Came here after reading some great reviews on Yelp. I tried their LA burger which is their most popular burger, hence the name of the restaurant. The special part of this burger is the kimchi and the sauce that put in the burger which gives it a slightly sweet and spicy taste. The egg with the tiny you gives it a nice creaminess to round out the bite. When you first get the burger it looks massive. The bun appears huge and is nicely toasted but end up being a good ratio of meat to bun. One of my biggest gripes about burgers is too much bun for meat. This one is okay. Plus the but is slightly sweet which gives it a fresh from the bakery taste. My wife got the OG burger. She is a big burger can but can't handle spicy food and this one of the few without heat. She felt like it was just a regular burger but thought the bun was above average. I felt the meat was juicy and cooked well. Lastly the kimchi fries were quite good. It's yours with kimchi bulgogi and cheese and sauce. It's a pretty good but. I would come back here and recommend it to your who read this. PS place was nice clean and modern. read more

I came here to write a negative review because I ordered a burger for the first time via Uber Eats. I chose the Three Strikes Burger (DELICIOUS) and the picture for that burger shows it with fries. I don't care for fries, so I asked them to replace the fries with onion rings and I would pay the extra cost, if there way any. I received the order and there was ONE onion ring! Needless to say, I was frustrated, so I went to their site and looked at the menu. There were no pictures, so I looked at the description and only then realized that it doesn't come with fries (the only way I could tell was that the kids menu said fries included and the regular burgers said nothing about fries). So, now I am laughing because they gave me one giant onion ring, even though I didn't order/pay for a side of anything. LOL! Of course, now that I think about it, it makes total sense because it's like a giant gourmet burger for $7 and some change. That would be quite a deal if it also came with a side of fries! It was so great of them to include it because one, it tells me that they really do read the requests, and two, I was able to taste the onion rings. They are also DELICIOUS, so next time I will order a side of onion rings. This was my second order. The first one was for the tacos and OMG!! They are awesome because of the relish; that light sweet taste is perfect with all the other ingredients. These ain't your kids tacos!! Someday I will treat myself to the banana pudding shake because I cannot even imagine how amazing that would taste. Just order for delivery or go there and eat. You won't regret it! read more

I feel like an idiot. I didn't look in my to go bag properly and thought I was missing an order of tater tots, they replaced it easily for me. After finishing our food my hubby grab the black take out bag to throw away and there was the "missing" tater tot bag still in there. I don't know how I missed It! It wasn't even a big bag! I was a huge fan of this place the second I walked in for the first time. I will say, Yelp reviews are what led me here in the first place so my expectations were high. I walked in and immediately loved the ambiance. Nice big open space, iPad registers, cool wooden bench booths, and an old fashioned cane sugar soda fountain. Be sure to check in before you pay to claim your free fountain drink! As I was deciding on my entree, many of the Yelp pictures led me to believe that the tacos were the item to get. When in Texas, though, I figured it made the most sense to get the Big Tex- A burger on Texas toast with steak sauce, jalapenos, cheddar, onions, and best of all, bacon. It was an absolutely delicious burger, but I'll have to try the tacos next time. The bathrooms were very clean. The tables were wiped and everything was stocked. I decided to try a new burger place today and went to LA burger. I got the lunch special, the OG, fries and a drink. The meat was okay...bland. The sauce was ketchup and mayonnaise mixed, no flavor. The fries, skinny and stale. Soda was meh, it wasn't Coke products. The table was sticky too, had to use napkins as a placemat. I was the only one there at lunchtime which is never a good sign. This is a definite go to place. They have craft sodas Great Korean infused American dishes, and good service supported by speedy delivery of food. The real trick is to ask them for what they would recommend and there is a list of items not on the menu that are fantastic. We got the LA Burger. It was delicious! The flavors were unique and blended well together. We loved the unique concepts of each burger offered here. The patties were cooked perfectly. We also ordered sweet potato fries which almost hit the marked, but were slightly overcooked and tasted like it was time for the fryer oil to be changed out. There are four LA burger locations in the DFW area but this one is my go-to spot due to convenience and location. The restaurant is a bit smaller than the other three locations I've been to but the food does not disappoint. My usual order is the pork hoagie which is always so tasty and flavorful. Came on a Friday evening after work. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, was the right temperature, and perfectly delicious. This is kind of a cross between a gourmet burger joint and fast food because you order at the counter, but they bring the food to you and the burgers are substantial. It's definitely messy if you get the LA burger (beware the over easy egg that drips all over the place) but it's really flavorful and delicious, without bacon (personal preference.) Sodas are with real sugar, and there's sweet and unsweetened tea. Their k-style (?) fries are good, but since it's so chunky, I wish they'd offer thicker cut fries or house chips. I didn't know what to order and asked Ben what was good. He insisted the of course the LA Burger but I chose the West Coast Burger. Which ultimately was pretty damn good. The burger was tasteful, enriched with plenty flavor, and overall good burger. The size of the burgers/patty is comparable to In n Outs burger I'd gives you an indication of size.
