This allows you to choose the type of fish, its preparation, and an accompanying sauce. I chose the branzino, grilled, and with salsa verde. The presentation was absolutely beautiful! The sear on the fish skin was perfectly crisp, the julienned vegetables were well-seasoned, and the sauce had a nice spiciness. Paired with a crisp white wine, it was a delicious dinner! The service was "adequate." The staff who brought bread and my meal to the table were friendlier and more attentive than my server. Perhaps she had too many tables to attend to, but she never asked me how my meal was, and only inquired if I wanted another glass of wine when I was ready for the check. Overall, I was very happy with my meal. However, I expected a little more attentiveness from my server, and perhaps an offer of something special for my birthday.
