Came here on a Thursday lunch time with my aunt and mom. We ordered the tacos dorados plate. I had mine de papa (potato). They were ok. A little flavorless. The most flavor I could taste was the salsa and the queso cotija. 7/10 They bring you free chips and salsa and those were fresh 9/10. They give you a side of beans and rice with the order. They were okay 8/10. Service was good. The lady bringing out our plates was pretty busy. Everyone else around us was only men. Make sure to come with a buddy ladies. Most of the guys (mind you it's lunch time) had a bucket of beer at their table. The floor had the tables a little too close together for my liking. They sat a guy behind us who had bad BO. Been going here for over a year and a half now atleast twice a month; Let me start by I've never have an issue with the food not being fresh. Secondly everything on their menu is good; even tried a few dishes I'm not too fond of and they never miss. Their Molcajetes are perfect to share with a date. Upon entering I noticed the place was very small and crowded. There is no air conditioning so it's very hot and humid in there, Because they don't have air conditioning they leave all the doors open into the restaurant leading to bugs flying everywhere to my surprise there was a fly in my chilaquiles. I honestly feel like the health agency needs to check this place out that was very unsanitary. The waitress noticed as I was picking at the plate and I told her there was a fly she immediately took the plate before I could get a picture of the fly that had been cooked in the sauce. Stopped by at 8 am for an early breakfast. Everything was delicious and fresh. The establishment was empty upon us arriving so the customer service was great at first. The food was all great. Reference the photos below. My only complaint was she took a long time to bring us our check- when I noticed she might be too busy (cleaning tables and busing) I asked up front for it and the cashier up front said we had to pay at the table since we dined in and didn't offer to help. We proceeded to wait another 25 minutes after already waiting an easy 35 minutes! This was AFTER we finished our breakfast. I hope they were just having an off morning. read more

My meal was pretty good. The tortillas tasted fresh. The taco and burrito was decent size. I just wish the sauce on the burrito wasn't so watery. I see they have a pretty good deal for Taco Tuesday so I'll have to come back. Service was good. There's plenty of parking and for how busy they were it was clean inside. We dined in. Didn't catch it till we got home but they charge extra for card use? We had two different amounts on our bill and they didn't mention a thing. Kid meal was suppose to be 10 dollars but instead it was listed as 13? Few dollars here and there adds up. And the food was just okay, not terrible but definitely not great. The restaurant was really hot, I don't think many people enjoy sweating while eating. Even my toddler was sweating. But what sealed it for us was the service. After we received our food, they never came to check on us once. This place was so bad, from service to the food. First of all ive been here once and had the enchildas michoacanas, they were the best ive had in a while. That was last year and went during lunch. This time went at 6pm, as soon as we walked in, the music so loud, horrible, sat down and the waitress does not even greet people with a smile, and could hardly hear much with the music they were playing, and did ask the waitress if they could lower the music a bit, well I guess they did not care. The food is absolutely delicious. Some of the best enchiladas I've had. The place itself is rather small. We came in on a Sunday and had to wait about 20min to be seated which wasn't too bad. However the service needs help. Had to ask for chips and salsa, had to ask for water, never got the water and had to ask again. Every time our waitress walked by she was speed walking and rushing, she was covering too many tables. Which is an issue because several times we tried getting her attention as she would just walk by quickly and it was to the point where my date had to get up and go to the kitchen to ask for something. Checked this place out for their Taco Tuesday deal-- you can't beat $0.99 street tacos. Definitely go for asada and birria, really really good. The al pastor wasn't bad either, but skip the chicken, too dry in my opinion. They also offer homemade salsa which really complemented the tacos. They serve a red salsa in a squeeze bottle, but if you're looking for something a little more mild with the same amount of flavor, ask them for a cup of their green salsa. The service was a little slow, but there was only one waitress running the show from what I could tell, so props to her for managing the entire restaurant. The good news is the food comes out quick anyways, so this is a great lowkey Taco Tuesday spot. read more

Five stars. Ive been here before but we came yesterday since olive garden was full. And we don't regret it. It wasn't too full or empty, they had music from karaoke amd and balloon for mothers day on the tables. A friendly family enviroment love it! I went to their Orange location with a friend yesterday. Everything we ordered was disgusting. I'm not picky when it comes to food, so if I can't eat it, it's not even food you can feed to your pets. I ordered the chorizo and asada tacos. Both were awful. The chorizo tasted like seasoned pillow stuffing. The asada just tasted like huge chunks of grease. My friend got the shrimp and fish tacos. They were dry and tasteless. Before eating all this, I had ordered a bean, rice, and cheese burrito to go for my mom. I thought surely they couldn't mess that up. When she went to eat it, she only tasted rice, so she opened it up and saw they had filled the whole burrito with just rice and nothing else. So it was a bunch of rice with a tortilla wrapped around it. Taco Bell would have been waaaaay better. I don't know what is going on with this place, but it was the worst Mexican food I had ever eaten. Go here at your own risk. read more

This is one of my favorite restaurants that I frequent when I'm craving Mexican food. I love that they offer menudo daily so I often order menudo and their other birria caldo. I have tried both the birria de res and birria de chivo, which each have their unique taste and flavor. Highly recommend their Asada burrito wet with green sauce. It's one of my favorite things on the menu. It's super flavorful and a pretty big portion. I am not a big fan of beans, but I could survive off their rice and beans because even those simple items are super flavorful and delicious. I have also ordered their Asada quesadilla and birria plate. Everything I have ordered here has been delicious. The staff is always friendly. read more
