The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Triston took my order and did a great job, and another employee (I didn't catch his name) walked me through the menu and offered suggestions, which I appreciated. I kept it simple and ordered the "All American" burger with a side house salad. My food came out quickly and was nice and hot. I also liked that they had a variety of housemade and regular condiments available, plus a pickle bar in the corner--which is a fun touch. The side salad was anything but basic. It was fresh, colorful, and vibrant--definitely a win if you're a visual eater like me. The balsamic vinaigrette paired well with it too. As for the burger, it was solid. I liked that they serve the veggie toppings on the side so you can customize it exactly how you want. Just a heads up: burgers are cooked medium by default unless you specify otherwise. Overall, everything tasted great, but the portion was pretty filling--I only made it through about half of my burger. Prices were reasonable as well: $11.50 for my burger and $4.50 for my side salad. I'd definitely come back to try more from the menu!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I'd give this place 20 STARS if it were possible. Such an AMAZING ATMOSPHERE and PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. But this was only the beginning. We got to the register and met a gentleman named Jimmy. Wow. Such an AMAZING person. We'll never forget him. His ENERGY and AURA. Topped off with whipped cream and they even sprinkled cookies over the whipped cream which made it SPECIAL. But might I add when I took the first sip of the shake I FELL IN LOVE with LA Burger all over again. I could honestly just stop here for a shake. One of the best shakes in town hands down. Such a WONDERFUL ENVIRONMENT. The MUSIC, the ATMOSPHERE, everything about this visit made it such a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Tried out LA Burger for the first time yesterday, hoping for something casual but tasty. The spot is in a laid-back and the vibe is inviting. Even though I grabbed my food to go, I could see it'd be a nice place to hang out and dine in next time. I ordered the West Coast Burger, which is one of their go-to items. We are from out of town and got to experience such a wonderful time with friends and family. We called first and spoke to Jimmy and asked if they were able to accommodate 25 people. We were a little skeptical at first because of the amount of people we had but he sounded very confident and assuring that they would be able to take care of us. When we arrived they had a section set up just for us. The staff was extremely amazing. Jimmy took very good care of us. Very friendly and attentive. Took care of everything to the tee and got everything correct without any mistakes. We were truly surprised at how everything went so smoothly and how the food didn't take very long. The food was amazing. We've never experienced burgers like this before. They have so many to choose from and everyone loved the food. It was so delicious. Order from yall through UberEats around 1:30pm a Double Patty OG Burger and tots, and wow... I'm just freaking wow. The BEST burger I've had in a LONG time totally gave me hope for humanity to the cook that made that burger Heck Yah!!! I wish I had taken a picture, but the moment my eyes laid upon that masterpiece, I knew this was a Burger meant only for me and me alone, and those tots just perfectly salted and crispy... Originated from Irving now their 4th store has opened! So happy they're now located next to my house! This location is my favorite, decor wise! Such a chill and creative vibe. I tried their El Hefe ( the boss ) burger today and wasn't disappointed. I was hesitant about the "pickled radish" but it honestly tasted like pickles to me and it wasn't bad! Bacon, Guac, American cheese included.. Yum! And it's not a full LA BURGER experience without the k-fries. I get mine with an over-easy egg on top. Thank me later. First of all you can't order sides of protein on the website for some reason.. why? Just losing money there for no reason. But what's much more annoying is I order the BYO plate with double steak and a couple of times they have given me the normal plate that I payed for, which is a square paper container and it has half rice and half salad with the meat on top. This is the container that they advertise. The paper container is a great alternative to what most restaurants use. But a lot of times now when I order, they decide to give me this random black plastic container that they do not even advertise, which has 2 side compartments and 1 bigger compartment for the meat. When they do it this way, instead of giving me an entire portion of salad like I payed for, they just put a small scoop in one of the side compartments and then bombard the entire rest of the plate with lots of rice. So it is completely uneven portions and I feel like I'm getting scammed because if they had just given me the normal plate which they advertise and that I thought I had payed for, it would have way more salad. And you can definitely taste the difference in the food when they use the plastic one compared to the normal paper one they are supposed to be using. Why do they do this? Is it only this location doing it? Because I have never seen that container pictured on their website or social media. And are they actually trying to skimp us and save a little money or is this just some major oversight that nobody has thought of? I will attach a picture of what they have been giving me vs what they advertise and you can see how they're totally ripping people off with this. It's not a huge deal because I enjoy the food, but the fact that each of those plates I buy is 25$ and they're doing this is just so frustrating. I want a balanced meal, yet every time I get this weird container, I find myself forcing the left over rice down which I would have been able to enjoy if I had an even portion of salad. And the rice for sure tastes plasticky when it comes in this container. If you're the owner/operator/manager reading this please do not give me your generic copy and pasted response telling me to send you guys an email because I'm not going to. Just fix this issue please and I will update my review to 5 stars
