I haven't been to LA Creme in ages. I used to take my daughter to the Meridian location to grab a sweet treat when she got a good report card or an award. My daughter is a grown adult now so her treats are far more expensive than a small cup of fro yo. Getting a sweet treat with my daughter at LA Creme will always be a fond memory for me. My husband was heading to Game Stop to grab a collectable so it was only fair for me to get an afternoon goodie at La Creme. I appreciate how fun and bright this venue is. It makes eating fro yo tthat much more enjoyable at a fun joint. I went and took a look at the variety of fro yo options they had. Everything sounded so good! Chocolate, cookies and cream, cheesecake, peanut butter cookie, raspberry.... I love that you can swirl some of the options together! And the two flavors that you can swirl compliment each other. My usual cup consists of little bits of every flavor or flavor combos. I want to be able to try it all out! I got 5 differnt flavors. I was heading to the toppings to load up my cup and realized that I can't really have any. It's a communal system with people handling the serving spoons for the candy, cookies and fruit options. Amber, who was working today asked me if I needed any help. I told her about my sticky situation about my kidney and how I'm not supposed to use shared food/servering utensils. I asked her if I can just get a scoop of the mint Oreo cookies. This sweet girl got me the container of prepped cookie pieces and let me top off my fro yo. She asked me if there were any other toppings I wanted but what I got was great! Honestly, I would have liked to add a couple more toppings but I didn't want to have Amber take out more containers. She was already sweet doing this favor for me. Amber is truly one of a kind at her age. This young lady is 19. She held a full conversation with my husband and I. She was engaged. She was sweet and considerate. I appreciate the great customer service she gave us today! I adore her amazing attitude! I hate going into fun spots like this and have the customer service be awful. She made my experience great. On my end of town, we don't have any fun ice cream/fro yo shops. So it was great coming in today and grabbing some myself a cup of fro yo. Amber did a fantastic job taking care of me. She also gave me a bogo coupon for Valentines day. I will be in Meridian for dinner on Valentines so I'll have to stop by the Eagle Rd location for dessert. Coming here really made my day! And it's good to know they have free coffee for you! Good and light frozen yogurt. A bit on the pricier side. But good flavor options. I wish there were more options for toppings though.

This place gives me life! I tend to eat healthier options, so this place is quite the treat! You pick the size bowl or cone you'd like, fill it with your yogurt of choice, add your desired toppings (from fruits to candy, to cookies etc) then weigh and pay! Number 1. Great food. You grab a cup and choose your flavors. You can get slightly cooked yet raw cookie dough. The brownies are also amazing. Don't recommend gummies though. They get hard, and they are difficult to chew when cold. Number 2. The reason it get 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact that they ask for a tip and get one, it's a serve yourself Ice cream and frozen yogurt! Over all though the check out was fine. Our family has frequented this location often with consistent good frozen yogurt every time. My wife likes to sample flavors, and they are always available to give out cups to try to our heart's content. The toppings bar is well kept and clean - a messy topping bar would indicate that they don't care about cleanliness elsewhere. Friendly staff - my wife notices that the staff says hello every time we come in - unless they are occupied with other customers. It's similar in price to other Treasure Valley frozen yogurt shops. I have gone there several times over the last few months. As soon as I walk in, I am acknowledged with a warm greeting. The choices of yogurt can't be beat and the toppings are just too many to choose from! The staff is so very friendly and helpful! And, I love their reward program, which I have taken advantage of. After driving several miles out of our way to the (thankfully) only open place we could find, we arrived at 10:45 and saw all of the chairs flipped upside down on the tables. My immediate thought was that they were closed but then I saw the open sign was lit up and the door was unlocked. In we went! We yelled to the back for about 1 minute before anyone came to the front I doubt they could hear us well due to the loud music playing. We asked if the machines were still on and the person who came out went to the back and sent someone else to the front. She proceeded to tell us that they had to be closed and leave by 11 and that they were no longer serving. I was very confused as the hours of operation were listed online and on the door as 11am - 11pm. As the seven of us (approx $50 worth of ice cream) walked out the door we mentioned they should probably turn off the open sign or lock the door.
