It only has 2 stars for the foods Birthday brunch mess! THE SERVICE WAS ATROCIOUS!! Jessica J. The worst server I've ever encountered in my life (and I've worked in the service industry for years!) Attitude with drinks and yanking a cup from my youngest daughter's hand. Disgraceful! 40 minutes for a second round of drinks! Unreal! So besides the fact you get timed for how bottomless it was anyone else with non alcoholic drinks were left dry and thirsty. The cost of this place for the service we got was such a shame! We spoke to the manager and got no comps just a "sorry" I will never waste my hard earned money here! I would be embarrassed to work at such an establishment. I had such high hopes for this place and I left dissatisfied and angry.

Went to brunch with friends who recently moved to Stuart, and this was such a great find for their new go-to spot. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They had our table ready quickly, and we didn't even need a reservation for our party of seven, which was a nice surprise. The menu had a wide variety of craft cocktails, along with delicious appetizers, and everyone at the table loved their meals. It was one of those brunches where everything just hits right--great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

My husband took me here for my birthday and we both loved it. He had the special which was a ribeye with a glaze and I had the small pot pie. He said the ribeye was perfectly seasoned, perfectly prepared, very tender and delicious. I enjoyed my pot pie but will try something different next time. I think I've developed a slight aversion to certain herbs that routinely go into pot pies so that's on me. The presentation for both dishes was classy, We enjoyed a wonderful key lime pie for dessert which I would strongly recommend for key lime pie lovers. Our server, Michael, was kind, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us prompt service. We both loved the ambiance... very romantic place in a historic building with lots of decorations and flowers. This is now our favorite romantic restaurant in Stuart.

I really enjoyed this place, beautiful inside and outside entrance reminded me of the movie The Secret Garden. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We went for dinner with reservations just in case. They have a nice bar and huge sitting area located in what used to be a Post Office Arcade. The building was very antique and had this smell that fit perfectly with the rest. You don't have to come overdressed (fancy). Food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the braised beef ribs based on Yelp reviews as a popular dish there, meat was so tender and full of flavor. I got to sample a few of my other listed dinners that my family ordered and it was good. The Chicken lacked a little flavor for me the noodles were overpowering the lemon sauce and would have requested more cheese to go with it. The appetizers delicious. Would definitely go back.

Oh my goodness, talk about a literal hidden gem! I'm pretty sure this place has been around for a while but it was only on my most recent hometown visit that I managed a visit. The entryway is just lovely and even a little easy to miss if you aren't looking. It feels like it's a semi-tropical French, if I had to name the aesthetic - love it! It seems like they keep pretty busy on a Sunday brunch schedule, but we luckily still got a table as a walk-in. They have a few mocktails on the menu, and they also prepare them with nice presentation, which is always so nice! For food, we split a few appetizers, including a flatbread and the avocado bruschetta. That one was my favorite by far! I can't wait for my next holiday hometown visit so I can come again!

Friends and I came La Grande Martier for brunch to celebrate some of their birthdays for the second year in a row. I've been here a few times now, but we had the absolute best waiter, Keith, who made this experience one of my favorites here! The place is cute and eclectic, at the end of a little alleyway in downtown Stuart, it doubles as a bar at night and restaurant during the day. To drink, I had the unlimited mimosas for $20. Out with the girls and having a ride to and from, I took full advantage of the opportunity to try all of the flavors: orange, strawberry, guava, pineapple, mango, blackberry, and peach! I didn't end up trying them all, but with the best waiter (Keith) who suggested some neat flavor ideas, I did get to try i(n order of favorite): blackberry, guava, guava peach, mango, peach mango, and strawberry pineapple. They were all yummy and they are all served in wine glasses (they are very generous sizes) so if you drink more than 2 it's definitely worth it. All other drinks were less than $10 so they must have some sort of happy hour brunch specials. For food, the sampler platter had a crab cake (very good and one of their signature dishes), croque monsieur (ham & cheese in a puff pastry), steak taco (a tad sweet), croquettes, and tomato bisque (thick and flavorful). All were pretty good, but are also ordered by most favorite to least. Several friends had the crab cake Benedict and loved it. That, along with the shrimp & grits are said to be the best brunch entrees, but I'm indecisive so the sampler platter is a great solution to that! All in all, it's a great place for brunch, especially if you plan to treat yourself to any brunch drinks.

The food was amazing, and the staff and manager were very welcoming. This is a beautiful historical setting restaurant with live entertainment. Our server Tommy was phenomenal and he made our experience very memorable with his attention and knowledge of the menu. Highly recommend this place, best shrimp and grits we ever had. Brunch service and bottomless mimosas were on point. We found our new favorite restaurant to celebrate special occasions.

Had an amazing time, food was great, drinks were fun, staff was phenomenal, and we were happily surprised to be there for the monthly ghost tour! The building is very unique and original Florida, and the bar in the front is such a vibe.

Whenever I want to impress a crowd for a special occasion I know I can rely on La Grande Martier to take it to the next level. This was the 3rd business holiday dining event I have coordinated at this location and they never disappoint. The decor in the hearth room is cozy, classy and unlike any other setting in the area and it really shines during the holidays. We had a great local pianist playing in the background. The management and the chef were communicative and accommodating every step of the way. The wait staff were excellent. Guests were so impressed with the diversity of the menu items and many who had not been here before said they would be coming back to dine again.

The chef's training and talent not only his flavor pairings but his expert execution and detail. We started with the Escargot - out of shell presentation in a delicious butter and parsley sauce that is to die for. Thankfully they provide enough bread to soak up every drop. This week we opted to sample several of the main courses off the specials. Two diners had the duck and one opted for the snapper. The duck was phenomenal, truly the best l've had, with a perfectly crispy skin and beyond tender meat. It was served with a delicious slightly tangy glaze with a side of mashed sweet potatoes and veggies. The snapper was prepared perfectly to a tender flake with your fork in a rich and savory bur Blanc sauce. Others had the French onion soup - delicious broth and cheese finish with the crispy yummy goey overflow of melt and delicious bread pieces a top. Other go to dishes - their house salad is one of the best you will ever have, the soups of the day have all been delicious and creative, for beverages we love the cappuccino and the peach belinis and for dessert the crème brûlée. This is a must in Brevard County and beyond. Also the front of house is the sweetest woman ever who is simply a delight (although last weekend was her last awhile).

It is a small cafe run by a man and his wife. The husband is the chef and the wife handles the front. Richard was not familiar with French food by now he is. We started with sharing tender ramekin of escargots that were cooked perfectly with butter, garlic and fresh parsley. He never had it before but he did try one then grab another then I taught him to take the crusty French bread and soak up the garlic butter. We both ordered the beef bourguignon which is my favorite French dish. We both enjoyed it but it was not as rich and flavorful as I have had in the past. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse which was yummy and could not finish it all. Richard had the perfectly cooked and well presented lava cake which I will get next time when I come. The icing on the cake was that a family was eating dinner with grandparents, sons, Daughers and grandchildren. As the grandmother went to the restroom she stopped by to say what a joy it was to watch the two of us talk and enjoy each other. The grands who were 7 and 5 also chatted with us and asked me lots of questions about the places that I have visited. The son and DIL were from the country of Jordan. They were all delightful. He gave me some advise about Poland. When we left the restaurant, there was a full moon over the ocean which added a special accent to the day. At 10:20 tonight there is a SPACE X rocket ship blasting off from Cape Canaveral. We will watch it from the beach!!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who graciously and happily adjusted our reservation so we could sit outdoors. The evening could not have been more perfect--ideal temperature, beautiful ambiance, and that effortless European charm The Parisian does so well. Our server, Barbie, was exceptional. Open, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, she guided us through the menu and wine selections with ease and confidence. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the entire experience feel celebratory without ever being intrusive. We started with the mussels, served with outstanding crusty bread. The white wine shallot sauce was, without question, the best I've ever had--rich, balanced, and absolutely crave-worthy. For entrées, we chose the filet (perfectly cooked and full of flavor) and the scallops, which were a special that evening. The scallops were cooked to absolute perfection, paired with pasta and a sauce that was beautifully balanced--elegant, refined, and deeply satisfying. And of course, the French fries deserve their own moment: for fine dining, these fries are legendary and truly a must-order. Dessert was the crème brûlée, and once again--pure perfection. Silky custard, perfectly caramelized top, and the ideal finish to a flawless meal. The Parisian is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why classic, well-executed cuisine never goes out of style. From the hospitality to the food to the ambiance, every detail was thoughtful and polished. I'll absolutely be back--and not waiting several years next time.

We spent a little over $300 for dinner for 2 adults and 1 child and the food was prepared well and tasted amazing. We ordered the Baked Brie and scallops which was the best 2 bites of the meal. Everything else was excellent just these 2 really stood out. Tomato bisque was incredible along with the lamb. The wife ordered the mahi mahi which was the special of the day and unfortunately was seriously overcooked. I figured this was a special and not something they cook regularly hence not having complete mastering of preparing this fish. Here are my only comments for why I gave a 4 star vs 5 star: 1. The portions are huge and normally this shouldn't be a problem but the chef would do better to cut the portions literally by 50%. By the time the entree came along I was already stuffed since everything was super yummy and I couldn't really stop eating. The sides were absolutely enormous for each dish lol. 2. Service was very good but I wish someone would've came around to clean up the crumbs on the table top. Also, the plates were large due to portions which made it very difficult to fit all the servings on the table. I would recommend using a plate riser to fix this issue or make the portions smaller and use smaller plates. We had a problem with having enough room on the table. 3. Our server was super nice and awesome. It must've been a shift change and I saw her leave and didn't let us know so I wasn't sure how best to tip since I really appreciated her service. I would hope next time to let patrons know this so we can take care of staff accordingly during a shift change. Also on another side note, I love lamb chops and unsure how the chef prepared it but somehow was able to mask the full taste of lamb. This is neither a positive or negative just an observation and personal preference. I tend to enjoy the taste of lamb while others may not. I have to laud the skill of the chef for their skill in doing so since this was a 1st time experience for me for not being able to taste distinct lamb flavor in lamb chops. Altogether a memorable experience and my critique is based on attention to detail which I feel this restaurant would've been perfect if these 3 items fell better into place for us. The quality of food and price for the portions blew us away in a positive way and even though we spent $300 on dinner we thought this was very reasonable given the large portions and quality ingredients and yummy cocktails.

If you want to know how the French dine, this is the place for you. The Food: This where the bistro shines. I chose the Les OCufs Gratings which featured baked eggs with soft center, a touch of cream & melted Swiss cheese. I added the ham and spinach optional. The dish was accompanied with a toasted baguette. It was a fantastic dining experience!! In addition to my entree I also tried their raisin roll which was a wonderfully light and crispy pastry that represents French pastries beautifully. One negative, I ordered a black tea (only offered Earl Grey) and steamed milk (got hot milk). You would think a place that offers cappuccinos and lattes could be able to provide steamed milk but, obviously not here. However, I must admit, although I don't like Earl Grey tea, this version was actually ok. Service: Where the ambiance and food scores 5 stars, the service drags it all down to a 3 star experience. Definitely not worth it for me, and I will not be going back.
