I've had these at Spanish restaurants in the US, but there really IS a difference in the way that they're prepared here. Not sure what kind of sauces were used (one red and one white) but they added a beautiful taste to these already yummy potatoes. Meat croquettes - Scrumptious! These croquettes have a mix of minced meats inside that are so tender and flavorful. And the breading is absolutely perfect. They paired perfectly with my wine too.
