked, filled, cleaned etc! The even made a greenery wall just in time for our shower so we had a lovely backdrop for photos and for opening gifts. When you first see the site, you think it looks just like someone's home with a large parking lot, but once you step inside you are welcomed with lovely layout indoors and a spectacular patio outdoors. They have a whole storage room for decor, table clothes etc so you won't have to even bring anything for set up! We would 1000% recommend having your shower, wedding, or special event here!

On July 3, 2025--well over three months before the date--we informed them in writing that we had to cancel due to personal circumstances and asked to discuss a fair, partial refund since there was still plenty of time to rebook the date. After that message, we never heard from anyone again. No follow-up call, no acknowledgment of the situation--complete silence. Keeping a full $3,400 while refusing to even reply is unacceptable business practice. If you're a couple researching venues, be very cautious. Verify every refund and cancellation term in writing and assume that once Angel Springs has your deposit, you may never hear from them again if things change. The property is beautiful, but the way they treat customers is not.

We had our wedding there in March and it was truly the best day of my life. The property is filled beautiful old trees, white fences, fields and log cabins. The ceremony and reception space was dreamy! The ceremony overlooks a beautiful field surrounded by these same old and winding trees. The sun sets over this field and creates an ideal setting for stunning photography. The event space has amazing stone walls with vines growing around the outside and stunning chandeliers inside. Natalie runs the space and was our day of coordinator. She was the best decision we made! She is kind, patient, and gets things done swiftly and with grace. I would recommend this place highly for a wedding or any event.

The actual mobile bar cart they have gives mid-century meets modern vibes. The drinks are absolutely beautiful. In fact, they're what I like to sometimes refer to as liquid works of art. I had the opportunity to experience their service and goodness twice-once at a corporate event and once at a private birthday party. Two completely different styles of events and size. It's clear that this local, woman-owned boutique mobile bar has what it takes to make any special occasion shine brightly. I'm hoping every time I get invited to an event that Social Butterfly folks will be the ones responsible for the beverages. They do all sorts of events, btw. As others have mentioned parking can be a challenge but I was informed that parking garages are nearby. The meeting room is on the second floor and there are stairs and an elevator for easy entry. There is also a patio deck that was perfect for collaborating on a warm sunny spring day. This space can accommodate about 100 or so attendees and there is room for catering. The event coordinator was beyond helpful as we had to change the seating configuration at the last minute. This is a great spot for a mid-sized or smaller event. As a bonus the Main street activity is a brief stroll away.

This event space which is located at the heart of downtown Round Rock is relatively small and is…read moreprobably less than 2000 ft.² inside. It's a great place for a medium sized company meeting of 40 or so people. The obvious problem I spotted was that you are relegated to street parking since they only have a handful of spaces in back. Some of the pros I will mention are the fact that they do actually have an elevator off to the side of the building. Upstairs in the Center they do have a full kitchen complete with refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a nice outdoor balcony with additional seating and there are two glass garage doors which can be raised. They have a nice lounge area in the corner along with two bathrooms located behind the kitchen. There is a 6 x 8' flat screen for presentations on the side wall along with a smaller 3 x 4' one on the other wall. They also have plenty of tables and chairs for the event space if you need them. There does seem to be an area which appears to be a stage area, although it only has two plugs, but it does have some effect lighting. As for the cons, I've already mentioned that you will be competing for street parking. The upstairs room itself has no sound deadening material so it gets very loud. No laminate or carpeted flooring, just concrete. Basically, this is just a good acceptable 31/2 star venue to host corporate meetings or quiet remembrances.
