You buy a tasting card at the counter and then you can try any six wines on their menu. Their most popular is the almond sparkling wine and they offer a variety of other flavors. We tried lots of different wines including the sauvignon blanc and petite sirah but our favorites were the different sparkling wines. It was less of a quiet wine-tasting vibe and more like a party-vibe. There were tons of people and we saw a lot of bachelorette parties. The music was loud and there was a fun social vibe. There were still some vineyards that you could walk through and take pictures, but the core of the action is where the food and drinks are. Even though it was geared toward adults I saw a lot of kids and strollers around. We spent a couple hours here drinking the different wines and relaxing at the table. It was fun to people-watch and just enjoy the experience and energy. If you are coming to Temecula Wine Country, this should be one of the places on your list to visit.

I understand that a larger group can be a bit overwhelming for the servers so we always try to commend them and thank them for their patience. This time it was Luke and like all Leoness staff, he was attentive, patient and knowledgeable. We asked him about his favorite wines and his recommendations were great! This type of winemaking differs from traditional wines because large ceramic vats are used in the winemaking process. Our tour guide was Hunter. He was very knowledgeable about the different varieties of grapes on the vineyard and was also able to describe how the vines grow, are trained, and pruned. He also explained the bottling process to us. After the tour, we returned to the tasting area where we met Kyle. He was doing a great job managing a bachelorette party. Both Kyle and Hunter kept it light and professional. The vineyard offered a great deal on a case of wine. Luckily, we drove out so we have a case to take home. I would recommend this place.

There's also an elevated deck area that you can dine in starting at 12pm. We made reservations beforehand and were seated with a view of the garden. CALAMARI ($20) - this was firmer but thicker than other calamari I've had. I really liked this one dipped with the jalapeño lime aioli and I liked the shishito peppers for that bit of kick. 5/5 TRUFFLE MUSHROOM PIZZA ($18) - we added pepperoni on top and the pizza was decent. 3.5/5 BOLOGNESE ($30) - the bolognese was flavorful and there were huge portions. There was so much meat on it that it pretty much covered the pasta itself. 4.5/5 We had a wine flight ($25) and I liked the pas doux and the vermentino.
