The owner who didn't care to speak to us in English preferred to laugh at us after speaking Vietnamese to the other technicians. These folks don't seem to take pride in their work so I highly doubt we will return for a third time. unfortunately they don't take pride or professionalism seriously in what they do. So I came here because I was not around my nail place. I just literally walked out the door of this nail salon and the man that did my nails I am assuming his name is Tom he had long hair. He was horrible he was doing everything soo fast I asked for coffin shaped nails and they do not Look the part. I also wanted him to clean them like around the edges and he didn't even do that. If I give them zero stars I would, I drop my 16-year-old and 13-year-old daughter off to get their nails done they went to get shellac polish on their fingernails and my oldest wanted to just get her toenails painted being children they carefully thought out the cost and exactly what they wanted... But while sitting in the chair the nail tech insisted that they have a manicure as well my daughter tried to say no on more than one occasion and she said no no it look better and did it anyways, then proceeded to charge my daughter $20 more then was budgeted. I came in for a pedicure ($21 w/ kit paid cash) Very friendly ladies however my pedicure was quick, they didn't exfoliate enough and the girl only did one coat of polish! I simply needed my shellac nails removed, and not only did they take almost an hour to do it, they destroyed my nails in the process. It took months for them to grow back to a healthy state. I went in for a fill and a pedicure and I had one broken nail to repair. I did the deluxe pedicure at 35 and told her I wanted basic acrylic, the cheapest one for the fill. Specified CHEAPEST one... She then talked me into getting the chrome powder to my nails which I gladly accepted, just to be hit with "that's an extra 15 dollars". Really? For chrome powder? Fine, whatever. I'll go for it. As well as an extra 7 dollars to do a design on only 2 extra nails. Ugh, okay, cool. I want it so I'll go for it. Now after everything is said and done, she tells me my total is 100... uhhhh.... For what exactly?! Now if you're keeping track, 35 for pedicure, 16 for basic fill (which I specified more than once), 15 for the chrome, which she did wrong so you can't tell it's even there, 7 for the design, and I'm gonna guess maybe 5 for the repair. That's only 73 dollars. What's the extra 27 dollars for?!?! Overall, the service was good. Hands down best pedicure I've ever gotten, but I felt completely ripped off. The language barrier makes it difficult to understand what exactly I'm paying for as well. Next time I'll ask for an itemized receipt. You should do the same.... read more

I've been 3 times to this place to kinda feel them out. First time I went with my sisters and also my mother we all got a pedicure $35 each, pretty decent but I was distracted by another customer yelling at the man who did her nails awful in her words. Second time I went in I was getting a acrylic fill and I met Mi who was wonderful. I'm not super picky about my nails but I do know what I like and she was very understanding and did exactly what I wanted I was very very please! Unfortunately two days later one broke so I called and asked how much it would be to fix a broken nail they said $2, very reasonable so I went in to get it fixed. When I walked in I was so excited to see Mi but she was busy and said someone else would be fixing it for me. It was Tim the guy who was being steamed at from my first appointment. I said it was fine it was only one nail how could it get messed up. Well it was a different shape but I said it was fine and when I left Mi said not to charge me. Went back for a fill and a pedicure, Tim was the only one available. Again I'm not picky and how could he mess it up lol... wrong. Didn't take any suggestions I said AAAAnd lol two other girls came in very very upset about their nails and wanted a refund after Tim did their nails. My finger is cut and shape doesn't match. It basically looks like I have gum stuck on my fingers no joke lol. I went in same day and very LATE for a full set of eyelashes and it took a while but the only reason is because their eyelash tech is so patient and talented! I'm amazed by her steady hand and ability to make my eyelashes look better than any other company. I have to keep coming back ! So glad I dropped nails 4 u across the street. I came in after seeing a friend's nails that looked amazing. She said they gave her an hour and a half pedicure and it was a great experience. So I decided to try them out. The lady that greeted me asked what I wanted and I said a "full set" and she replied "Of what?"... I told her "nails." She waved her hands at me and shook her head so I took that as a no and turned to leave. She said "Pick a color." At this point I'm just staring at her like she has 2 heads and she pints at the polish. I pick a color and sit there for 30 min. The two girl getting things done seemed like regulars who were happy with they're treatments so I waited. I'm pointed at and then she points at a chair by the door and I go sit. Another 10 min and a lady sits down and asks what I want. I told her the same thing I told the first lady and she had follow up questions: "Regular or solar?" Solar. "What shape?" And I pull out a picture. She says ok and she starts. About 15 min in she sees the polish I've chosen and gets angry and asks why I didn't choose shellac... well, I wasn't shown the choices, just pointed to the wall. I asked how much a shellac full set is... she says $40. The girl who greeted me chimes in from behind her and says "35." At that point I was just gonna stick with the polish I'd chosen. The first girl says "You'll ruin it!" I've been getting my nails done for 20 years, long before shellac existed, I can manage. Took almost 2 hours for the nails and when I asked her to fix the shape to match what I'd shown her she said "It looks ok." I asked her to get the acrylic off the edges of my nail beds/skin. She cut me open with the file in several places. I told her to forget the polish and that I'd fix them myself. How much was I charged? $40. And she said "You write a tip HERE." And pointed. So, another nail salon down, no closer to a good one. Bummer. read more

I am very happy with how my nails turned out because usually I struggle finding a nail salon that does a good job. So as soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately they started on my nails. I got a pink and white ombré fill and honestly my nails looked way better than when I had the same nails done at another salon. The nail technician was very nice and paid close attention to detail and I was only charged $33 for a fill and that's because I was missing two nails and bought a file as well (when usually I'm charged $40+). I went to this nail salon for the first time to get a full set of acrylics, the lady over priced them and failed to explain why they costs so much, I asked for a white set with gold glitter she made them super thick and fat, odd shape with uneven glitter coats, they looked like homemade press on nails. When I later went home to check my card balance she had taken an extra 8 dollar tip without my consent or knowing, when I went back the next day she pretended to not know what she had done, I did get the 8 dollars back but that was all. read more

I went in for manicure and pedicure, this is the worst place I've ever been to. I had the pedicure first, it was done very well. Then I went to do my fill, which she used a (USED) file to take the polish off, I stoped her on the first nail and said "please use a clean drill" then she proceeded to cut me 3 times drilling off part of the polish. She did not take all my polish off and put solar filler over my existing nail polish, so the color was showing through, when I called the owner over she said and I will quote "that's the old yellow acrylic showing through" I told how can it be old when I had new nails put on 2 weeks ago ? She proceeded to take over . The owner then had to drill down to remove the polish under the solar powder. Not one sorry for me being there 3 hours (FOR JUST A FILL). Horrible horrible horrible. It's no wonder the owner is not taking responsibility for this shop. I will never go back. Please don't go to this shop, I It is the worst I've ever gone to. Poor quality and never apologized for the horrible work. I asked the owner if the tech was new ? She said no, I said she did such a horrible job. I went home and literally measured 1/4 inch of solar product on my nail. I went to another shop and had them file off what I had just done for $72. They charged me $20 to do new color and drill off the excess. That one fill and pedicure cost me over $100 and 4 hours to complete. The place I went to have them fix my nails is is LQ Nails on 122nd and Sandy, right next to the US Bank. They are wonderful and clean, I didn't have to ask for them to use clean tools. The owner ask me who did this to me ? I told her exactly and showed them her card. She just shook her head and said (I'm so glad you came to me to fix your nails). I got my nails, toes, eyebrow and lip done. The people are nice and a very fair price. They might not have the biggest place or 20 workers but that makes them much better then the rest of the places in the area this place has a few workers but they all know what there doing and no disappointments. If you go to a place with over ten workers more then likely half are just starting or lazy and don't know what there doing or just trying to get you out the door fast. Here there's about six workers all with over twenty years of experience and don't lack or anything their good, precise, very detailed, and never sloppy. I appreciate people who take their time and get things right and if they mess up they reduce it verse leaving it like that. I'll be coming here permanently and never go back to the previous places I've been because their quality here is much better and deserve service.
