Overall experience was ok. Being a a large party, we were able to see and taste many different dishes that were offered. There were some that were very good, and some not so good, i.e, food was overall too salty and grilled octopus was very tough and very spicy. The service was excellent. A wonderful local spot. One of the only ones open on a Monday, and with a great daily price-fixed menu. Generous portions, good quality, and friendly service. On the price-fixed menu I usually get the mussels and the grilled pork chop. The pork chop is very tasty and always cooked as I order it. This time I tried the pork chop with peppers, which comes with a delicious, slightly spicy sauce, vegetables and a potato. Side note - the bread is amazing. I recommend this spot. read more

Third time here and I will be back, stuffed pork chop is delicious, the cold antipasto is amazing , The waiters are great young men, very attentive and great service. We went with a party of six. The place was not very busy on a Saturday night at 7pm. Service was spot on. I had a halibut special, oreganata with mussels and shrimp. The dish was cooked nicely and very tasty. My wife loved her stuff shrimp. Apps were fried calamari, artichoke oreganata, and baked clams. Pretty standard stuff but all were tasty and seemed fresh. The food is delicious. I went in a nor'easter for my birthday and the staff was extremely friendly and in good spirits (even when the lights started flickering)! They're was one guy who was waiting on my family and another table and he was kind enough to sing happy birthday to me by himself! I've had two parties here already and each time has been such a pleasant experience ( would've been 3 but due to the shut downs we had to cancel). Every person that works there is extremely professionally, nice and so accommodating. They make me feel like I'm at home. The food is always so tasty, the decor is so chic. Place is so clean. A gem right in our neighborhood that is on par with 4star citywide restaurants! I've had Thanksgiving dinner out 2x in my entire life & they turned out terribly. This year, we took a chance & dined at LaFontana Sorellena. Delicious food, large portions, nice wine list, great prices, and impeccable service. We highly recommend! I would never come back here again. One and done. They got my entree wrong and instead of resolving the issue, they said oh well there's new items on the menu so the chef must not know. Please educate your staff so they actually know what's on the menu! The chefs should know what's on the menu, i don't know how they are cooking if they don't know what they are cooking. Their prices are a bit high too, so how are you getting entrees messed up and not knowing your own menu yet charging high prices?! This place was an utter joke. Probably why no one was there when we got there. The place was absolutely empty and when another party came, they sat them right next to us. They also got a wine order wrong as well. I need a quick last minute reservation on Mother's Day. They fit me right in and I only had to wait a half hour. Everyone was kind. It was a fixed menu for Mother's Day keep this in mind. However the food from appetizers to dessert was very disappointing. I had the melon and prosciutto, the melon was hard with no taste. Then we had The stuff shells, they were so over cooked they were not edible, we were a party of four and all of us were very unhappy with the stuffed shells. Dinner came the steak was asked to be cooked medium well and it came out brown on the outside but red and bloody on the inside it had to go back, my salmon, well it was over cooked and dried out.
