I wouldn't revisit this place again. The customer service lacked and the cappuccino was mediocre at best. Additionally, false advertisement is annoying. The photos of fresh baked goods lured us in combined with the fact they had coffee. But for a few less than appealing pastries, there wasn't much available nor were the featured items.

    Grilled cheese ripoff

I was advertised a "grown-up" grilled cheese with multiple items included within the sandwich. Service was very slow. I believe they threw in these lovely free chips due to the fact I was given nothing other than a lousy slice of cheese between two stale pieces of bread for $17, which obviously, was not what I was promised. No meat, no veggie...? Yes, $17.

$15 for a dogfood sandwich. Y'all ever heard of McDonalds??? I mean seriously Stevie wonder could make a better sandwich.

$15 for a crappy sandwich. Do yourself a favor and try this place called McDonalds. They manage to make a hot sandwich for under $10 at the airport. I know this place is banking on the "premium" thing but this is anything but premium. Two crappy slices of bacon and foodservice eggs. Will never go to any LaBrea again. Don't put your name on this garbage.

Welcome to a breakfast place at JFK offering long lines, no regular cream cheese left at 7:00 AM (necessitating a $1.49 upgrade to flavored cream cheese), and a pint of water for an astounding $4.79. Bagel was smallish and dry. Just another example of a greedy chain taking advantage of their captive audience. Avoid if you can!

Thankfully I was super early for my flight, because I don't think I would of had the patience to wait. The line was much longer when I got on, but I wanted a chai latte and all the other stores lines were even worse. Once I got to the front and ordered my ice chai latte, I asked for almond milk but initially the lady made it with whole milk. Right as she was about to give it to me she realized her mistake. I gave grace because they were so busy, and I'm glad she caught it before giving it to me. She quickly made another one with almond, and she apologized a few times. The latte wasn't the best, but it did the job for the time I was there waiting for my flight.

This place is a rip off. I have it one star because of a lady who helped me get my coffee. Bibi H who served me was not a good person nor was she even willing to help out anyone. I asked for 2 breakfast sandwiches no cheese panini's. Instead I got 2 on bagels. I am diabetic so bagels are not good for me nor did I even ask for a bagel sandwich. Also when she told me the price for 2 sandwich's and a large coffee it came out to be $33.72 When I asked her to remove 1 sandwich she threw a hissy fit so I just said ok don't worry about it I'll take it. All she had to do is ouch some buttons and take off one sandwich but her fingers musta be broken. The sandwich in the end was not even worth the $12.99 dollars each. Please don't even bother with this place it's a rip off. It seems in Covid times there prices were Jack up. That's just great for people who were out of work to just charge twice the price for subpar crap food

Pre made sandwiches are a mess. If you have time ask for a fresh made sandwich which is bad vs horrible.. Prices outrageous. Coffee poor. Avoid and believe all the reviews. They are living off their location being isolated.

The high chair we received had a broken safety buckle. When we asked if another high chair was available, we were told they were all like that, which was very concerning. After being seated, it took more than 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table. Once we finally ordered, we waited approximately 45 minutes for our food, and only two of the three meals arrived. To make matters worse, we were told there was no clean silverware available and that we would have to wait for utensils. By the time my meal arrived, the other two people in my party had already finished eating. I ordered a veggie omelette, but when it was served, it contained no vegetables at all--just egg and cheese. Between the broken high chair, long waits, lack of clean utensils, incomplete orders, and incorrect food, this was an extremely disappointing experience, especially when trying to grab breakfast before catching a flight.

Now you can conveniently order a burger in no time from a location in the airport. You place your food order from a touch screen kiosk. You can also watch your order being prepared by employees in the kitchen. This location has the typical Shake Shack vibe and flair. I ordered the single-patty ShackBurger, a made-to-order quarter pound patty of 100% Angus beef with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun. The burger really hit the spot before a flight. The burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and made fresh, with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and bun. Simple, classic, and satisfying. For an airport location, the quality held up surprisingly well. Service was a bit slow but everything came out hot and neatly put together. Prices are a bit higher at the airport, but the consistency and flavor made it worth it. Solid choice if you're craving a reliable burger at JFK and want something familiar and filling before takeoff.

Perhaps they're evocative of my childhood and youth, when every diner and burger joint served them. So I headed to Shake Shack for some lovely delicious fries. Ordering is a pain. You use a kiosk. After saying three or four times that I couldn't scan the water, someone came over. You have to page through the menu. Ugh. Paid, typed in my name, and waited. And waited. Finally, my name was called, and I got my fries and some napkins. I sat I a lounge chair right across from Shake Shack, and.....the fries were cold. Terrible, awful, crushing disappointment. I so rarely eat fries these days. I was anticipating hot, golden, lovely crispy fries. I got lukewarm semi-limp mostly underdone fries. A sad, sad feeling. There's no seating at Shake Shack, but you can sit at a gate or take your food with you. Employees were working very hard, so it's strange that my fries were cold. I picked them up right away when my name was called. I probably won't come back, if I am in this terminal another time.

I'd like an explanation for this from Yelp, but in the meantime, here's the short version, as I can't even access the review I wrote. I had a ridiculously bad grab and go sandwich here, a D- even grading on an airport sandwich curve. It was a chicken avocado sandwich, supposedly composed of grilled chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and chipotle aioli on whole grain bread. Camden Food Co. must have looked up the absolute minimum amount of avocado they could use and still name the ingredient on the packaging. The sandwich was made up of tasteless slices of chicken, a bit of lettuce and tomato, and not a single solid piece of avocado. The only discernible avocado was a thin green smear on the bread. It just looked like the bread had touched an avocado by accident. I paid $17.41 for this sandwich and resent every wasted penny. I'm a little embarrassed, just as an American, that travelers can get food this terrible at New York's main international airport.

As busy as JFK is, never did I feel rushed. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed QR Codes on the counter for you to order from. Was a little sticker shocked at the prices on the menu, but what can I expect? It's NYC. All I ordered was gyoza and fried rice. Food came out in about 10 minutes or so. While I sat at the counter, I stared at the 3 TV screens avoiding the chaos of the airport.
