I ordered from here all the time, I've never had a bad meal. I do have one complaint. I ordered taco pizza and it was lackluster. It was extremely plain. I had family in town and I was looking extremely forward to an excellent pie which I always get from them and it was actually not good. Not here to shame or blame because every sub I order is on point . It was severely disappointing. I feel like it lacked either sub sauce or taco seasoning. It tasted like plain meat with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Again, not here to shame, because all their shit usually is bsngin'Maybe they forgot something. I was a La Hacienda Brighton virgin until last night. I wanted to try someplace different. I'm getting sick of the same ol same ol ! So, I came to YELP to help me decide where to get food from & this is where I decided on. I placed my order on line. Very easy. I got the large Ziti with extra sauce & a Spinach Garlic Bread. The prices were very reasonable (I know, you're all shocked I just said that). I went to pick it up & they were just wrapping it up as I arrived. I got home and WHOOPS, no Spinach Garlic Bread in the bag. I called them & they had their very cute delivery guy bring it all the way to me. I open everything up & it all looks amazing !!! My Ziti was delicious. The sauce was good and thick enough where it all didn't end up at the bottom of the container. It all stayed on the top of the pasta, which was amazing. It was not watery or anything. I was highly satisfied with this. The spinach, garlic bread was very good also. I love the big pieces of spinach that they put on it. Back at the restaurant the employees were all pretty nice. It was clean inside and not all claustrophobic. There were about four parking spaces out front I think and then there was more parking spots to the side for other places which I'm sure you could use. The price for the pasta was only $10.25 which is pretty good especially compared to most places. That bagel spinach garlic bread I think was $5.50 and it was worth it. Have been going back to La Hacienda Brighton recently and the pizza is excellent! Nice dough and ingredients were quality!

6/12/22 Ordered online for pickup. Our order was actually ready at the time we were told it would be. I chose the buffalo chicken soup, I got a phone call maybe 1 minute later saying they don't actually sell that so she's not sure why it's an option. But i was very pleased with the efficiency and quickness of being contacted. French onion soup 8/10. Good flavor broth. Bread is just plain, not seasoned, at least it doesn't taste like it. No big deal to me because I don't really care for soggy bread anyways. There's also a decent amount of bread, not too much. There was not enough onions, I'd like to see some more. The cheese was just fine. Of course we ordered to go so it wasn't broiled/torched, just melted inside a little. Assorted ham/salami/cap sub 9/10. Kyles rating. I tried a bit and I also liked it! The meat flavors together were good. You can taste everything. Just needed a bit more oil- but that's Kyle's fault. Stuffed Shells 6/10. Just regular large shells, not even jumbo. Shells were slightly undercooked. Little bit too firm to the bite to be Al Dante. When cutting with a plastic fork you have to use slightly more effort. Another minute probably would have been good. The ricotta mixture inside is soft, not super seasoned, kinda bland and a little bit gritty. Needs maybe more salt, garlic and onion powder, and maybe some more mozzarella or Italian blend or something mixed in. The sauce is a little more on the robust side, not sweet, and also underseasoned. Just tastes like a plain sauce basically. I got extra sauce because I like a lot, and typically the regular amount is not enough... it was enough here. I did not need the extra sauce. read more

Had 2 great soup, salad, pizza bars, salad bar is respectable. The choice of 3 soups were great not out of the can, French onions soup was tasty, full of flavor. The pork, chicken, barley soup was full of flavor. I had a good fish fry, mmm good fries. Next Friday I will be back. read more

I have been coming here for pizza for at least 20 years. The restaurant is small, clean, and welcoming. They have reasonably priced, cold, draft beer, and wine. The pizza is delicious and so are the wings. They also offer chicken fingers, subs, tacos, as well as full dinners, and desserts. They have added a beautiful covered patio for summer outdoor dining. The biggest downfall is parking! There is very little parking available in front of the restaurant. read more

I ordered from La Hacienda for teacher and staff appreciation lunch and they did not disappoint! I had never had their food before but others have and they were so excited over all the food that was provided and it was delicious!! We had a variety of wraps, gluten free sandwiches, pasta salad, potato salad, fruit salad and a Greek salad with a bunch of different dressings. We ordered 3 different personal pizzas the other day and here's the skinny. Personal cheese pizza wasn't bad, sauce was tasty with a nice crust and right amount of cheese. The Colvin (which was basically a stinger) pizza was the very good, could've used a little more blue cheese "sauce" on it, good amount of chicken and steak. The last one was the 4-cheese steak pizza which was just ok, not bad just not that impressive. Overall some good pies. After decades of support and dining, they suddenly changed thier own policy. Tue all you can't eat pasta was limited to just 1 plate. I was surprisingly cut off . Even worse, they suddenly decided to close up by 8. When it's advertised 9 everywhere. And, only through covid it was earlier. Had been there religiously w no issues until now. Very disappointing and odd . Left immehsley still Hungary and rushed w no explanations. They sabatoged thier own policy and business. And, my fav meal all for no such reason. We visit my son and family here in Buffalo and one time he told us to take our grandchildren to La Hacienda, we did but turned out to be the Hacienda on Brighton rd, we enjoyed our dinner so much that now when we visit him we make sure we go to this restaurant. During this visit we went twice, the food is so good and this time we had wings, delicious pizza, and Sicilian fries, we didn't even know what they were but were so good, french fries topped with parmesan cheese in a garlic sauce, yummy. Free refills of soda without even asking, entrees come with either salad or soup and a bread basket. I highly recommend this restaurant and the diners know each other so it's fun to hear them to talk and we participated too. read more

44 years!! Wow!! Owner Brendan and server Tina greeted us with warm welcoming smiles as we stopped in for lunch. The restaurant was clean and modernly decorated in monochrome colors. Mother won a gc for guessing the bills score a few weeks ago so we thought we'd get lunch. She grew up in that area so has been familiar with them since '77 when they opened. Ordered a steak sub, personal chicken finger pizza, fried mushrooms, and onion rings. Everything was great. The fingers on my pizza I had done mild and it was delicious. Bleu cheese is a little loose for my liking but still tasty. The smell driving home was other worldly. Wish we lived closer. Could easy be a go to place. read more

La Hacienda Brighton is my go-to place for delivery. Their pizza and wings are delicious. I particularly love the taco pizza. But the shining stars and my regular orders are the chicken parm dinner, their spinach and cheese garlic bread, and their fish fry. The chicken parm is perfectly done. It's a huge portion for a great value. As a personal preference, I get extra sauce for my pasta that comes with it. The fish fry is a lovely hidden gem. I'm usually not a fan of fish fries that come from pizza places, but La Hacienda breaks that rule. The batter is delicious, as are the sides especially the macaroni salad. And they have great tartar sauce, which to me is important I will continue to be a patron of La Hacienda Brighton as long as I live in the area. read more

Ordered two chicken tacos for pickup and upon getting home and biting into my order the tacos were wrong. I called the restaurant and was told to come back because they would remake them. Upon my return I was met by the taco police and told I couldn't get my order replaced unless I brought back the old tacos (mind you I bit into them and spit it back out onto the paper after realizing the order was wrong). Came here for dinner a few times and it is pretty good. The restaurant is rather small so when it gets crowded it can be a little bit of a pain but the food makes up for it. The staff is friendly and I have never had a problem with anyone working there. Take out food is always fresh and I don't think they have ever made my food wrong. Downside is parking can be a bit frustrating if it is crowded. On a side note if you play pokemon go, despite the chef bringing us pizza they had left over one time I don't think they like groups playing pokemon in their lot since it is a raid spot. Best Buffalo wings I've had in a long time (maybe better than the Anchor Bar?). Didn't care for the bread sticks and the pizza was a bit too doughy, but the flavor was good. Meat balls...excellent. Pasta...excellent. Chicken in the pasta...excellent. The antipasto was full of ingredients...not just lettuce. The kids working there were friendly and they ALL looked very busy. Ok so my pizza tour continues. After recently seeing a pizza box from this place claiming to have been voted best pepperoni slice, I had to visit to see if it really was. To start off the pizza smelled great and looked good. As I tried the pizza I can't say it's the best slice around. I personally like the cupped pep with a little char on them, nothing like that here. Taste wise the pizza was good. Dough was fairly good as well. A step above thin crust. Now where they did gain points with me is the sausage. Big meaty pieces and portions! I was impressed with that! They probably gave me the most single portion amount I've tried to date. In all I think they offer a decent pizza. We had pizza for a work function today and it was great! Loved the BBQ wings that were done on the grill, they were crunchy and a little charred. I thought the cheese pizza could use a bit more cheese but other then that it was great. They also provided free napkins and plates which was a nice touch. read more

One of my favorite pies in the tonawanda area. Excellent lunch Buffett with a decent salad bar. First one in with co workers and staff let us pick what pizzas we wanted in the buffet, a nice touch. Every time I have ordered delivery from them the food came really hot. They were so hot they burned my hands touching them, perfect. The hot sauce has a nice kick too.
