What falls short for me is the ice cream - I had the razzle dazzle which is a raspberry cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker cookies and while the cookies were fresh and tasted awesome, the ice cream itself didn't have much of a taste. I also got a small banana pudding cup on the side and again, not much flavor to the ice cream. The ice cream is just your run of the mill Hershey's flavors that you can get at most any ice cream shop. The service was fine. My bigger issue was the cleanliness. The bathroom was just generally dirty and appeared that the floors hadn't been swept or walls cleaned in quite a while. During our visit I witnessed one of the employees filling the mop cleaning solution in the sink right next to an employee making a milkshake. I grew up on Hershey Ice Cream (not part of the Hershey chocolate family), so this was truly revisiting my childhood! The Superman ice cream did not disappoint! It brought back some of the happier childhood memories. I had a hard time choosing which flavor ice cream I wanted because it was some of the happier parts from when I was a kid - eating Hershey ice cream.
