The beans are refried in tons of lard, making them flavorful and they don't have that tin flavor from canned beans. The tortilla was good, but if you get to the ends, it's all tortilla. So it's Friday. The end of the week and I don't want to cook. What better way to end the week than with a dine in experience at Miguel's? I really like the meal deals that they are running right now. A particularly good deal is the Miguel's trio. You get a beef or chicken taco and BRC or bean and cheese burrito and the drink of your choice even though it's advertised as lemonade this particular day I ordered the trio with a strawberry Horchata , BRC burrito (beans, rice and cheese )and a beef taco. I asked for the shell to be fried crispy. I also added a small guacamole and chip, and one of their caramel filled churros for the table to share. Yes we were able to share the small guac because we used it as a dip -no scooping. The meal was so filling that I ate part of the burrito the next day. I really hope that they keep offering these deals and that they also keep offering the flexibility to the meal deals too. That's what keeps me going .Each time I get the triple deal I can try something different and it feels like a new meal to me. Service at this location is friendly. I ordered from Miguel's through Doordash today and the Team did an incredible job accurately assembling the best pre-shift Dinner Meal for me! I love ordering their Pick 2 Meal Plate with a Chicken Enchilada, Traditional Beef Taco, and Seasonal Strawberry Horchata which also includes Spanish Rice and Pinto Beans! I also added a side of their Creamy Guacamole which tastes so fresh and amazing and really elevates the quality of the Meal. Ordered the Miguel's original burrito with chile verde through the DoorDash app and I was happy with the timing and quality of the takeout. The plastic bag was sealed and the green and red salsa was in sealed plastic bags. The taste was standard and the burrito was a decent size. Definitely could only eat one as it was filling. I used to go to various Miguels Jr including this one and others around IE. The past year I've noticed the burritos at this specific location very noticeably shrinking. They are consistently half the size they used to be but the same price. Not only does this feel like a shrinkflation issue but I have a hard time believing the tiny burritos I'm getting now even fulfill the the nutritional information provided on the parent website. This is the only Miguel's Jr. location near me, and my family loves Miguel's Jr., but this location consistently gets our orders wrong. This isn't a one-time mistake, it's happened over and over again. In the past, I've received someone else's order, been given the wrong meat, and today I received a shredded beef garbage burrito with no shredded beef in it. I ordered through Uber Eats, so I ended up paying about $45 and received two BRC burritos instead of the shredded beef/garbage burrito I actually ordered. The frustrating part is that the staff is always friendly. My issue isn't with their attitude, it's with the lack of quality control. Orders need to be checked before they're handed out to customers or delivery drivers. Mistakes happen, but when it becomes a pattern, it's incredibly disappointing. Most Miguel's Jr do a good job regarding giving you your food that is hot and tasty. The Eastvale location however continues to give cold food, especially the taquitos. They are always cold inside and out. This is a chronic issue with this location. Employees don't seem to care. Management needs to either train better or start letting go those preparing the food who find it acceptable to deliver subpar food. read more

Wow I'm was really shocked when I went through drive thru tonight at 5:35. They were not any busier than any other night, but the quality of food I received was rather embarrassing. And effortless . I waited for about 5 minutes to receive my order once I got to the window. I ordered these 2 bean tostadas that were thrown together with hardly any beans, rice or cheese on it. Not sure if the lead managers even look at what goes into the bag, but not they would like what they saw! It reminds of food that has been sitting and they decided to give to someone instead of throwing out. The 2 tacos I also received were just tossed together. I came in after picking up my Dutch Bros around the corner and to my surprise I picked up a chile relleno and bean and cheese burrito. They are so reasonably priced. The food was great. Served hot. The staff was super friendly. I usually go through the drive thru, but today I dropped in inside for the first time. First off I've enjoyed the food at this location for years. Today much to my surprise the quality and portions have changed And not for the better. I ordered a Chili Verde plate which has always been a favorite. Well today the portion was at least 50% less than previous portions. Then the chili verde sauce was watered down so much it would not cover the meat. Now factor in a considerable price increase, smaller portions and you have another restaurant I will not visit again. read more

Hi, This is one of the nicer Miguel's jr. As you all know, I am a fan and I eat in one of the locations quite often. Probably once a week. I like Miguel's because the food is good. Don't get me wrong, it is still Mexican fast food, but it is way better than say Del taco or Taco Bell. The food is more of a traditional type. The Salsa's are freshly made, not the stuff in the little packets. I especially like the bean and cheese burritos, the taco's and the taquitos. They also have a nice selection of sodas and brewed ice tea at the soda bar. I also get good service here. The workers are friendly and always say hi when I walk in. The restaurant is always clean and so are the bathrooms. Definitely one of the better Mexican fast food places. Jim read more

My daughter used to love the carne asada quesadilla from here but they changed the meat and I have to say it's way worse. She won't eat there anymore. The portions got smaller and they're back to diluting the lemonade. The garbage burrito is trash now barely edible. I think we're done with it for good. read more

Growing up in SoCal's Burbank/Valley area we got tacos, burritos, tamales, taquitos, tostadas from our friendly Hispanic neighbors or a nearby taqueria. Although Miguel Jr's is far from a taqueria I appreciate the authenticity, the last time I tried them was about 4-5 years ago when they had $1 Chile relleno burritos (weekend special).. this location wasn't even here at that time. Got something in the mail $5 for an original burrito, I mean why not! As soon as we walked in it was nice and clean, smelled of delicious food and our server was fast and friendly. The burrito was huge and enough for 2 meals; beans, rice and meat seasoned well!
