The two people that works in the front are frustrating, they are slow, they have the worst attitude, a lack of attention when you order, and they couldn't find the can opener for 5 min straight. I tend to be in Dallas at least once a month and currently living in South Florida you don't have much restaurants offering any Korean inspired dishes around. So this place is always a must on my to do list when I come in to town. I normally go to the Irving location but since we decided to eat on a Sunday, all locations except this one was closed. So we took the trek and was it worth it! For one, the Irving location has a smaller menu so when we first walked in we noticed they had a much larger menu (rice bowls, shakes, more choices of burgers). I either get a salad or one of their traditional burgers in Irving but since they offered different things at this location... I thought I try a bulgogi rice bowl. And even then I was not disappointed. I really don't think I have been disappointed with anything on either menus. They also had some craft beers on tap. All I can say. I always have such a good experience here. The Coreano Burger is my favorite go-to item. I also love the K-Town fries. My daughter and I had dinner here on Tuesday evening and I was very impressed with the customer service. Both Tyler and Abby checked on us to make sure our dinner was good and asked if we needed anything. What REALLY impressed me was when, near closing time, both of them were out on the floor cleaning the restaurant. Tyler was wiping down the high chairs and both were cleaning the doors, the door handles, the windows, etc. The level of detail was very impressive. It's good to know they take that much pride in the cleanliness of the establishment. I really enjoy the food and people here and plan to keep coming back for more delicious food and great customer service. read more

This is one of my favorite burger places now! They have the BEST sweet potato fries, are always consistent, and the whole menu is great. I've had the turkey burger, multiple beef burgers from the menu, and the Firebeef (bulgogi) Salad. The salad was super tasty and fresh. The flavors just never disappoint. It's pickled cabbage and to me it wasnt my favorite tastes but my husband thinks its amazing. So it just what people like. We ordered the K-Town Burger and the beef, pork and chicken tacos. The K-Town Burger is Kimchi, pickled Jalapeno, Bulgogi glaze, lettuce, tomato & srirachi mayo. As you bite down, the mixture of flavors are delicious and they know how to cook a burger right. The pork and chicken tacos are a little off as for flavor again just something different and my taste buds just didnt agree BUT the beef tacos were very tasty.The fries are also tasty we got thin cut fries and curly fries I loved the curly fries more they are crisp and have good amount of flavor. They have a nice variety of burgers and each one of them sound just as delicious as the others so it may be difficult to choose only one. Also, they have unique vintage soda I like the cream soda. The staff is friendly and a great resource on all of the different foods. The restaurant is clean and inviting. I highly recommend this place. read more

I always order the LA burger or the Cali Sunshine, though I've tried most of the burgers they sell those are definitely my two favorite. Not to mention you have to try their kimchi fries! My mom and I got the LA burger ( grilled kimchi, pickled jalapeño, cheese, siracha, fried egg) and string fries "K style" which is kimchi, bulgogi (Korean barbecued beef) and a delicious sauce all piled on top of crispy thin fries. Let me start by saying LA Burger is probably our favorite burger in town. This review is on the location. We just moved and this location is close to us so we decided to check it out. It was lunch on a Saturday and the place was maybe half full. It took 20 minutes + to get our burgers. I tried the El Jefe since I never saw it at any other location I have been to and the pickled radishes sounded good. It had lots of guac but only 2 small radishes. My wife also agreed that the meat wasn't seasoned like it normally is at the other locations and she didn't get enough sauce on her burger. We will take the longer drive and go to the one off Old Denton from now on. read more

My boyfriend and I always struggle to find something to eat, we generally always resort to something we have tried before. Today we decided to come to LA Burger, before walking in we were expecting avocado burgers and California style food. After Checking out the menu Korean infused option, we were excited. We each got our own burger and made sure not to pass up on the Nutella nutter butter shake. On top of that the service by Ben was fast and accommodating. The delivery service from Door Dash awesome as always!!! The service I received from LA Burger Carrollton, Texas tonight was another story. I received both our burger's with NO bun! I called t let them know. The guy pulled up the order & said OH it says we'll done, not no bun. OK mistakes happen & I understand that but when the guy said, I can't refund your order, the machine won't let me. He then tells me I need to call someone & get a refund. I asked why & who? He continued to say I need to call someone, I was tired of hearing that he didn't care, so I hung up. He tells me I need to do it!! He tells me he can't remake my order because they close in 30 minutes. I live 5 minutes away. I can except a mistake reading an order but, the attitude of I don't care, I can't except! I don't care to ever order from Trinity Mills LA Burger in Carrollton ever again!! Don't know about others working there, but he was just rude!
