Overall, a good place with good wine country food that's adapted well to COVID. There's a lot of seating throughout and the food is pretty good. This place is embedded in a winery complex, but it should be pretty easy to spot as there's a host stand coordinating the flow of diners through a very large outdoor tent and some other outdoor seating around the building. Bathrooms: Clean, spacious, and functional.

Not our first time here and this place reminded me why I did. The place is quaint and reminiscent of an old world vineyard. The food is great and the staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a must when in Sonoma. You don't need reservations it's a first come first serve basis to eat in the courtyard but for wine tasting you need to make plans.

So fortunate it was the first night the salad returned to their spring menu. Also, the interior is really beautiful and super intimate. Can't wait to return when I next visit Sonoma friends.

The food style says Italian but it's really Italian Korean fusion. If you want an adventure in flavor and something unexpected GBS is a must My favorites were the short ribs, mushrooms and the pasta, but they have so many excellent choices. This is definitely a place I'd come back to try the whole menu. Too bad it's so far. The restaurant has a warm fireplace beautiful open kitchen. The seats are comfy and things are well spaced. Just a more fitting venue than Animo. If your are up for some inventive Italian with Korean mix this is your place.

We had reservations for 5:30 and arrived and were seated without incident. There were 3 of us and we sat next to a window. Or server was nice and friendly. We ordered drinks, had a few starters, then our dinner selections. All the food was very good. However, to our dismay and miss way through our dining, a party of 7 was seated next to us in the middle of this indoor dining area. That's when the bottom fell out. The ambience was destroyed. These people were beyond loud. They were not drunk, just obnoxious and so load our server had to lean down to get near our heads to hear us and for us to hear her. I honestly could not hear my wife who was across from me in this small table when she talked. I noticed several other smaller tables around this group looking startled/shocked. In my opinion, this group was so out of line, the manager should have at least come to their table and ask them to bring the volume down . However nothing happened. Or dinner was ruined. We quickly finished our dinner, paid the bill and left. The restaurant acoustics obviously weren't capable to handle this kind of noise. Shame on the management for not addressing these extremely rude guests. We'll think twice before coming back.

Our server, Darian, could not have been more fabulous. He joked with my granddaughter who was being a bit shy which invoked a smile. Cannoli had chocolate chips, dark cherries & pistachios! Are you kidding me! No reservations; opens at 4:30 pm. What a wonderful experience we had, with a happy, helpful staff & delicious food!

They def knew their menu. Immediately brought water with cucumber and lemon, very refreshing. I ordered the bread with butter to start, it was excellent. However the combination of the thousand Island, sauerkraut, the pastrami and buttered bread just made it so delicious. It was decently meat packed too. The sandwich came with fries which I inhaled the ketchup that they brought me extra. It also came with two types of coleslaw both were delish. They were not overwhelming with dressing. The yellow one was interesting bc I thought it was turmeric but it was slightly sweet. Delish as well. Also ordered their Italian prosecco. She was so busy every single one of the bar seats was taken, and she did a fantastic job balancing all of it. Overall the food was an exceptional experience. The Soup was delicious and a great size for the small soup portion. I ordered the Lasagna with meat sauce and its light delicate layers were delicious, and perfectly balanced with the cheese. The server was helpful and informative and told my friend about the Mushroom cream sauce for her ravioli that if you love mushrooms you'll love it but if you don't then steer away. And we LOVE mushrooms and the ravioli paired perfectly with the heavy mushroom cream sauce. We also got the Steak and ordered it medium rare, when it came to us and it was closer to blue/rare the server/bartender didn't hesitate to apologize and in a flash take it back. The cooks remade it and it was perfectly medium rare with that nice browning on the outside and a small bit it pink in the center. We were very satisfied and it was such a lovely touch the manager did come out before the end of our meal to ensure we were satisfied and apologized for the discrepancy in the meal. Service is consistently quick and friendly--but definitely make reservations, because this place is always busy. We started with their delicious house bread served alongside an olive tapenade--such a great way to kick things off. We also ordered a bottle of the Tom Mackey Cellars 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon, which paired nicely with everything that followed. For appetizers, we shared the grilled polenta and calamari, both of which were excellent. For my main, I ordered the house special seafood risotto, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. My husband had the Spaghetti Pescatore--loaded with wild prawns, clams, calamari, fresh scallops, and fish of the day in a light tomato, garlic, and olive oil sauce--and it was just as good as it sounds. Around the table, we also had the lamb ravioli, Spaghetti Levi Leipheimer, and the Gnocchi Riviera, and every dish was a hit.
