Are you Sure? Girl trip! 1st stop! They didnt open until noon on the day we went. So we had to wait 1hr 30mins ish. There was a event which is great but everyone seem preoccupied for the event. Perhaps they should have closed for the event. The patio was closed for event. This made us very sad...wish we could have just taken a pic. -French onion soup- was way too salty -Cali burger- small but delish. I think they use gauc and not just plain avocado. But it was excellent. -Steak sandwich...dry and flavorless and didnt look like what jungkook and jimin ate on the show. -Fries- wasnt hot and was mid. I feel like none of the food was hot though. Maybe just the soup. We could have stopped by again on our way to NYC but ...we didnt. There was a friendly doodle that was the highlight of this visit. Was so cute. Oh and prayers to Jen and her family

My search for the best lobster roll continues this summer. I am delighted to describe a particularly good one here. I cannot vouch to the ambience, etc. as I was at the nearby beach, West Haven relaxing while my friend walked over to order and returned it to me at the beach. I felt like a Queen eating a lobster roll on the beach and tried not to make a spectacle of myself as the butter dripped down my chin. The meat was tender, sweet with nice large chunks. The bun was lightly toasted and held up through the last bite. I like that in a bun otherwise it falls apart and becomes difficult to eat. More times than not you ditch the bun and just eat the lobster if it is not sturdy. In my opinion you need the bun to get the full lobster roll experience as well as the meal being substantial. That is why the bun is important to me. Not as important as the lobster itself but it is high up on the "bar." The roll was accompanied by Cole slaw and a pickle spear. The sizeable Cole slaw was certainly homemade given the cabbage and carrots looked hand cut. It was delicious with a generous amount. Having said all this the roll was pricey. At $35 it is the most expensive I have eaten to date. Was it worth it, heck yes because I did not pay, it was a treat. If you want a good lobster roll and do not mind spending the money treat yo self to it, you will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, everyone was friendly, and we even ended up making new friends. A special shout-out to Maggie, our bartender. She was warm, fun, attentive, and made the whole evening even better. And creates the BEST cocktails. The food was outstanding. The burger was cooked perfectly, the French fries were absolutely delicious, and the bao bun was fantastic. Honestly, everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Great food, great service, great people, and a fun vibe. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, the hospitality from the staff, and chef made us feel right at home. We started drinks with a Strawberry Cosmo and a Paloma Spritz. Both refreshing and dangerously strong in the best way possible. For apps we came for the Crispy Duck on Sushi Rice, and as someone who usually scared to eat duck, this completely changed my mind. The duck was unbelievably crispy, similar to crispy prosciutto, and paired perfectly with their special sauce. We also had to do the Crab Cake was another standout, especially with the house-made Green Goddess dressing. The chef even came out to explain how he prepares the sauce, which made the experience feel much more special. For the entrees, we ordered the Linguine Fra Diavolo, loaded with perfectly cooked shrimp and the perfect amount of spice, alongside the Steak & Chips finished with a truffle vinaigrette. Somehow, every single dish just kept getting better. And because we clearly hadn't eaten enough, we had to try the Bacon Mac & Cheese Balls with smoked tomato sauce. I honestly could've eaten an entire plate of those. To end our meal, the chef surprised us with his Duck Egg Brownie, and it was one of the softest, fudgiest brownies I've ever had. A 2 hour train ride sounds crazy... but Flinders Lane made it absolutely worth the trip. I can't wait to come back to try the kangaroo!
