This is the chair that greets you in the dining room to sit on.

We were thinking of booking this property, but decided to try the restaurant first. We went into the Caribbean Court Hotel's Creperie Maison for breakfast, as they allow non-guests to eat there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you believe it's acceptable to let customers sit on filthy chairs like these in your restaurant, then you don't deserve to have customers to serve.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were horrified when we went into Creperie and were seated in chairs like these. There was not just one filthy chair, but many. Disgusting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like if the public can see the filth in the dining room and, in addition, how clean the rooms are.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

A hidden gem near the beach. Breakfast was outstanding as was the service. The owner was kind enough to introduce himself and give us all the details about the dinner menu as well, tip of the day, Wednesday and Friday for the freshest fish on the island.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a beautiful and unique restaurant near the beach.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he even gave us a tour of the entire property. Dinner was delicious and the seafood cooked perfectly.

Absolutely delicious!

Everything here was delightful. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as you pull up, you notice the character and uniqueness of this establishment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful walkways, multiple rooms to dine in, and impeccable service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Travis was my waiter and went above and beyond. Staff are always nearby and you will never wait for anything. The food was delicious and the owner is delightful to converse with. There is a lot of history here, so make sure you plan on spending several hours to explore the grounds and the different areas. To make it even more special you can book a stay in one of their exclusive rooms.

We were pretty disappointed with our dinner here on thanksgiving. We were seated in an area with two booths -- by the service bar. Although the bar tender -- who was our server as well -- was quite nice, it was awkward. We got to hear all the chitchat from the other staff as they were picking up their drink orders. If you go, request the main dining room or the patio. There was a limited menu the night we came, but as it was thanksgiving, we both ordered the turkey. We started with their maison blue salad. It only had one olive and not much blue cheese, but it was decent. We were sharing the salad. We were told the kitchen couldn't split it (deer in the headlights reaction) -- but we had no problem getting an extra plate and doing it ourselves (server's look of relief). The Turkey dinners had quantity but not much visual appeal. The dark meat turkey was gristly and tough; the white meat pink and chewy. The plain "sautéed" green beans were al dente to the point of being raw; there were no red onions in them. The stuffing tasted like soggy bread -- no taste of any cornbread as stated on the menu. The mashed potatoes were okay but totally bland. There wasn't any seasoning of any kind or herbs or spices on anything -- which would have helped. I asked for some brown gravy thinking this might help. I was given a small dish of greasy pan drippings. Also flavorless. Frankly, we couldn't wait to leave. This was definitely not a $100+ dinner. Plus I felt I owed my husband an apology for selecting this restaurant. We've eaten thanksgiving dinner out many times over the years in many Florida locations. We know that it can be done right. This was obviously not their chef's strength and probably should not be on their future holiday menus. Bottom line: don't order the Turkey here; stick to their regular menu items.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Quaint local restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Really nice selection and great service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sat outside even though it was 87 degrees out. I'm a native, so it was ok. Perhaps add fans?[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll definitely be back and not sure why it's taken me this long to go!

Start to finish, what an incredible experience for us to share with our friends visiting for Valentine's weekend! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We entered Madison Martinique via the charming candlelit walkway by the poolside entrance, and toured the many quaint outdoor dining nooks, before meandering into the downstairs bar, where Travis welcomed us to happy hour with delicious Woodford Old Fashioned elixirs![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Later, we were seated at our table in the bamboo room and enjoyed a bevy of delicious dishes... including grilled artichoke hearts, a savory blue cheese salad and divine pork chops! Our waiter, Matthew, did an excellent job describing the menu offerings and specials and wine parings. The service was as impeccable as the swank white tablecloths adorning each table. After dinner, we made our way upstairs to the Havana Nights Piano Bar, where their talented bar tender/cocktail slayer, Aiden, did a fabulously attentive job serving endless cocktails while singer/mucisian, Peter Valentine kept us moving on the dance floor with his plethora of popular hits from his piano! Owner, Colleen, works hard to make sure every single guest has an enjoyable experience! We highly recommend this secret gem of a restaraunt in Vero Beach! Enjoy!!!

Friends of mine were in town and they were staying at the Maison Martinique. They wanted to meet for dinner so I suggested the on premise restaurant since I've had great experiences there in the past. Our server Tyler was pleasant. Everything else was terrible. I ordered the ribeye medium-well. I'll post a picture of the charred meat that they served. We asked to speak to the manager and all I can say about her is that she is in the wrong business. She sent out the chef who was even ruder than she was. Over all, all dishes came out wrong. Another steak that was ordered medium-well came out with a cold purple center. The fish dinner came out raw and rubbery. We paid for our drinks, salads and soup and left. It is worth noting that 2 White Russians, 3 dinner salads and a bowl of soup was $100.00. We left and went to Johnny D's for a great dinner which salvaged my friends Birthday dinner. It appeared that there were other unhappy guests that night. I hope that they are able to fix these glaring management and culinary deficiencies. I won't be back to find out.

It is a small cafe run by a man and his wife. The husband is the chef and the wife handles the front. Richard was not familiar with French food by now he is. We started with sharing tender ramekin of escargots that were cooked perfectly with butter, garlic and fresh parsley. He never had it before but he did try one then grab another then I taught him to take the crusty French bread and soak up the garlic butter. We both ordered the beef bourguignon which is my favorite French dish. We both enjoyed it but it was not as rich and flavorful as I have had in the past. For dessert I had the chocolate mousse which was yummy and could not finish it all. Richard had the perfectly cooked and well presented lava cake which I will get next time when I come. The icing on the cake was that a family was eating dinner with grandparents, sons, Daughers and grandchildren. As the grandmother went to the restroom she stopped by to say what a joy it was to watch the two of us talk and enjoy each other. The grands who were 7 and 5 also chatted with us and asked me lots of questions about the places that I have visited. The son and DIL were from the country of Jordan. They were all delightful. He gave me some advise about Poland. When we left the restaurant, there was a full moon over the ocean which added a special accent to the day. It's located in a nice shopping center, and the space itself was clean and welcoming. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. My daughter ordered an iced cappuccino and the salmon eggs Benedict. I went with a warm cappuccino and the traditional French breakfast, which comes with your choice of a croissant or a chocolatine (chocolate croissant) I opted for the chocolate croissant along with French bread, butter, and jam. My daughter loved her meal--she said the salmon was perfectly cooked and everything tasted delicious. Her drink was also a hit. My experience, however, was a bit mixed. I had asked for my chocolate croissant and French bread to be warmed, but when they arrived, they were cold--like straight-from-the-fridge cold, not just room temp. The butter that came with it was also hard and cold, so I couldn't spread it on the bread at all. That was disappointing, especially since the rest of the breakfast had potential. All in all, the service was great and the setting was nice, but I wish more care had been taken in warming up my food as requested. I'd still give it another try for the crepes, just with different expectations next time.

We spent a little over $300 for dinner for 2 adults and 1 child and the food was prepared well and tasted amazing. We ordered the Baked Brie and scallops which was the best 2 bites of the meal. Everything else was excellent just these 2 really stood out. Tomato bisque was incredible along with the lamb. The wife ordered the mahi mahi which was the special of the day and unfortunately was seriously overcooked. I figured this was a special and not something they cook regularly hence not having complete mastering of preparing this fish. Here are my only comments for why I gave a 4 star vs 5 star: 1. The portions are huge and normally this shouldn't be a problem but the chef would do better to cut the portions literally by 50%. By the time the entree came along I was already stuffed since everything was super yummy and I couldn't really stop eating. The sides were absolutely enormous for each dish lol. 2. Service was very good but I wish someone would've came around to clean up the crumbs on the table top. Also, the plates were large due to portions which made it very difficult to fit all the servings on the table. I would recommend using a plate riser to fix this issue or make the portions smaller and use smaller plates. We had a problem with having enough room on the table. 3. Our server was super nice and awesome. It must've been a shift change and I saw her leave and didn't let us know so I wasn't sure how best to tip since I really appreciated her service. I would hope next time to let patrons know this so we can take care of staff accordingly during a shift change. Also on another side note, I love lamb chops and unsure how the chef prepared it but somehow was able to mask the full taste of lamb. This is neither a positive or negative just an observation and personal preference. I tend to enjoy the taste of lamb while others may not. I have to laud the skill of the chef for their skill in doing so since this was a 1st time experience for me for not being able to taste distinct lamb flavor in lamb chops. Altogether a memorable experience and my critique is based on attention to detail which I feel this restaurant would've been perfect if these 3 items fell better into place for us. The quality of food and price for the portions blew us away in a positive way and even though we spent $300 on dinner we thought this was very reasonable given the large portions and quality ingredients and yummy cocktails.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who graciously and happily adjusted our reservation so we could sit outdoors. The evening could not have been more perfect--ideal temperature, beautiful ambiance, and that effortless European charm The Parisian does so well. Our server, Barbie, was exceptional. Open, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, she guided us through the menu and wine selections with ease and confidence. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made the entire experience feel celebratory without ever being intrusive. We started with the mussels, served with outstanding crusty bread. The white wine shallot sauce was, without question, the best I've ever had--rich, balanced, and absolutely crave-worthy. For entrées, we chose the filet (perfectly cooked and full of flavor) and the scallops, which were a special that evening. The scallops were cooked to absolute perfection, paired with pasta and a sauce that was beautifully balanced--elegant, refined, and deeply satisfying. And of course, the French fries deserve their own moment: for fine dining, these fries are legendary and truly a must-order. Dessert was the crème brûlée, and once again--pure perfection. Silky custard, perfectly caramelized top, and the ideal finish to a flawless meal. The Parisian is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why classic, well-executed cuisine never goes out of style. A Meal So Good Heaven Might Ask About It…read more Some dinners fill you up. Some dinners impress you. And then there are dinners like the one we had at Chef's Table in Stuart--the kind of meal that feels like it was designed by someone who understands that food is more than nourishment... it's memory. We went to celebrate my son's birthday, and before the first bite even arrived, the experience had already begun. The menus were printed with "Happy Birthday" and his name, a small but thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire evening. It felt personal, intentional--like the night had been prepared just for him. And then the food arrived. I ordered the Bolognese, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the kind of dish you quietly pause for after the first bite. Rich, layered, perfectly balanced--every strand of pasta coated in a sauce that tasted like it had been simmering since the Renaissance. Comforting but refined. Rustic but elegant. It was the sort of plate where conversation stops for a moment because everyone is too busy appreciating what's happening. Across the table, the beef Wellington was a masterpiece. Perfectly pink at the center, wrapped in golden pastry that shattered delicately with each cut, surrounded by a sauce so good it deserved its own applause. The entire meal felt like one of those rare experiences where craft, hospitality, and atmosphere align perfectly. The lighting, the pacing of the courses, the warmth of the service--it all made the night feel like something special was unfolding. If someone told me this would be my last meal on Earth, I wouldn't complain. In fact, I'd probably smile knowing that when I got to the gates, the angels might lean over and ask: "Wait... was it really as good as they say?" And I'd tell them the truth. Yes. It absolutely was.
